bmgp/hardman et al are liars...pop and drop should be no surprise...convicted securities fraud felons have been issued shares by bmgp mgmt...rule 504 reg d texas exemption....(snerk)
run your little pump and don't forget to bail...the co isn't reliable...no guidance has come to pass...I don't need to feed it to you, it's all there for perusal...
five minutes dd and you'll see it for yourself.......
liars..thieves..convicted securities fraud felons...
that's bmgp history....
never delivering on guidance...
false and misleading press releases....
that's bmgp...that's clayton hardman et al....
management lies...look past the headlines...check dates...validate their claims (if you can).....
hardman et al is not reliable in any capacity whatsoever...
e-lionheart, jeff stone, lloyd dohner convicted securities fraud felons...e-lionheart/edward bronson will soon be convicted, lloyd dohner was convicted feb 2012 and jeff stone of wakabayashi fund llc is referred to by SEC as 'recidivist' and 'felon'....have all been issued shares by bmgp clayton hardman....
Guidance and business prospects including product development/acquisition timelines and revenue projections provided by clayton hardman have proved to be misleading...while IOBS/Los Alamos National Laboratory are touted by the co that's not where the money goes....
bmgp is a pump dump scheme...not an investment....flip it if you can but don't fall for the lies.
Dig a little deeper, cheekster....that's a partial list of the failures to deliver of clayton hardman et al....
bmgp exists to dump shares on retail noobs...not to develop anything...hardman had the money but he purported to chase after 'chinese' garbage business deals instead of developing and testing IOBS....he has used stock promoters and convicted securities fraud felons and 'loans' from various parties to get his hands on cash...
If you check up on the things you posted you will not find them to be part of the 'business' today.
It's a pump dump scheme.
hardman issued shares to convicted securities fraud felons...
Meanwhile the competition actually WORKS on development of handheld pathogen detection...a link is provided below to illustrate the caliber of people/institutions working on handheld pathogen detection technology...hardman couldn't/wouldn't do it with Los Alamos National Laboratory derived technology...he chose to play with chinese junk 'reverse mergers' or whatever kind of deal he worked out with Canadian citizens...bmgp financials report >$700,000...almost equal amounts....going to each of Lathrop Engineering for development of IOBS technology and the chinese junk...he stated he was purchasing and installing equipment for bmgp's "facility" in China....
I think hardman et al used IOBS as bait for a pump dump scheme....my honest opinion....I also think hardman et al owes "investors" our money back.

How come we don't got no money? Eh?

The shares issued for consulting? The shares issued for debt service? The shares issued ...
The shares issued for consulting?
The shares issued for debt service?
The shares issued for cash?
All those shares were issued for what reason?
Could it have been 'financing'?
Where's the millions of $$$ cash shares were issued for? It shouldn't have been spent on consulting...shares were issued for that...
Shares were issued for the almost one-half million bucks in debt service...
Shares were issued for filing patents...
Shares were issued for services...
How come we don't got no money? Where's the cash from the shares issued for cash? My guess is those next 100MM authorized shares which haven't been handed off to more bagholders is why...
Many millions of $$$ have poured into bmgp/clayton hardman et al...with less than stellar results...less than miserable results, in fact....
hardman owes investors our money back
What? No funding yet? It's been YEARS since it was first 'just around the corner'. And no clinical trials...or engineering by Lathrop...or uplisting...no contracts with bright dairy or any other corporate entity...????
/:-{
Why not? Could it be that the money went to chinese or canadian citizens for junk 'contracts' and 'facilities'? Hundreds of thousands of dollars for what? Press releases?
How much $$$ went to convicted securities fraud felons and penny stock promoters?
hundreds of thousands?
And consultants? And money-lenders?
Millions?
hardman owes 'investors' their money back......
clinical trials 3rd Q 2011? Did that happen? NO?
Well imagine that....hardman presented mucho optimism...he even presented a timeframe for clinical trials...multi-national clinical trials at that...
And it didn't happen although clayton hardman HAS produced plenty of dilutive shares and press releases....and at least several burned 'investors'...
The IOBS is bait to take retails money from them....
To date, Biomagnetics has successfully transitioned from a research stage entity to a developmental company and is positioning itself to perform clinical trials of its IOBS device in Mexico, Thailand, India and China during the third quarter of 2011 that will be followed by trials in the United States and Europe. Biomagnetics will continue to develop a strategic portfolio of patents for a diverse range of bacterial and viral assays for specific use with the Company’s revolutionary diagnostics systems.
It's all hype...pump dump...he never HAS delivered but he has managed to burn through over $9 million since 2006.
hardman owes 'investors' their money back

