Here's my take on this. It's not about the numbers and the variables, iamadog. IMO, it is about creating reasonable doubt. In this case, creating (and amplifying) reasonable doubt of any possible success for Green Cures.
If such doubt can be raised (and let's face it, in an OTC entity there are always a myriad of things to pick apart), a general downward pressure is applied to the stock, allowing share accumulation at lower levels.
Ultimately the business model of Green Cures will either succeed or fail... I choose to bet on their success.

Precisely... give that man a kewpie doll!
Mind Controlled Helicopter...
Last night, I was watching an episode of 'Outrageous Acts of Science', on the Science Channel. My ears perked up when they began to discuss a device that enables a person to fly a toy radio controlled helicopter using nothing but the mind. The scientists discussing the item seemed rather impressed, but here's the most interesting part.
That helicopter could only be 'commanded' to go up or down. And that was a function (limitation) of that particular headgear, which only allowed for recognition of the existence of alpha or beta wave brain activity. They were hopeful that one day there would be a version of the device that would allow things such as steering, forward/reverse, etc.
I then looked back to something mentioned on the Thursday's press release regarding Mind Solutions Inc's new 'Synapse' device. The Jan 31st PR stated 'These commands can accomplish an unlimited number of actions or tasks through software applications currently on the market and applications to be developed in the near future currently allows for the brain mapping of many more functions.'
IMO, the reception of this 'Synapse' device by the marketplace may be bigger than any of us had ever imagined. And I eagerly await the availability of the final version of this device.

Excellent point longymickshort, regarding the upcoming driving metric. And you know what happens the moment the OTC trading/investing community catches wind of the fact that an OTC company is moving sufficient product volume to be a self-funded, self sustaining entity (i.e. no more convertible note type borrowing). PPS ignition and liftoff..

GRCU. The upcoming Rico Suave launch has given Green Cures (GRCU) the capacity to erupt without warning. Please also note that the portfolio impact may inadvertently force some into a higher tax bracket (some things are simply unavoidable).

Those who are students of the american automotive industry know that at one time there were nearly 2000 automobile manufacturers (in late 1800s to early 1900s). There are now less than a dozen, of any consequence.
One of the keys to successful investing is placing an early bet on the one who will not only survive, but will thrive. And those that invested in the early winners were handsomely rewarded.
In some ways, the cannabis/mj/mmj industry resembles the turn-of-the-century automobile industry. Hundreds of companies have entered the space... most of whom will eventually fade away.
But I believe that Green Cures will be one of those survivors, and here's my rationale. Previously at the helm was Robert Calkin, a pioneer and educator in the cannabis/mj industry. When he was in charge, I always felt he had the capacity to be a rainmaker at Green Cures. Unfortunately, he was somewhat distracted from a singular focus at Green Cures because his aspirations and focus were more aligned with his growing educational business.
So we now have Dr. Trent Jones in command of the ship. I like that he has been a legislative advocate (on the state level) for mmj/cannabis. I also like that in addition to having real business experience as an entrepreneur, he has proven he has mental sharpness by developing intellectual property in the area of aquaponic production. While a rudimentary foundation has already been built at Green Cures, I think Dr. Jones will bring this company to a whole new level, beginning with a the rollout of the Rico Suave beverage line.
Investment vision could be defined as the ability to see a future potential empire, even as the foundation is being poured. I think we have a real winner here, and with time the charts will make that point indisputably evident.

Not sure why I-glow is stating an A/S increase from 500 million to 2.5 billion by Green Cures. Here's historical filings by TTD*, the predecessor company of GRCU (where clearly there was 1.5 billion A/S an then 2 billion A/S), before there was a Green Cures entity:
On the TTD* (predecessor to GRCU) filing from April 1st, 2013, is the following info on page 16 (for the period ended Dec 31, 2012):
As of the end of 2012:
a. There were 1,500,000,000 common shares authorized;
b. There were 553,695,597 common shares issued and outstanding;
c. There were 341,010,602 freely tradable common shares (public float);
d. The Company had approximately 286 shareholders of record.

IMO, the VOIS ear mounted hands-free controller could create a revolution in gaming. As was pointed out during a recent CNBC interview, the world currently expects a clunky, bulky, uncomfortable helmet type device to enjoy mind driven gaming. If VOIS can truly deliver with the accuracy and comfort on their final production version of this ear-mounted controller device, I think this company can scale quickly, and become extremely valuable. Additionally, the application of mind-controlled devices goes far beyond the gaming industry.
As one indication of demand within the innovative controller category, more than 24 million units of the Xbox Kinect motion controller have been sold.
If Mind Solutions Inc. (VOIS) could eventually sell just one million units of their ear-mounted mind controller, that would likely equate to more than $125 million in wholesale revenue. But the reality is that the number sold could be one tenth of that (even 100k units), and we'd still likely see an exponential increase in the share price.
Experiments from several years ago have proven that simple primates can use mind control to accomplish tasks. So wouldn't it seem logical that people will be using these techniques to control video games in the near future? And at that point, button controllers (the current standard in the industry), could seem as ridiculously outdated as phones tethered to the wall. When the Mind Solutions Inc. finished product is available for distribution, the upside here could be tremendous. The applications for their small, ear-mounted controller device are endless.
Believe it or not, even monkeys have participated in experiments that use mind controlled devices (see below).
'Monkey Mind-Control Holds Promise for Paraplegics'
An exerpt from the article:
'But there’s a long way to go before these microchips help humans regain control of their limbs. The monkey experiment simply proved a concept, and the mind-controlled movements were very basic. In order to be useful for humans, they’ll need to achieve more complex fine motor control.'
Monkeys Control a Mechanical Arm With Their Thoughts ...
New York Times article:
'Monkeys Think, Moving Artificial Arm as Own' - exerpt:
'Two monkeys with tiny sensors in their brains have learned to control a mechanical arm with just their thoughts, using it to reach for and grab food and even to adjust for the size and stickiness of morsels when necessary, scientists reported on Wednesday.'
Here's a 2008 Video: Monkey uses brain to control a prosthetic arm - YouTube:

