Regarding PR July 19, 2012
Ok, now I know who PK is. I've been to his Blogs before, I posted something on that site a long time ago, and never got a response form anyone.
http://electriplast.blogspot.com/
Doug,
Wondering if you could answer a couple of questions. Did Herb Jr. convert Vantage4 into a production plant for Electriplast pellets? Any truth to that?
Well, guess I have to give you kudos for always answering the most pertinent question or statement
Yes Scott said something along those lines. I believe I posted that Fisker Karma had to recall 2,400 of their $100,000 line due to 2 fires caused by the ignition. That's all I read, so like I said, I didn't think much about it after that.
Where did you get the quote, and when was it written? If it was before the recall, I would understand why Scott said what he said. If it happened recently, then it could be that they haven't reached the dealership yet. Help me understand why you are calling this a dichotomy?
You said...
Sorry, I did say Vantage4 was started by Sr. I stand corrected on that statement. Thanks Sputnik...much respect, ypg
starting to think there could be more than the 2 options I gave. the third and forth I dare not say...
back on the fence again with this one...yank me over!
Reedman World Auto Center
January 1970 – March 2005 (35 years 3 months)
Sorry
I'm sorry, Reedman's auto world I believe.
Wrong Thin! Everything changes, and you've just got a PR stating a possible start to something better for ITKG. Doug told me the board is still together. The board in Post #4777, that I asked for help with the Bureaucracy, and never got. This board:
One last comment. Herb and Paul are not people that sit on their hands and reap the rewards of others hard work. They are hands on people, and the reason why this dialogue has taken place. I was also very optimistic when I received the email re: changing of the guards. imo, it meant "no more" business as usual. I'm not convinced that everything from now is pure daisies, because just when everyone thinks that way, were pushing up daisies. much respect, ypg
On a side note, if you find anything interesting that I may have overlooked, it's appreciated before hand. I've tried to work backwards from post #4829 (contains Herb & Paul's resumes) to post #4776, and I haven't been able to close the book on this stock.
My knowledge of Vantage4 was because of Herb Sr. I read about "Ralph" Reedman back in the late 80's or early 90's, but forgot about it. As stated in prior post(s), I got back into ITKG due to Vantage4 and Herb Jr's resume. I felt Herb would be someone I would consider hiring if I needed someone with a specific skill-set or connections in the Automobile Industry. Refer to previous post for his resume.
Most Auto enthusiast know that the big 3 Automobile makers in the US were loosing ground to the Japanese and Germans from the 70's. Everything from the Oil embargo in 73 and emission control laws caused me to sell my 1970 Challenger T/A (if I'd only known then, right?). I'll credit my love for the 69 Z-28 (302 w/ solid lifters) and the 63 split window Corvette, leading me to Herb Jr.
Regarding,
One last note regarding Herb. I took a look at ITKG due to "management (Herb - Pres. & CEO) after ITKG PR that they are turning Electriplast over to Herb Reedman". I also looked at ITKG dilution from 2010 - present, and I didn't see anything alarming, so decided to give Herb a shot. It also seemed like someone, or a few, with large interest in ITKG was supporting the stock. I felt it was the only reason ITKG would open 1 to 3 points over the previous close. Turns out that I didn't have to look beyond the words thanks to your replies form the SEC filings...much respect, ypg
Thanks, he also told me that "Changewave" doesn't have much clout. That's why I got out of ITKG after they kept raising the buy limit too quickly years ago, imo. I've pretty much discounted most of what he's said.
The reason I decided to post on this site was because I phoned Vantage4 prior to the closing, I didn't get Herb, but a office mgr. (number was disconnected shortly after). She said, they are planing to convert Vantage4 into N. America production plant for Electriplast. Maybe "planing" was the operative.
I just couldn't find anything from that point on. My initial research was focused on how large Vantage4's office or warehouse was, but I hit a dead end. So all I had was Herb Jr. resume, which I feel is very good, but not good enough for me to sit on my hands.
Thanks for replying to my early post. I didn't think anyone was monitoring this site when I first got here, but I'm glad you replied. I will go through the filings these next 4 days as well as looking through cyberspace for anything.
I sent Doug an email also, and if I get something other than bureaucracy regarding Electriplat in Fort Washington, PA, I'll definitely send you a post. I'll be monitoring this site to see if any updates are left, and I will keep digging to help anyone in (ITKG)
Have a great Thanksgiving Sputnik, and much respect, ypg
OK, one second...Sputnik said:
I'll go through the latest filings. I know more about Herb Sr than Herb Jr. Although Jr has a good resume and reputation as of now, I won't be judging a company by the President/CEO past business ventures.