$4MM x 60-90 days on chinese deals? 2010/11?
It's been quite a number of '60-90 day' periods now and still no money returned to shareholders...
Where's the money? Where's the biofuel revenue/earnings? Where's the PVA biodegradeable plastic production? Where's the hundreds of thousand of dollars spent on 'equipment and installation at our facility in china' as referenced in company financial reports?
Hardman owes investors their money back.......................
speaking of sharing info Riley, tell us all whatever happened to the $ 4 million Clayton said BMGP would be collecting from the China deals? 60-90 days it was said to be arriving to BMGP from the date of his CC. In fact, I've learned that this payment was to accompany a 5 million share interest in the Bio Fuel company announced by Clayton during his Conference Call held last December. From my research on this subject, it appears that both remunerations never took place. Why did Clayton lie to the shareholders about this? Was he trying to inflate the value of BMGP by using fraudulent financial expectations?
Here you go "suebh"...(I can't pmail)...
The SEC link 'doesn't exist'....haven't run across that one before....so I googled
"On August 1, 2011 the Company issued promissory notes to Biotech Development Group, LLC and totaling $73,500 for the Company, a form which is convertible into shares of the Company’s common stock at a fixed conversion price equal to the lesser of the fixed conversion price of $0.0041, or seventy five percent (75%) of the average of the closing bid price of the common stock as reported by Bloomberg LP for the principal market for the 5 trading days preceding the conversion date. As part of this transaction the Company also issued to the subscriber a warrant to purchase an additional 17,926,829 shares of common stock at $0.0041."
in its entirety and the link to the results follow...

I, incorrectly it seems, assumed the language applied to a filing by bmgp as it appeared on the yahoo mb...my mistake. Perhaps the original poster became confused as to which message board he was on as joe noel promoted bmgp and mdhi. In any event MDHI also seems to have performed very poorly for investors as bmgp has....OPMG pps was .06 1/25/10 and is now .0008....bmgp pps was .14 on 7/14/10 and is now .007 with a historical low of .ooo5 in June of 2012.
You seem to be an MDHI fan?
OPMG-Also a Joe Noel stock...
OPMG pps 1/25/10 was .06...now it's .0008
Here's few more examples of performance of joe noel "picks"....
BIEL...1/18/10...was .05 now .0015
YESD...6/15/10 was .10 now .0002
CSKH 1/18/10 was .15 now .0010
BMGP 7/14/10 was .14 now .007
I drank the kool-aid w/bmgp and got burned...now trying to instigate an investigation by regulatory/enforcement entities.....
I know very nearly nothing at all per fmnj...I was just following up on 'rothschild' due to a different co. having had 'contact' with him and quipped a reply....
In the event you haven't read up on the guy here is a link to a simple google search of his name...it's uhmmmm....enlightening?(and I distrust anything and everything about boca raton and anything/anyone connected to it in any manner whatsoever)....

BMGP-Biomagnetics Diagnostics...
I recently posted the following.....not by any means a conclusive summary....but it's a start...
A "great story" indeed...rothschild, dohner, stone, e-lionheart llc, joe noel and his compadres, magna group llc...
Lloyd Dohner and Jeff Stone being convicted securities fraud felons w/stone being convicted LONG before bmgp vetted him/wakabayashi for share issuance...lloyd dohner was convicted after share issuance by bmgp and rothschild, Charles Gregoire de Rothschild, proved to be a faker connected to boca raton....
E-Lionheart LLC is currently being litigated by SEC and magna tends to show up where e-lionheart did...
And of course there's joe noel and his $600,000 'save the company' funds and did I mention shares also issued to Sonoma Winton LLC...as in brittany noel...oh...and warrants for 17,926,829 to accompany the 25% discount on market price shares for the approx $77,xxx 'loan'????
I note that BIOTECH Development Partners LLC was stated as providing funds for "development of IOBS" but BIOTECH Development Partners expired w/California Secretary of State years before association w/bmgp?
A pattern emerges w/bmgp of numerous failed adventures/partnerships/business dealings particularly of the 'chinese' variety w/retail investors being heavily diluted by share issuances to consultants, money lenders and note holders...and stock promoters. Also noted are misleading claims as to the business prospects of bmgp w/ the ceo clayton hardman stating in videotaped interview guidance of "$10 per share"....
This reply is, btw, to your first post on ihub as 'stockdarockk'...and your presence was noted in the july 2012 stock price drop/pop....

