i could be wrong but seems to me the pink limited is more of a punishment zone for listed stocks not a stepping stone moving up.

2023 will be our year. If Mark can get FINRA to approve? Failed before and Mark was hoping to bypass FINRA with the new rules.

From what information I can find we have a long wait yet. Looks like Mark has to get all filings up to date with SEC and still has to file a form 211 with Finra before relisting can occur.

Is he serious about getting this back to pink? NO. If he was we would have seen him working hard to get up to date with fillings with SEC. Doing so would have given legitimacy to us, FINRA, OTCM and the SEC. Even if somebody allows it to go pink limited he has limited time to do all fillings and to follow the rules/laws.

Does anybody know if OTC has everything in place to start new pink listings such as MIKP?

They used $1.00 as an example for r/s. From my understanding the talk of going to nasdaq was 18-24 months after the shm. So whatever the pps is then would determine how much or if any r/s is needed.
With that timeframe they will not need to do any r/s. imo
I feel 2-3 dollar mark is possible by the end of may 2014. So much news in the next 6 months or so. jmo