In this case "The past may not portend the future" Thanks ypg
After what the two of you just did, it's FEAR, and more FEAR, from this guy, lol!
Thanks, marsred10
Yup, Sputnik said the same. I sent Herb a snail mail requesting some info. He replied to one I sent back in late 02/12. seems people respond to them better. Now that Herb has been discussed, I appreciate your input and I'll definitely keep your words for future PR and filings.
Ok, communicator maybe, but not "Great" that all I said. And we wouldn't be having this conversation if everything you just said was done weeks ago. I just kept getting things like PK is ???, So So is now living in??? Heard Blank Blank is driving a ???
this year Jan 30th @.35 and feb 16th hit .60
That's the best news I've gotten in the past year, lol. Thanks for the uplift...much more respect! Hey, wait a minute, didn't James Eagan replace Robinson? Thanks again Sputnik
Thank you marsred10 for post #4771. I stepped off the curb before looking both ways, and you hit the horn. I think I'm satisfied with what everyone's said of Herb and ITKG at this point. I'm in it already and I'm looking for a wishful .50, but I'll reassess as "Nothing" unfolds, lol...Thanks again & much respect, ypg
Thank you Sputnik! I turned to people monitoring this board for info regarding Herb's tenure at ITKG. I also said that I stepped off the curb before looking both ways, and I appreciate everyone who hit the horn...much respect, ypg
I called Vantage4 prior to it's shutdown to verify it's conversion. It was confirmed that indeed, Herb Jr. was converting Vantage4 into the N. American production plant for Electriplast. The person I spoke with did say that they couldn't comment on Electriplast.
Outside of the quote from the 10K, I can't find anything. Herb's in charge of Electriplast and I can't find anything. That's why I've asked for your help.
I was told by Scott that the contract with Fisker Karma didn't amount to much and gave no reason. I found out this year Fisker recalled approx. 2,400 of their vehicles due to 2 catching on fire, which was traced to the ignition. Each cost over $100K. Electriplast wasn't mentioned in the report, and a question regarding it is in the snail mail I sent to Herb. I don't expect answers.

Post # 4776 (was posted due to this remark)
Thank you marsred10, that is the type of info I've been trying to gather. More or less, Is there information you can help me with re: Herb Jr. and what he's doing to help ITKG as CEO of Electriplast? I try to avoid being denigrating. I just didn't feel my questions were being taken seriously, and you just confirmed it.
So let's start with this comment
Yes, Vantage4 was started by Herbert Reedman Sr. and Herb Jr. Took it over. After committing to Electriplast he converted Vantage4 to N. America Electriplast production facility. I haven't heard of anything being produced there that was sent out, outside of what was sent to Fisker Karma and Volta volare. I've sent Herbert a 2 page snail mail requesting that he keep the shareholders updated regularly regarding everything from Hanwah through today. I found that snail mail is the most effective way to get a response, and if I do I'll post
Thanks Sputnik...much respect ypg
Happy Thanksgiving Guys!
I did some homework as you suggested. laid off the "Hip-Hop Kool-aid", stayed out of "Kanye and Kims Fridge", and I can't find one answer in any of the replies that addresses the question I asked re: Herbert Reedman or Paul MaCkenzie.
Herbert Reedman
President/CEO
Electiplast Corporation
Public Company; 11-50 employees; Plastics industry
April 2011 - Present (1 year 8 months) Fort Washington, PA
Director
Integral Technologies, Inc
Public Company, 11-50 emplayees; Plastics industry
May 2001 - Present (1 year 7 months)
Paul MaCkenzie
Director of Global Sales
ElectriPlast Corporation
Public Company; 11-50 employees; Plastics industry
August 2011 - Present (1 year 4 months) Fort Washington, PA
Good thing I'm only half delusional. You got that right, lots of crack-pots there and it doesn't stop at salespeople, but I asked if you had any input re: Herb or Paul, who have been with ITKG for only 1 year and 8 months. Herbert and Paul are in Fort Washington, PA where Herb converted Vantage4 to Electriplast production plant. I'm not in JK Rowling land, so I don't expect magic from either of them. I'm just trying to find out if people have more background on the two....much respect ypg