Listen to the whiz Dom....Dec 2009...
My latest discussion with Clayton Harman, CEO Biomagnetics
Good evening Longs,
So Clay managed to call me earlier than he promised and i was able to ascertain a plethora of promising news regarding BMGP. First let us begin with the audit.
The auditing as per Clayton, goes by a three step process.
The first is the compilation of all statements, bills, receipts etc. that have anything to do with BMGP by the CPA. This includes income, balance sheets, cash flow....the works. This information is then sent to a second CPA who audits the information.
The second step is that the auditor will review all the materials given and give his stamp of approval. Once he has approved all statements and such, he sends the compilation over to a third CPA and 2nd auditor to review for SEC Filing.
The third step is that the 2nd auditor reviews and approves the audit, at which point BMGP can finally file with the SEC. BMGP is currently in the mid portion of the third step and they are patiently waiting to hear from the auditor.
All these measures must be taken in today's world due to recent SEC regulations changes. However on a brighter note, by next week, Clayton would like to reassure that all his financials will be published on pinksheets from the pre-SEC audit. This should create some positivity in stock price IMO as well as create full transparency of the company. The financials listed will be that of the previous reportable quarter as well as all of 2009.
Now on with the good stuff. As per what iron had said before about the LANL and CDC representative joining Clayton in his voyage, I can now confirm the validity of his claim. Sorry i doubted you iron.
Next Monday, Clay will be leaving for Mexico to meet with a gentleman from IMSS. The Mexican Social Security Institute (Spanish: Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, IMSS) is a governmental organization that attends to public health, pensions and social security in Mexico operating under the Secretariat of Health. The reason for his trip is to establish future distribution points as well as create a relationship with the Mexican government to create an assay for the Rotavirus. (Rotavirus wiki: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotavirus) There are currently hundreds of millions of people suffering from Rotavirus in the world with millions of deaths particularly in children. BMGP hopes to create an additional assay for this strand of virus. A partnership with IMSS will also allow BMGP to team up with the largest hospitals in Mexico and is without a doubt a potentially large buyer.
As for the LANL and CDC representative, there are a few things i would like to make clear. A CDC representative with many connections in Kenya, is creating a collaborative with a prominent Kenyan Lab (The FDA of Kenya if you will) in order to QUICKLY being creating assays for future product development. The LANL representative is a pathologist and microbiologist with quite the reputation and brain power. He is responsible in establishing testing sites with the Malaria institutes in India (http://www.mrcindia.org/). He is very well respected at LANL as well as brilliant. He himself is of Indian descent so his trip is both meaningful in both the fiscal and sentimental sense. He will also be helping the institute in developing assays for Malaria as well as TB.
Clayton in the next 2 months, in addition to his trips to India and Mexico, is also making a pit stop in China to meed with Bright Dairy to further talks with distribution.
Now i did ask him the status as to when we can start seeing SEC filings but he could not honestly tell me because of the broad timeframe. However stay vigilant on pinksheets and within about 5 business days we should see the results from all his books.
The benchtop model of the handheld device is also speeding up the production of assay development. The engineers both at BMGP as well as LANL are working hard to finish developing the finalized reader. This is why IMO we may be seeing the stock slowing sagging. No big news and scared investors dumping their shares cause such a ruckus.
Lastly, Clay wanted to let the entire community know that a new website will be posted any day now. The Beta version of their new, aesthetically pleasing website will create a look that most NASDAQ biopharms would covet.
So there is my spiel on BMGP. I literally have 3 full pages of notes so if there is anything i missed, i will add on to this post later.
Enjoy.
Did "the deal" become 'unsigned' somewhere along the way or did it never exist?
Hundreds of thousands of dollars supposedly went for equipment purchases and installation according to company financial reports....where's the revenue from that? They're not even touting it anymore or saying anything at all...did it get stuck in Canada where the 'owners' of the 'chinese assets' are citizens?
An investigation by regulatory/enforcement entities is needed on BMGP...and hardman owes investors their money back.
offtopic: USS Dwight D. Eisenhower will rock...
True to the namesake of a fighting command...
Kudos to ALL of the fighting men and women of the United States of America.....
More like a sheep love-doll missing hind-quarters and choice internals having been fed upon by jackals and scavengers....speaking for myself, that is....
Agreed that 'just getting back to broke' would be wonderful and I would certainly participate but i don't see a CA as being very productive...in the words of an attorney I spoke to one would 'have a very expensive piece of paper in his hand which says they owe him money'....getting it out of them would not be likely to happen.
I don't have the time, funds or inclination to file based on principle or to make a point....ironically I would have the funds (but not the need) if Hardman hadn't run a pump dump/dilute scam using IOBS/LANL as bait and the chinese deals weren't worth less than lumps in a cow pasture...and I've stated before that I would much rather be 'singing his praises' than posting his failures on a message board....
I have communicated my concerrns/complaints to LANL and the San Francisco offices of SEC and FBI...I can't really think of any other recourse but I would urge others who are frustrated with the situation to email them also...maybe they'll do something if a number of persons file complaints.
BOLTY
15-12g company...what did you expect?
Transparency?
It's a pop and drop play....
One example of the numerous lies and false and misleading press releases issued by bmgp/clayton hardman....
“Prior to beginning deliveries of biofuel under the currently signed supply contract, but immediately upon closing of this acquisition, we will be filing several Chinese, United States and international patents on this unique formulation of biofuels. Preparation of the patent documentation has been ongoing,” commented Clayton Hardman, CEO of Biomagnetics. “These filings will allow us to protect this formulation, which has been approximately ten years in the making. What is very exciting for this management team and for shareholders of Biomagnetics is that the Zhuhai operation will be able to begin generating significant revenues shortly after the acquisition is completed and the patents are filed. The plant is already operational and we could begin deliveries over the next few days, however it is imperative for us to first file the Chinese and international patent applications, which we plan to do immediately upon this acquisition closing. It is truly an exciting time for everyone at Biomagnetics and Zhuhai Oil Energy, and for our shareholders.”

