I agree with you. 3,350,000 are available to sell from restricted shares next month.
You can find all this information: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=NTEK&id=129474
Glenn
50,000,000 came off restriction in February 2014. As you posted, 3,350,000 coming off in February this year.
Glenn
Wow, so it appears that you have changed your position regarding NTEK rather quickly in the past couple of weeks.
Time to put you on ignore.
Glenn
So NTEK is doing work for Netflix as well.
Excellent!
Glenn
The "problem" is, this stock will get trickier to sell closer to the holiday season. With the recent news from tv manufacturers and streaming going mainstream with HBO, CBS, etc. the momentum and market sentiment will be expecting a growing pps.
Next two months will be very interesting for sellers and buyers.
Glenn
Yo, appreciate a look.
:)
Thanks,
Glenn
Yep, so Nanotech working with Magnolia and HBO? Looks that way.
Glenn
And for those that missed it, the video showed our friends at Nanotech converting The Worlds Fastest Indian, with a brief view of Sex and the City at the end.

and...........
Do we have to beg?
:)
Glenn
Holla! Like to see what's next.
Glenn
Thanks for putting this together. It is a great source of information for those of us who could not get to CES.
Very much appreciated.
Glenn
Thank you! I have been invested in the company for over 12 months now and it has been one hell of a ride. Looking forward to a great 2014.
Glenn
Looking good. Excited to hear of developments during CES next week.
Go NTEK.
Glenn
In the Pink sheets? I am guessing nearly all of them.
:)
Great looking booth getting ready for CES.
Glenn
Yawn. Wow, an android box with an underpowered chip and no 4k.
Anything else to underwhelm us with?
Glenn
Your wish has been answered.
:)
Glenn
Nice! Stock reduction and dividends.
:)

Link below is around licencing issues.

So the issues are real and not made up. Took 2 minutes to research this.
Also note the following in the article:
.....But mobile devices are a different story.
“There are 1.4 billion devices that could decode HEVC with a software upgrade,” said John Nemeth, Elemental, VP of sales, EMEA.

I believe that the NS-1 is used for 4k scaling in line with HDMI.

This is a huge deal for NTEK. To see how great this news is, go over to Ingram Micro's web site and look at their investor relations and press pages.

This opens the door for distribution not just in the U.S., but all over the world, with a very reputable company.
Bring on 2014.
Glenn
Yeah, Dave is banned fron iHub, so you may have a hard time with that.
Glenn
So who is the manufacturer?
Glenn
Direct TV: A good play for NTEK.

Thanks for that info on NTEK. I won't pretend to be 100% on board with what you mention in your posts and what NTEK management has managed to achieve by buying stock and reducing stock available, but I think I get the basics.
So I'll buy some more tomorrow then. :)
Glenn
LOL. So basically short interest has to cover very, very soon?
Good time to buy NTEK then.
Glenn
So what does that mean?
Thanks,
Glenn
Do the shorts have to cover their positions on NTEK? There has been around a 40% of daily volume being shorted the previous month, which is just crazy.
If they do have to cover, then when?
Glenn
Received mine yesterday. Definitely a well made bit of gear. I had issues booting it up, but just took out and reinstalled the SD card and all was fine.
I will take it into work to have on my desk.
Thank you NTEK.
Glenn
They make fake unicorn 4k streamers? Wow, they make more things than I knew about.
Thanks for the information and keep up the great job.
Glenn
Yes, I will get around to trying again. I was thinking that they may have something lined up for an announcement as it gets closer to the end of the year.
All in all I think that the company is doing well, just a little disappointed not to get a reply, but hopefully will hear something soon.
Glenn
Basically a red day all over the pinkies. NTEK will be just fine in the coming months. Looking to add some more in a few days when funds clear.
Glenn
Yep, that is the email address I used.
Here is my email, which I sent 11/25/13, to Susan, after sending to IR. If someone else wants to try to get a reply with it......
Hi Susan,
I delivered the email below yesterday and have yet to receive a reply. Is this something you can reply to?
Thanks, and Happy Thanksgiving

Subject: 10Q Convertable Notes
Hi,
I am a fairly new investor with ewsi and have been reviewing the recent 10Q. Having noted the increase in revenues during the year and overall positive growth of the company, I am wondering if the company has any concerns regarding the outstanding convertibles notes going forward, or, as stated in the 10Q, that more notes will be issued to keep the business going as a viable concern?
With the recent payment to "Asher", and other acquisitions being mentioned in press leases, it appears that the company is making head way, but the issuance of notes does raise some concerns in regards to share holder value.
Thanks for your time,
Glenn
No, that is not a valid email address.
:)
Glenn
Thanks for the email address clarification. I think that I have been emailing to the wrong address.
I will try again and let you know if I get a reply.
Appreciate the help.
Glenn
I have emailed Susan twice with no response. I then forwarded the message to the CEO; no response.
If they can't answer my questions, fine, but you really should acknowledge receipt of the email. Anytime any company does not respond to general enquiries, it does not give a great feeling if confidence.
Glenn
Great reply David. All the best to you and the company.
Glenn
LOL...so TDE? will bring more than the 3 to 5 bucks per share that PSG we're touting just a couple of days ago?? Wow! Must be a fantastic company, I will have to dump my NTEK stock on Monday and by all I can.
I wonder if someone is pissed about David's post and tweet?
Glenn
Ha, haa...funny guy.
:)
Glenn
The way the company has handled communications has been a joke.
Absolute incredible.
Glenn
The problem being is that with no updates at all over 6 months people are bound to bail. I am seriously thinking of cashing in and coming back when the deal is announced. That way I can invest my money in stocks that are going up and not down.
No emotion, just simple logic.
