A "great story" indeed...rothschild, dohner, stone, e-lionheart llc, joe noel and his compadres, magna group llc...

Lloyd Dohner and Jeff Stone being convicted securities fraud felons w/stone being convicted LONG before bmgp vetted him/wakabayashi for share issuance...lloyd dohner was convicted after share issuance by bmgp and rothschild, Charles Gregoire de Rothschild, proved to be a faker connected to boca raton....

E-Lionheart LLC is currently being litigated by SEC and magna tends to show up where e-lionheart did...

And of course there's joe noel and his $600,000 'save the company' funds and did I mention shares also issued to Sonoma Winton LLC...as in brittany noel...oh...and warrants for 17,926,829 to accompany the 25% discount on market price shares for the approx $77,xxx 'loan'????

I note that BIOTECH Development Partners LLC was stated as providing funds for "development of IOBS" but BIOTECH Development Partners expired w/California Secretary of State years before association w/bmgp?

A pattern emerges w/bmgp of numerous failed adventures/partnerships/business dealings particularly of the 'chinese' variety w/retail investors being heavily diluted by share issuances to consultants, money lenders and note holders...and stock promoters. Also noted are misleading claims as to the business prospects of bmgp w/ the ceo clayton hardman stating in videotaped interview guidance of "$10 per share"....