The debt service on the shell will take them out w/extreme dilution....
It's just another pop and dropper....
I doubt they'll last to bump A/S again...
I'm trying to instigate an investigation by FBI or SEC, even FCC, and I don't think that money went to legitimate recipients....I think it stopped in Canada where the real 'owners' of the 'chinese assets' purportedly are citizens...which hardly qualifies as 'acquisition and installation of bio-diesel processing equipment'....
Clayton Hardman has been to 'the china well' numerous times...

I don't recall saying an ihub group bought the shell and created a fake company. That's not the most ridiculous twisting of my statement I've ever heard but it ranks with the bottom of the cesspool.
Of course 'they' bailed...that was the point of the whole thing to begin with...

During the year ended December 31, 2010 the Company began its acquisition and installation of bio-diesel processing equipment in China....

Where IS joe noel? Good question, that....
He seems to have rolled up his "businesses" and gone underground for some reason after filing a lawsuit against three? yahoo message board posters and having his attorney excuse himself from the case due to non-payment by joe.
I don't Twitter or Facebook or anything like that....if anyone does a sitrep would be appreciated....and don't forget to search for Brittany of the noel clan...she was apparently 'in training' when his empire went teats up.....

should be worth digging into....
What's the holdup? How hard is it to close a deal with ones self?
Perhaps a regulatory thingy or two is in the way?
Maybe they've 'learned their lesson' and won't be announcing anything until 'the money is in the bank'? Problem is they've got to fork over the cash for that little detail to work out....wouldn't that sort of defeat the purpose?
What are these scammers going to do now?
Find another 'chinese deal' to fake the retail bagholders into buying/holding/averaging down?
"los alamos" was one fine pump..I'll give them that...they...paul and clayton hardman and others...stole my money with their pump dump scheme...just my honest opinion...but what are they going to do with it now?
I've said this before and I'll reiterate it now...I seek an investigation by enforcement/regulatory entities into the activities of bmgp and persons/entities associated with them...and I'm adding persons at los alamos into the mix with this post...
edit: clayton has 'loaned' money to bmgp before...definitely via an entity he owned/controlled and quite possibly directly or via designee accounts...and I'll bet he's never lost a dime on his 'investment'...being the sole director sort of guarantees he gets his way...but I have lost money behind his false and misleading press releases and guidance...I don't expect to ever get that money back...but if he's crooked I want him shut down.
Different sides of the same coin?
(hardly not...)
