Obviously every company is now looking at wearable computing and how they can get involved. This is great news for XCLL as they become an immediate take over candidate for these companies.
Should be an exciting ride for XCLL going forward. So happy this small company has really found its niche and is starting to fire.
I am buying more this week before we hear more good news.
The future of Wearable Computing
Found this from a recent 8K filing:
On September 18, 2013, XcelMobility, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it has made a strategic decision to change its primary business focus to becoming a wearable computing company. As electronic miniaturization has moved us from mainframes to cellular phones, the Company believes that in the coming years wearable computing will replace or augment cellular phones on a growing basis. The Company believes this will include cellular phones and their related technology being embedded in wearable items, such as watches, belts, shoes, shirts, or glasses. The Company plans to focus on certain applications for wearable computing, including:
1.
Location-based services: core applications include finding friends/family/assets, location-based marketing, and security-related applications.
2.
Medical monitoring: for patients with heart disease, epilepsy, alzheimer's, and other aged-related maladies.
3.
Security force monitoring and deployment: wearable computing with video, sound, and location which allows for remote monitoring and deployment of security forces over the internet and in the cloud.
4.
Secure and touchless payment systems: near field communication-enabled wearable devices have the potential to become the wallets of the future.
Smartwatch Market Forecast To Reach 15 Million in 2014
http://www.forbes.com/sites/michaelwolf/2013/09/27/smartwatch-market-forecast-to-reach-15-million-in-2014/
The report goes on to say the China market is key for this growth.
Great news for Xcll!
Shaking out the weak hands as they put out the good news. I agree with you that it seems strange but over time the new shareholders hang on for a long period as this stock move up.
I like the fact that they are starting to generate real revenue and I see some profits next quarter. This is the key to seeing this stock go to double digits and move back to 52 week highs.
$4,400,000 order on the books bodes well for growing profits. Great news coming from this company.
Looks like they have different models for the smartwatch. I saw them on the facebook page for the company.
Great product!
Hey CJ
I like the spec on the watch. I hope to get one. Also I like that they have a good distribution channel in the big Chinese carrier. Looks great!

China Gengsheng Minerals Corp reported in its Form 8-K that on June 28, 2013, China GengSheng Minerals, Inc. (Company) received a letter from EFP Rotenberg, LLP (EFP) informing the Company that EFP resigned as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately.
ZHEJIANG, China, July 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SORL Auto Parts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SORL) ("SORL" or "the Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive brake systems as well as other key safety-related auto parts in China, today announced that EFP Rotenberg, LLP ("EFP") has resigned as its independent registered accounting firm with effect as of July 1, 2013.
EFP has communicated to SORL that the reason for the resignation is that it is withdrawing from its Chinese auditing practice.
Hey Chaos
I saw they have a new website. Can you tell me more about your New York visit. What did you hear about the smartwatch? Looks interesting.
The company's second quarter numbers should be coming out soon. They must report this month. It should be great to see how the acquisition has impacted their revenue and profits. I am looking forward to a great report. I will buy some more shares before they report.
GLTA
Hey Larry
Not sure why you want them to partner with Samsung. Samsung is also a competitor in some way. I think they will find their partners in the USA. Someone that wants to get into the China mobile computing market quickly.
Good luck
Cali
Hey Larry
I agree. I hope they bring that smart watch to the US market.
Give Apple some competition.
good luck
I also like their strategy to grow through acquisitions. It will allow them to get up listed quicker. Then the stock price will take off!
Do not expect financial reporting to start anytime soon. The company has purposely moved to the pink sheets so they do not need to report:
There are a number of advantages to micro-cap companies in particular listing on the Pink Sheets. The greatest advantage is that companies are not required to go through the expense of filing a registration document with the SEC and maintaining that registration. Non-reporting issuers are also exempt from the corporate governance requirements of Sarbanes Oxley. Management therefore can focus on developing the business of the company instead of trying to meet ever increasing regulatory standards which do not always fairly apply to micro and small cap companies.
Look for this company to go private again or find a big partner to manage things going forward. You will not hear anything from them until one of these events happens.
Your entry price is OK and you should at least break even on this one. You might consider averaging down if you like this space. I believe this is a real company with good management in China. BUT they should not be a public listed company in the US.
gl
Agree with you that the CEO is overmatched to run a US listed public company. But all these china stocks are in the same boat unless they hire good local people.
But I still believe that the Hawks will come back and beat Boston.
glta
Seems they are pushing hard into location based services
like Foursquare. I like that for the future.
I agree that this is a long term play or a buy out. Either way
I think those buying today will do very very well. Actually I was a little surprised that the share price did not go up with that huge volume recently.
