usBANKER, I find it interesting that ESPI sent out a press release regarding the resignation of CFO, but did not state William Cox's resignation in the article. Unless I overlooked the article? Both employes resigned on the same day. I found Mr. Cox's resignation in the link you provided, I also copied and pasted below for your convenience.