Too funny, Rick. If my memory serves me correctly, isn't that the formula for every line -lol. What a flashback to my early education!
BTW, now I'm tearing. You have surely earned the prestigious recognition of the fields medal.
Let us not forget that not only has Green Cures not increased the share count since taking over the TTD* carcass, but they've reduced the share count (by cancelling 300 million shares). IMO, Green Cures (GRCU) is the closest thing to an OTC unicorn.
Savy traders/investors are well aware of this, and will accumulate GRCU shares by any means necessary.

You're welcome, whittenhalljr. Glad to help shed some light on this topic.
Excellent point. Retained Earnings/(Accumulated Deficit) is an account that all earnings and or losses get cleared out to, and as such keeps a running balance (from the beginning of time) of the sum total of net earnings (less the impact of distributed shareholder dividends).
If your were to look at the balance sheet of WalMart, for example, you would see a Retained Earnings figure of about 80 billion (it would have been even higher, but gets reduced every fiscal quarter that WalMart pays their substantial dividend to shareholders).
It is not uncommon for companies, in their early stages, to rack up a series of losses. So any capital chewed up during that period reduce the balance in the Retained Earnings account (or in this case, increase the negative Accumulated Deficit balance.
As crazy as it might sound, being able to purchase shares of an OTC stock with a high Accumulated Deficit balance sometimes provides a substantial benefit to the new shareholder. This is the case because the new shareholders are the beneficiary of any value that was brought to the business (both hard and IP assets) while the capital was being deployed, and the accumulated deficit was being generated.
As always, simply my opinion.
You're welcome. Unfortunate, because it would likely have caused a gigantic share price kaboom, the likes of which never seen here before. But the subsequent collapse might have been just as epic.
Thanks for the compliment, Rick.
Wish it was the case, but here's what it represents...

It has been said that when Willie Sutton was asked why he robbed banks, he replied that he robbed them because that's where the money was.
I have to assume that it is probably similar with flipping OTC shares. Many do it, because that's where the money is. I have never been very good at that activity, so I tend to hold my OTC shares longer than most (which, at times, can be financially hazardous). With BTZO, I think holding several milly shs will prove quite lucrative.

Mathematical discovery: See, the interesting thing is that in the equation X*Y=Z, there are an infinite number of values satisfying the equation. The higher the plug figure for X, the lower the solution value for Y, and vice versa.
For example, I just found a company that has 120 cases to a pallet rather than the 150 number of the supplier that you found.
But here's the interesting thing with that. You pointed out that you felt the supplier you identified is the likely one producing RIco Suave (in part) because they have 150 cases to a pallet, and 150*4 (pallets) = 600 cases in total. And 600 cases x 24 per case = 14,400.
That 14,400 number must not be all that special, because when I multiply the 120 cases per pallet from the supplier I located, and multiply that by 5 pallets (rather than the 4 figure that you used), I arrive at the same 600 cases that you computed. So once again, for your benefit, I will point out how the math works.
When you have one equation with two unknowns (i.e. X times Y), there are an infinite number of values that allow the eqaution to be solved.
Your assumption of the supplier used (based upon your math solution) sort of reminds me of the scene in 'My Cousin Vinny', where there is a sample taken of the car tire rubber from the ground. An expert then confirms that the rubber sample indeed matches the car driven by the defendents. Upon cross examination by Joe Pesci, it turns out that this particular tire was the most common model/size of the most popular brand of tire. It would seem that the basis for your conclusion is equally strong.

Is the momentum shift, to a positive and upward bias, as unsettling as it appears?
It never hurts to have an algorithmic mathematician and general physicist concurring ;)
My impression of the price action thus far today...
IMO, someone was testing how thin the air was at higher altitudes (pps above .007). They found what they were looking for, which was that it is very thin. So, in an effort to accumulate more, at a lower entry point, they quickly sold the shares they had originally bought into .007s.
Their expectation was that dropping red after moving into the .007s would deliver a blow to the confidence in realness of the recent upward move, allowing them to get some more cheapies.
Based upon the observation above, I expect us to move up rather quickly and close with a hue of green.
As always, simply my opinion.