BD where do you think all that selling activity came from? It was millions and millions of shares trading hands.
glta!!
I agree with you BD. They seem to be bulking up with these acquisitions.
good luck!!
I am only interested in FCPG stock price going up. I am not sure why you guys care so much about wang and dong and ding and what they look like. Just run the company well and I will be happy.
OTC Pink - Limited Information = FCPG
On the Pink they are not required to report to anyone.
Do not expect anything from this company until they decide they have something to say.
Blackstone is leading a $664m buyout bid for a Nasdaq-listed Chinese computer services and software company, the latest in a string of deals to delist mainland groups after they were roundly abandoned by US investors.
Let us all remember:
1. FPCG is on the OTC exchange. Everyone knows it is a crap shoot. You get what you get. BIG risk BIG return or lose it all. If you want good shareholder PR etc.... then buy stocks on major stock exchanges.
2. Wang is a Chinese business man. These guys do not speak read or write English. Why do you expect him to be directly involved in the complications of a US public company. Why do you think he could ever understand your feelings. He is just a Chinese guy with his head down trying to grow a company in China.
3. You should be happy this stock is still in double digits. Most stocks that are behind on filings tank to a very very low amount. You should take this as a good sign.
4. No one on this board is going to sell their stock unless they get a major home run. SOOOOOOOO putting out a few press releases is not going to help. Safe the good PR for a better time when everything is moving forward and in a positive direction.
OK your crazy
No financial reporting
Website is down
Heading for delisting
Give me some good news to buy this one!
What is the 8?
I like the China based companies and feel it is a good time to get reinvested in China based companies. I like Sina as well.
Why are they looking for $10Million? Do they not have an investment bank helping them? Where do you find out more?
Also do they have someone in the US that can be called?
I hope your right about the timing !
Hey everyone
I looked at this stock and feel it should be much higher given it has real sales. I know the distribution business does not get value on the stock market but maybe 1X sales is a good place to start?
Reading all the posts it does seem the company suffers from poor communications with the investment world. After the initial pump a few years back the company has been left to drift down and down.
Can anyone tell me who is the mouth piece of the company today? I assume Wang cannot speak english so someone must be doing the talking for him in the USA?
glta
Agree ADL
I am waiting for the Cliff to get out of the news.
Not worth investing until that BS is done and gone!
Happy New Year
Hey Badali
Thanks for the information. I can see your point. XCLL has
the speed, the mobile market, and China. Seems like a great fit!
Where did you hear the news?
I can see the stock is very volatile. End of year trading can be up and down!! Long term looks great!
Found this in a new market report. I love the market XCLL is in today. The big players will find this little company soon.
Internet usage has expanded more quickly in China than anywhere else in the world. In December 2011, China had 513 million Internet users, compared with 67 million in Germany, 121 million in India, and 245 million in the United States (Exhibit 1). The largest group of Chinese Internet users is people under 35 years old, with 40 percent between the ages of 25 and 34. Some 250 million Internet users in China are concentrated in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.1 More than 50 percent of Chinese users spend more than 12 hours a week online.
The increasing popularity of the Internet, along with the maturation of online payment systems and enhancements in the reliability of logistics services, has fueled the growth of e-commerce in China, with more than 2,000 companies vying to be the Chinese version of Amazon. Chinese e-commerce is expected to triple by 2015, when sales could reach 2.7 trillion renminbi ($420 billion)—20 percent higher than the projection for the US market.
I added to my position today. Lots of good news coming out.
Also saw Facebook looking to move into China via mobile business. Maybe they are the partner for them.
At a macro level, the opportunity to dominant China’s smartphone market is HUGE, much bigger than what Instagram can provide today and potentially dwarfing the existing web-based social networking market in the coming years. Facebook and other players in the market have an opportunity against a limited time window to make a significant impact in this space where mobile social networking, smartphone payment methods, gaming and a number of other billion dollar plus markets are still in its infancy. What’s more, the smartphone platform war is an area that Facebook has yet to make a significant impact on in its home markets. The Chinese market can be a great way to experiment with new mobile services and business models quickly and cheaply in a market where there is only upside potential for Facebook.
I took another look at their website. I like the videos they added showing the products in operation. Does anyone know if the Mach5 products are available in the USA? I want to download and use. My mobile service is slow and getting slower and my carrier doees not seem to care.
The stock has held up well in a weak market. Looks like $1 is where it belongs in the near term. I know this market well and they may have something if they can get users. They will be valued by the number of users they can get in Asia. Much like linkedin and facebook etc... If you have users you can find a way of getting revenue and profits from them over time.
