Thats the only good part about being no bid. They cant dump. They can only sell at the ask if people are crazy enough to buy. After the RS if it even gets approved by FINRA then the dumping will resume. But right now it cant go lower that it is now. We are in the proverbial basement.
But the preferred shares were issued AFTER the original meeting date announcement. They then postponed the meeting after seeing the reaction so that the preferred shares could be voted. This is clear manipulation by insiders to their own personal benefit and should be an illegal act.
On a positive note every trade from here will be a buy. Until the RS when they rinse and repeat. Unfreakinbelievable.
It only took 4 minutes to wipe out the last of the bids. Freakin unreal.
Nice dump! Looks like were ready to go no bid. Great. Just great.
Exactamundo! The vote was illegal.
Now its up to FINRA to decide whether to allow the RS. If enough people complain about the illegal vote maybe they wont let it happen.
Perfect timing. The vote looks illegal.
Before the vote the authorized share limit was 3B. How can the votes for anything on the agenda be greater than that amount???
If you deduct the 3B shares Landau illegally voted the NO votes won!
We should see an 8K today announcing the results of the meeting and the vote. Last time they put out the 8K 3 days after the meeting. I think the requirement is 4 days.
Im on the edge of my seat in suspense. NOT.
The 20% is risk-free. The 80% has to pay for all expenses plus the 20% off the TOP. Maybe their net will be 20% too but could be less after all expenses are paid. We get 20% off the top no matter what the expenses are.
Take a look at any profitable company and compare the top line and the bottom line. Take GE? Their last 10-Q shows $35B in top line revenue and $3B in bottom line profit. Which would you rather have? 20% of the top line or 50% of the bottom line?
I saw FINRA just approved a RS for another mining company trading at no bid that just did a RS last year. Doesnt bode well for any regulatory relief here. Sux actually.
The 43-101 report says "In 1994, approximately 400 tons were mined from the Lawry channel, at an average grade of 0.2 ounces per ton (Sandberg, 1994)."
No one went to the meeting? Or is this what goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas? Im on the edge of my seat waiting to see the result of the vote. Just like they do in Russia.
Where was the meeting? Area 51? Maybe the whole room was abducted by aliens.
NBRI. Give credit where credit is due. Despite all the naysayers saying it wouldnt happen they got it done. This is the path to profitibility. It takes money to make money and now they have it. If you have a better way of doing it please tell us!
That doesnt begin to explain 2.5m shares traded. Is this record volume for NBRI? If not its damn close to it I think.
Must be smitter taking profits. LOL!
ARCA is on the offer but not on the bid anywhere. Looks like someone is shorting bigtime.
Dont think so. Website shows the same OS as a month ago.
And who do you think prepares and issues the NBRI filings you use to judge the real condition of the company? Its the same CEO you say you dont believe. You cant have it both ways! How can you rely on the filings if you dont believe what he says even while twisting the filings out of context and using them to support your arguements.
Bulk sampling is mining. You dont go from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds when your 1000 feet underground. This is how it begins.
Looks like NBRI made a great deal!
Prolly a good thing theres no bid so they cant dump. LOL!
The ads come from Google not IHUB and they appear on a lot of sites. Ive seen them on Kitco and Stockhouse too. Prolly super inexpensive.
What happened to their Ebay store? Are they still selling gold?
If she were a public company her shareholders would be complaining about the "delay" of 40 years. Like it was her fault. LOL! Its not easy when mother nature has other ideas. But kudos to her for getting it done. Thats the golden rule. Never give up!
The end of August is when a lot of peeps take vacations and dont come back until after Labor Day. Relax.
The old timers like the pioneers are identified as the ones with the arrows in the back. Just sayin.
Heres some more. There is a company called Senetek that owned the rights to Relief Canyon and was trying to make the deal with Canarc when they backed out.
As best I can tell Senetek intended to put Relief Canyon into production themselves but for some reason inexplicably sold their interest for cash on the barrel without any NSR or other piece of the action. The question then is why?

At the least you have to give him props for bringing Frost onboard. Would love to know what HE is thinking!
Understood. But the previous operator filed for bankruptcy as gold prices were hitting $1900/oz.
If all-in costs are now at $1350 even if that is a reliable estimate this is still a very marginal project.
I have to find it again but there was another Canadian company (Canarc?) that put in a bid on Relief Canyon while it was in bankruptcy but later withdrew it. I never did see any reason stated why.
The main question then is how does PCLC success at lower gold prices when the previous operator failed at higher gold prices and another suitor withdrew also at higher gold prices.
I still want to know why if this asset is so great the previous operator went bankrupt and PGLC picked it up in a bankruptcy auction. Most of the work was done by the previous bankrupt operator and not PGLC. If it really has millions of ounces how did this wind up in bankruptcy court????
AND Heres another
Have you received any letters recently from the SEC or the FBI requesting information about your assuming control through the issuance of preferred shares or any other issue that shareholders deserve to know about through full disclosure?
Heres another
Now that you have taken control of the company again without shareholder approval and with the stroke of a pen to issue yourself preferred shares are you now personally liable and at risk for all of the companys liabililities and if not why not?
Prolly they use front end loaders and not manually shoveling.
NBRI. You said:
Agreed. This was one of the most remarkable dumps Ive ever seen. And its not over. This is going to trade a billion shares today. Unreal.
$1400 gold is hokey!
It is incredible that someone can comment on a mining company and not know what an NSR is when it is one of the most basic concepts in mining deals.
An NSR comes out of top line revenue and not bottom line profits. If gold is at $1400 and after refining costs are deducted the net sale price of the gold is $1350 then NBRI is paid 20% of $1350 or $270 an ounce. NBRI gets paid regardless of how much it costs to produce each ounce. The cost of mining and net profit is irrelevent.
