Subject: 10Q Convertable Notes

Hi,
I am a fairly new investor with ewsi and have been reviewing the recent 10Q. Having noted the increase in revenues during the year and overall positive growth of the company, I am wondering if the company has any concerns regarding the outstanding convertibles notes going forward, or, as stated in the 10Q, that more notes will be issued to keep the business going as a viable concern?

With the recent payment to "Asher", and other acquisitions being mentioned in press leases, it appears that the company is making head way, but the issuance of notes does raise some concerns in regards to share holder value.
