Does anyone think we will be updated on the BAC vs. AIG lawsuit anytime soon?
hardasset, I thought that was what you meant.
linco418, no. There is not a specific date at this time.
linco418, this information has not been released.
hardasset, thanks for helping me better understand. I have never owned any shares of this company. I saw the ticker change in my Favorites and thought I would get some insight. What exactly does "fka" stand for?
1gumbi, thanks! I'll be sure to follow those boards and those people. Good luck to you as well!
hardasset, so what your saying. Old creditors and bondholders will end up losing? Also, those who owned shares here with EKDKQ before it was delisted. Did they lose their investment? How soon do you think, till fka EKDKQ could be listed again?
1gumbi, it is great! Unfortunately, I had to put a halt on TA learning for now. I'm back in college, so I have had my hands tied the past couple of weeks. The book that cintrix recommended me has been very clear and easy to understand! I'm currently learning about doji, hammers and a few other indicators. I hope I'm able to further my TA knowledge soon, but college education is a priority at the moment. I have been highlighting, taking notes and I have a page full of questions (possibly more, only a third of the way through the book) that I will need answered after I finish.
Thanks for asking, Gulley
hardasset, this is my first time seeing a company do this. What exactly do you mean? Will they go public again soon you mean?
JJ8, thank-you for your opinion.
JJ8, what do you think is in store for BAC this week?
New board.
johnnypies, first off. There is no information that I have, that you don't. Correct me if I am wrong, I feel as if this post is a reply to the previous post of mine. The post I'm referring to, ESPI relocating it's headquarters. The facts are stated in financials and press releases. In this case, I found this information in the financials. Financials are more then just numbers.
Secondly, you don't have to have a position to do research on a company.
TechnoAnalyst, I don't have paid subscription here at IHub. If you would like to talk privately, you'll have to send me your email address.
Thanks, Gulley
rsample, you are correct in regards to ESPI headquarters.
"On June 7, 2013 the Company subleased the Company’s Houston Texas office, improvements and certain equipment to a non-related third party. The sublease became effective July 1, 2013 with the term of the sublease coinciding with the original lease by the Company. The Company determined the remaining lease cost plus amortization and depreciation on the remaining leasehold improvements and equipment exceeded the sublease income by $274,555 and reflected a loss on disposal.
On June 27, 2013 the Company relocated the Scott Louisiana office and production facility. The unamortized leasehold improvement cost of $18,152 was charged to amortization of leasehold improvements in the quarter."
Opps, accidentally hit the "submit" button. BAC is definitely going to have a red week as I predicted Monday. I'll be happy if we close tomorrow above today's close.
BAC is definitely going to have a Red week as I stated
Good afternoon bag holders!
KING_TRADER$, I agree. The next earnings report will definitely send BAC over $15, possibly before then as we get closer to the date earnings are be released.
"Days like this when you have whole market down, it is good for buying opportunity."
Definitely, buy on fear and sell on greed! The market is currently feared right now.
"As BAC going bearish, so is the whole market...might as well don't invest. Look further IMO."
I agree, many factors that are making BAC go bearish. In my opinion, this is important to look at if your a short-term trader. Though if your here for the long run, wherever you buy in at is a good buy right now. BAC is still very undervalued.
backtrax, this is why I posted that past comment.
lysol, great dip to buy on in my opinion! I think it could dip even lower by Wednesday or Thursday possibly.
Correction, I meant bearish.
ison929, I'm learning about charts which is why I see this. I'm not knowledgable by any means, but I see bullish signs here with BAC.
backtrax, the Government is really cracking down on JPM.
ison929, I hope I'm wrong. Though in my opinion, I believe it's going to be a red week.
usBANKER, I find it interesting that ESPI sent out a press release regarding the resignation of CFO, but did not state William Cox's resignation in the article. Unless I overlooked the article? Both employes resigned on the same day. I found Mr. Cox's resignation in the link you provided, I also copied and pasted below for your convenience.
10.15
Resignation Notification from William Cox as Board Member received May 13, 2013.
StochasticsRule, I agree. Definitely overvalued, this should see a correction very soon. There is a'lot of hype on here with TSLA as of lately.
This chart looks very interesting, specifically the 3 month chart. I'm currently learning about TA. Though it looks like this stock is just as bullish as it is bearish. I haven't seen a chart anything like this so far in my learning.
readytrader, thanks! Some people have trouble understanding the facts. No one knows it all. It doesn't matter how knowledgeable you are about the market, you never know everything that there is to know. The same could be said for some of the more famous investors and trades like Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet or John Templeton just to name a few. We are all here to learn and educate others. While doing so we should respect other's opinion, weather you believe he or she is right or wrong. In the end, we are all here to take profits. That's all that matters.
johnnypies, nothing is different. You have to understand, that often times a company's PPS does not reflect weather they are profitable or in debt. Look at Tesla (TSLA) for an example. I won't bother looking up the exact dates or PPS. Though TSLA traded at roughly $40 per share before April 1, 2013. Before April 1, 2013 TSLA was not a profitable car manufacturer, they were in debt. On April 1, 2013 they released their financials showing their first profitable quarter. Today their stock price is somewhere in the upper 100's per share. You have to understand that many other factors play into account regarding a company's PPS. In my personal opinion, greed and fear are the main factors that judges the current market. I recommend that you educate yourself about the market. There are many books, websites and other resources that could help you better understand the market.
Glad I could crack an egg of knowledge for you.
Good luck, Gulley
ison929, I agree. Very reachable, maybe we can get a better view after the market close today.
johnnypies, you have to be the most ignorant person that I have communicated with here on IHUB. Have you ever heard of "due diligence"? Check it...
marina22, no one held a gun to your head, while telling you to hit the "Buy" button on your brokerage account did they?
elanfox, it doesn't necessarily have to be a class action lawsuit. You, yourself can have your own independent lawsuit.
usBanker, it depends on how much capital ESPI would be willing to pay Prime Equity Research. That report was paid for by ESPI, as well as the report before this one you mentioned.
