The last report shows a $102,000 reduction in inventory. IFUS only had $20,866 in sales the entire year!! So, how could inventories be reduced by $102,000 with no explanation given in the report?
A) Where did the $102,000 in inventory go?
I wonder what it costs to have 2 metric tons of bagasse from India shipped across the seas to the Port of New York, then have it trucked to Napleonville, Louisianna? Then have the " secret sauce" (that isn't so secret) added, only to have it then trucked back to New York and then shipped back to India?
A) Maybe the Port of New Orleans couldn't handle the entire 2 tons??
B) Specifically, what is so different about sugar cane bagasse from India, as opposed to that from the U.S., that makes it necessary to use Indian bagasse rather than American bagasse?
Since April1st, IFUS has made $460 in revenue!! During that time IFUS has lost $14,800 more than the $460 it made.
The real story is not whether the judgment was satisfied or not satisfied. The real story is 1) why the judgment was necessary in the first place; 2) Why, even after Adelstein voluntarily agreed to a payment schedule, Walther defaulted on the judgment; 3) to what deals did Walther have to agree to have the judgment satisfied by the new guy; and 4) what were the Judges findings of fact that made the judgment necessary.
The answer to all of those points are ringing condemnations of Walther's dealings, character & criminal intent. You, Egomike, and your fellow mesmerized cultists, can invent all the positives you want about Walther and his girl. No matter what you say, they are life long criminals specializing in securities frauds.
6 separate trades today under .07!! Where oh where is Mr. Cult with his "it will never fall into the .08s again."??
A little trouble with the PPS today, .0747! The VWAP was even lower at just .074.
Guess the great & goofy, yelling & spitting, foaming at the mouth Egomike missed the call on the "short squeeze," eh? What a pity.
Maybe trouble in Cult Paradise? Guess they couldn't agree on whose turn it was to prop up the PPS.
It will go lower!!
There is no positive news for IFUS. There are plenty of positive PR and propaganda pieces. But nothing positive that can be proven. Like your "Science" fantasy. What a crock of nonsense that is.
There are no positives about IFUS. Its all smoke and mirrors without a single substantial thing.
Nice twist. Do you ever say anything honestly? No one, absolutely no one, believes that Walther files honest reports. We do use his figures to shoot holes in his cockamamie, goofball story. Everyone knows he overstates the positive and understates the negative.
So, Mr. wanna be wise guy. Where did the missing $102.000 in inventory go? That needs to be explained. Did you get a cut of it?
That is heretical nonsense. Marc never put a red nickel into IFUS. He pilfered money from everyone, including relatives, and then filed BK on them. He sold top soil from the Napoleonville site and pocketed the money. He did the same with the proceeds from the sale of the Intact products. He got the machinery assembled and repaired for free .... but billed the company $35,000 for it and put the money in his own pocket. Embezzlement and fraud is his specialty.
That is a possibility. None of us accept his financials as factual. However, Marc never does anything unless he gets a cut of the action. I will always believe, until proven differently, that he continues to9 stuff his own pockets at the expense of his shareholders.
I posted the link weeks ago. Sober up and go find it yourself.
How did $102.000 in inventory disappear with no record? The last report filed shows that existing inventory fell from $120,000 of feed stock to $18,000 in a year ... even though there were only $20,000 of sales in the entire year. So, $102,000 of inventory disappeared with no explanation. If this were a genuine company there would be either a detailed explanation or a thorough investigation in which heads would roll.
There are only three possibilities. A) The inventory was given out freely to ranchers/farmers to use so that IFUS could claim it was shipping product, B) The inventory never actually existed, C) The inventory was sold but Walther stuffed his pocket with the proceeds and did not report them as required. This fits right in with Walther's well known and long term propensity of defrauding shareholders and embezzlement.
OPEN YOUR EYES!! IFUS is a naked con job with longtime con artists at its head.
Its not a lot, it is a house ... a single family residence.
There is nothing scientific about it. You are confusing science with wishful thinking.
Give it up pit. You are every bit as much a con man as Walther; except he is a lot smarter than you. He has you conned also! There are no repeat clients ... as in none. You cannot have repeat clients when the quarterly revenue is only $46 per day.
The huge depletion in inventory proves that the only ranchers using whatever you call your "bag O wood chips" are those that are given the product FREE. There is only one other way to account for $102,000 of missing inventory when the annual revenue was only $20K.
The only other explanation would be that Walther put the money from the sale of the $102,000 directly into his pocket and "neglected" to record it on the books. That, of course, is a crime. It is called embezzlement. Walther is very, very familiar with fraud and embezzlement. A Federal Judge caught him red handed trying to defraud people.
In other words, you are lying again. There is no analysis done by an outside company. Lollissimo!!
So, what is the name of the company that did the analysis for IFUS?
