I think he was looking for "Cost" or cost-effective.
m/r
You're right.
He's made mistakes, admitted it, and moved the company further than anyone before him.
I find it best to trust an optimist with a clear vision of the future, than a pessimist with a posit position of the past. Doug seems to be an optimist.
m/r
And I'm glad I chose to believe the company, and will continue to do so until management gives me a reason not to.
Any investment strategy can work. It's holding a posit position that doesn't. Whether it's with your money, or your beliefs.
m/r
This could be your opportunity to get out of your stock position where you wanted to.
Yup, that's what he said and I'm sure he'll onus up to that. He was being honest which says a lot about the company. Doug also mentioned something similar in an email. That says a lot about their integrity.
I think they were being cautious and waiting until Fisker released their Atlantic line which would have produced a lot more affordable vehicles for the masses.
If a company is willing to give me the straight up, that says a lot.
More good news to come!
m/r
Don't worry.
Seems ITKG is intent on narrowing the margin between those numbers and creating wealth for everyone, including your 40 shares.
They've already received more revenues during Doug's tenure then they have the previous 8 mo I've been in the stock.
Your shares are looking good, and I'm pulling for us all! GL
m/r
As long as they hold on to their shares it's all good. It means they're looking ahead to a large payday. Same here.
Main thing is that Doug follows through with what he says, which seems to be the case.
m/r
Took me awhile, but now, I finally see what you're saying as plain as the nose on my face! ;) $TKG
I think ITKG covers that target easy with 1 contract from any of the companies that they recently partnered with.
m/r
Then I hope ITKG receives multiple contracts to help make your 40 shares worth it. GLTY.
m/r
Look how many more opportunities
ITKG has given you in the past.
01/01/06 low.285 12/01/06 high 4.25 +1391%
11/02/09 low.2605 12/14/09 high .94 +260%

01/14/13 low.20 - 06/24/13 high .83 +315%
2014 low .24 - high .79 +229% (so far).
Since Doug took over the reigns of the company, ITKG's future is much brighter than days past. The times of quick moves up only to retrace back to the .20s are behind us thanks to the collaborative efforts between ITKG and Hanwah, Delphi, BASF, East Penn Mfg., and Chang Rim.
Great looking team!
m/r
Good start.
I think it will continues to hold strong through the EOY and make new highs. I believe in Doug.
m/r
Do you remember your prophetic comment
to my question back in mid 2013,
Sure patentminer2013.
Thanks to you too for your insight, and everyone else on this board.
With the exception of a few days here and there, the stock has been putting in higher highs since mid-Sept., and I think it has lots of legs left. I still like the chart.
Since Doug said he regrets over promising and under delivering earlier in the year, he's done just the opposite. Under promised and over delivered, and I think he will continue doing just that. I truly believe that he will move ITKG to the next level.
He said contracts are coming and I have no doubt he'll deliver.
This little hidden gem won't be hidden for much longer.

Integral Completes Motor Casing Prototypes in Asia
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=63967405&symbol=ITKG
Canton, Michigan, October 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTC-BB: ITKG) ("Integral"), an emerging light-weighting leader and its wholly owned subsidiary ElectriPlast Corp., announced today that its Asian molding partner Chang Rim Eng Inc. ("Chang Rim") has successfully completed its prototype phase for a motor casing for the automotive industry. "This is a major milestone for us, as we have been exploring the use of conductive plastics in Asia and this is the first opportunity we have had to implement a product using the ElectriPlast technology. We have tested and trial molded many different conductive plastics from the US and Europe and found ElectriPlast to be the most effective for our applications under development," stated Won-Hyun Kwon, Chang Rim's President. "We are in the process of providing a large number of final test units to our customer and expect contract award by end of this year." Chang Rim has been closely involved with the development of the motor casing shielding application, including material support, molding trials, testing and validation efforts.
Chang Rim is a specialty molder based in Daegu, South Korea focusing on high margin plastic injection molded products for a variety of industries in addition to automotive, including consumer and industrial products. "We have been assisting Chang Rim to select the ideal ElectriPlast compound of resin and fiber for their applications," stated Mo Zeidan, ElectriPlast's CTO. "This is a material advance in our cooperation with our regional manufacturing partner Hanwha L&C."
Yup, it's safe to say you were right and I was wrong.
No disrespect to Bill, Herb, and Paul, but when they were leading ITKG, not much happened.
But since Doug took over, things got, and are getting accomplished very quickly. He's also keeping everyone informed of where the company is heading. Something the company has not done in the past.

Chinese buyer vows to revive Fisker hybrid car
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/cars/2014/05/20/chinese-fisker-wanxiang/9314769
The Chinese industrialist who bought hybrid car maker Fisker Automotive out of bankruptcy in the U.S. is vowing that the maker will rise again as a top maker of electric cars.
Lu Guanqiu, chairman and founder of China's Wanxiang Group, tells Bloomberg News that he'll even challenge electric car maker Tesla. He plans to restart production of the Karma plug-in hybrid in the U.S. and hopes to eventually extend production to China, where a serious air pollution problem could make electric-cars more inviting.
Guanqiu took control of Fisker earlier this year after it went bust. Fisker made the $103,000 Karma and was hoping to market a smaller, cheaper hybrid called the Atlantic as well. It failed after its battery supplier, A123 Systems, stopped production.
Now Guanqiu is talking seriously about electrics. He vows he will put "every cent that Wanxiang earns" into electric cars. He says he will stop at nothing.
I got 12,500 shares purchased on the open market by Doug at .27 and .28.

I meant, it's nice to see insiders filing form 4's.
Sure, but after two years of no insider transactions, it's nice to see company officials buying shares in the open market.
We'll have to see if they continue to buy, but at least they kept their word.
Nice to see insider buys again!

Macro catalysts and potential market sizing: There is a very public push in the automotive industry right now to reach the 2025 Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFÉ) standards and "Lightweighting" every single component of the car is a big priority.
So, how big is the demand for Conductive Plastics? The folks at BCC Research (a publisher of technology market research reports) have put a very large number on it. In some of the summary highlights in their 2011 Research Study, "Conductive Polymers: Technologies and Global Markets", they estimated the market for conductive plastics to reach $2.4 billion by 2016.
That's a pretty big market opportunity and it's an exciting place to be as the technology leader in this new material space with a target date for the first mass production of their materials with a real commercialization partner.
All automobiles need to have a 54 mpg rating by 2025

Deon Taylor – CEO
Executive Producer/Writer/Director
He has given his blood sweat and tears to nurture this company from its roots. Just as there is no other boutique film production company like HEFG, there is no other Producer/Writer/Director like Taylor. His creative flexibility allows him to move seamlessly between genres. He can go from horror to urban comedy virtually effortlessly allowing him to avoid painting himself into a creative corner. Taylor sees the world around him as a living, breathing canvas. He is like a magician-conjuring concepts out of what seems to be thin air. He is inspired by the storytelling chops of artists like Steven Spielberg and the proliferation of Jerry Bruckheimer both of whom enjoy a wide creative range.
Taylor has a background in marketing, sports and promotions. A Nike All-American basketball player from Gary, Indiana, he earned a biology degree at San Diego State University, where he was named that conference’s “Newcomer of the Year.” Taylor went on to play professionally and still competes weekly in the coveted NBA Entertainment League out of Los Angeles.
Dion Taylor has also partnered with Jamie Foxx to create, No Brainer Films.
