James Eagan is still with Orbcomm (telecommunications)as an Advisor, and has been with the company since 1997 from the pacific and throughout Asia.

James has also worked as a Assistant FMS Program Manager with the AEGIS program. AEGIS Program is best known for the Ticonderoga class cruisers or the Arleigh Burke class destroyers, and is it's primary line of defense. He also worked for Lockheed Martin. His specialty is in Telecommunications.

FYI, These are the unedited questions I sent to ITKG, #1) Is Hanwah still doing test and what applications are they interested in? And #2) Is the IP Advisory Board put together in June/July 2012 still intact? Is Bruce Story, Jed Cahill, John Cronin, and Attorney's Louis A. DePaul and Matthew P. Frederick still active board members? Please inform mif Scott McArthur is still with ITKG.

Sorry, if you have not been responded to in the past, it was an oversight. We Try to respond to all emails. Due to the terms of our NDA with Hanwha we cannot discuss any specifics about them at this time. As the relationships becomes more formal, more information will be made available. The IP Advisory Board is very much intact and we consult them regularly. Their expertise and input is valuable, not only with our IP, but also in discussions with companies in regards to licensing. Scott is still Integral, serving in the same capacity he has for the last several years. If you have further questions feel free to give me a call. Thanks you for taking the time email us.

Unless Doug has totally lost his mind, or writing me from a prison cell, imo, he can't be lying about the board being intact. The advisory board members would have sent him to the Gallows by now.