No, the reason IFUS doesn't divulge the names of ranchers that are "supposedly" using the IFUS snake oil is that they do not exist!! That fact is proved by last report filed which shows that existing inventory fell from $120,000 of food stock to $18,000 in a year ... even though there were only $20,000 of sales in the entire year. So, $102,000 of inventory disappeared with no explanation. If this were a genuine company there would be either a detailed explanation or a thorough investigation in which heads would roll.
OPEN YOUR EYES!! IFUS a naked con job with longtime con artists at its head.
Your figures regarding future revenue are so bogus as to be laughable. There is no evidence that IFUS has revenue even 1/10th as high you are trying to get everyone to accept. Marc Walther is a died in the wool, lifetime con artist and white collar thief. But, he isn't as stupid as you!!
Once again your ignorance and abysmal dishonesty is showing. A simple reading of the last quarterly repot will show two figures, which cannot be disputed. A) the cost of raw materials to make the $4,243 of goods sold was well over $12,000. The cost of making the finished product was, as the last quarterly report clearly shows, was over $136,000!! That's $32.10 for each $1 of goods sold.
Ya'll might also want to address the fact that IFUS now owes an additional $130,000+ to officers and that the inventory is now only $18,000 whereas it was $120,000 the year before!!
So, what we have here is a company that: (A) spends $31.10 for $1 in sales. (B) Owes an additional $130,000 to an unnamed "officer," and (C) has $102,000 less in inventory that it did one year ago, but only sold $20,000 of product during the entire year!!! So where did it all go??
Let me make one correction to one of my earlier posts. I incorrectly stated the AS was 525 Million. The actual AS is 625 Million
Someone should check to see if IFUS has filed a new AS count. If I remember correctly, the AS was 525 Million. The new share count, we've been told, is 560 Million. Remember. Marc Walther has total control over this and no one else has any say
Your ignorance and outright dishonesty is showing again. Reread the post or have a non-alcoholic adult read it to you. I used the term "Making it." The waste product, bagasse is free to anyone that will allow it to be legally dumped on their property. The cost of turning into something or "Making it" is not.
IFUS's own figures in the reports, which you obviously have not read, show the cost of the product ranges from $32-$33 for every $1 of product sold. There isn't any out for IFUS. The only thing IFUS can do is to continue to dilute to cover expenses. They certainly can't legitimately borrow any money. The company is clearly insolvent as it is with the only thing keeping it alive is dilution. As I said, soon the OS will be at 600 Million. My question is; "How are you going to explain it away when the OS breaks One BILLION??"
LOL!! All that is just your normal, every day. out of kilter, ranting and raving and fantasizing. With the cost of making the product 33 times as much as it can be sold for, there is no possible way the company could ever even break even, let alone turn a profit. This is the reason for the rampant dilution we all see. Soon, there will be over 600 million shares out.
IFUS is the most over valued stock on the OTC. What we have is 560 MILLION shares of nothing but debt and empty promises. Massive losses, mounting debt and rampant dilution will kill shareholders.
There is no such thing as a "cheap" share in a scam that loses $1,500/day, every day.
IFUS question of the day: What do we do with today's $46 in revenue?
You haven't made anything edible from bagasse. No proof exists, anywhere, that the IFUS bagasse mish-mash is edible. In fact the only field tests that were done found it caused a condition called "bricking." Which is why IFUS produces only $46 per day in revenue. That's less than the cost of one 50lb bag of good dog food.
Bagasse is free! Its an absolutely worthless waste product of sugar cane. Sugar refineries will dump it anywhere for free. In fact, they might even pay to dump it on your land. Many of Florida's refineries burn the bagasse to make steam; as it is, quite literally, cellulose debris (Wood chips)
LOL!! C'mon, Pit. You can do better than that. I don't drink alcohol at all .... ever. But, we all know you do.
Oh, so you meant "disrupter" when you wrote "disputer." IIFUS isn't a disrupter. You're drinking way too much of that Irish brew. $46 a day in revenue isn't disrupting anything
Talk about a real life Kook! You are basing everything on the word of a man who has been caught committing many frauds &destroying multiple companies and shareholders. No proof of any claim has ever been made.
Fact: IFUS lost another $1,480 today.
Huh?? What in the world does this mean?? "IFUS is a disputer ..."
You can repeat your fantasies a thousand times and still there is no proof of them. Show us the proof. Show us the science. 14 years of lies is all you have.
You need to tell bigger lies!! The price is tanking; the two biggest trades of the day are at .075.
LOLOL!! According to IFUS, Joe was a scientist when he worked for them. He was the inventor of the Nutri-mastic process and holds the patent.
The title of Dr. doesn't mean scientist. What is the Drs. name and where did he get his/her degree. What is his/her specialty. Where are his/her studies published?
You, know, I know and everyone on this board knows you are full of crap!
