Volume is unusually high for this early in the day. Seems like dilution based upon the higher volume and price movement (i.e. DOWNWARD price movement). Not sure if they announced any intentions to dilute, but I suppose that it's not unheard of to do so after the fact (perhaps there's an offering, for instance).
RTTR really fell apart this morning. Any thoughts with regards to why this might have happened?
I was doing some digging around with regards to the recent price activity, and I found a post from "cctranscripts" on the StockTwits site from 1/16/2015 that might explain why we're seeing the decline in price:
Story Link: http://www.conferencecalltranscripts.org/summary2/?id=1387830
StockTwits Link: http://stocktwits.com/symbol/SALT
So the recent downward price movement would seem to be a product of recent share dilution, IMHO…
Thank you HHHG for the response over on the "Elite Swing Trades" board.
I think I now have a better understanding as to how you're using these indicators. I can see your point on today's volume with regards to the EMA(60). Today's volume is roughly double the EMA(60), which would make it somewhat unique compared to other days. This, along with the long red candle would almost be a sign of capitulation to me. The grossly oversold RSI would also seem to indicate this.
With this chart, there almost seems to be some RSI divergence too. The last time the RSI was this low (roughly January 5th), the stock price was much higher (closed at $1.86). So the price has since made a much lower low with approximately the same RSI level.
I also get your point on the use of the 9/20 moving averages as a possible short-term price ceiling/resistance point to use in a swing trade situation.
Thanks again HHHG for taking the time to respond and share your knowledge. I really appreciate you taking the time to do so, and I've also added you to my list of people that I follow.
INO earnings are 3/15 (this Friday). Sometimes holding going into earnings doesn't turn out so well...

Thank you fly_fisherman.
Thank you hayden for your help with this!
Could you please tell me where you go to obtain the daily short data and the buy/sell data? Thanks.
Hi ProfitChaser, I received your PM. Unfortunately since I have a free iHub account, I can’t respond directly to your PM, but I just wanted to thank you for your response. It’s helpful people like yourself that make these forums great, and I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. Continued success to you in your trading!
Hello ProfitChaser. Could you please tell me who you use for a brokerage firm? You seem to have pretty good luck getting filled on these micro-cap stocks, and don’t seem to be running into the buy/sell restrictions that many of these brokerage firms impose on certain securities. Any insight that you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks ProfitChaser.
EZ, if you don’t mind me asking, what volume do you typically look for in determining when the shares for a particular S-8 have been fully dumped upon the market? For instance, if a 30M S-8 is issued, I’m assuming that you must wait AT LEAST until you see 30 million in volume after the S-8 is issued. However some of the volume that is seen after the new stock is issued is simply old shares being passed from one trader to another, and might not necessarily be new shares going from the share issuer to the market.
I’m trying to gain a better understanding as to when these S-8 plays might be due for an upward move. It doesn’t seem as though this would be an exact science, and any insight that you could provide would be appreciated. You seem like you have a good handle on how this works, and I welcome your feedback. Thanks EZ!
So it looks as though ISPI was delisted from the OTC/BB to the Pinksheets. I would have thought that it would stay on the OTC/BB since they had filed their 10-K. Is there any chance of this stock being listed again on the OTC/BB again at some point in the near future?
My mistake langlui. I didn't read the column headings carefully enough. Thanks again for the link.
My mistake. I didn't read the column headings closely enough in the original response. Thank you for the help.
Hello langlui,
I tried the link, and it does seem to give you daily volume information. However I don't see the short percentages that were on your initial post. I was wondering where you were able to obtain this information. I've never seen a source for daily short interest data before, so this would be a new tool for me to use. Thanks langlui.
Hi langlui,
I was wondering if you could you please tell me where you go to obtain daily short interest data such as this? Thank you.
Unfortunately this insider purchased at $0.006, and that only amounts to about $1,500 invested. I wouldn't get too excited about that. That's a drop in the bucket compared to what other shareholders have invested in this. If you look at this particular insider's total holdings, he has a grand total of $3,300 invested in the company. I wouldn't exactly call that a vote of confidence...

The pullback in price has been on relatively low volume. Not sure what all the negative sentiment is all about lately. Seems to be too much focus on the short-term price fluctuations and not enough on the long-term ambitions of the company.
I would have to say that by NVMG (which is what I assume you meant by NAEG) issuing the news release, they are doing their best to assure the investing community that they are indeed a legitimate business entity.
I still believe that LKRV is a legitimate business as well, but they do a poor job of keeping the investors in the loop as to what's happening with the company. I'm hoping that they drop us a line soon to let us know what's happening with the SEC situation. In your case though, I'd be VERY happy as an investor that NVMG had the decency to respond with regards to the trade halt...
It sort of gives me the impression that they either don't care about their investors or that something truly isn't right with their situation. I would think that a legitimate company would want to assure their investors that things are being done to get the company back into compliance with the SEC. The silence is deafening...
I see. I'm happy to see the SEC step in and take an interest in cleaning up the Pinksheet and OTC/BB exchanges. Unfortunately I own one of the companies on the list (LKRV), and was caught by surprise like many others by this sudden halting. LKRV seemed like a legitimate company, and may actually be. They just may need to get their paperwork in order to prove to the SEC that they are indeed legitimate. I'm sure that there are several companies on the list of 26 that are real entities, but have discrepancies with their paperwork that need to be resolved. The LKRV situation bothers me a little though since they still have not responded to the investing community with regards to this situation. I guess time will tell...
That's an interesting addition to the news release from last week. This part was particularly interesting:
"The suspensions last for 10 business days, or until March 27, 2008. Upon their expiry, the SEC imposes additional restrictions on brokers wishing to trade the stocks. They must keep up-to-date information on the company's financial status and on its insiders, and provide this to potential buyers on request."
In the case of pink sheet stocks, they are not obligated by the SEC to provide financial status information. Does this mean that brokers will eventually NOT allow pink sheet stocks to be traded at all?
I addition to today's "wonderful" news about trading on LKRV being suspended, I also noticed that the following news releases no longer appear in the I-hub news releases for LKRV's ticker symbol:

If you go to LKRV's website, the articles still exist (at least for now they do):

I'm not sure what to make of all this, but judging by the fact that we haven't heard anything from the company in a LONG time, things aren't looking too good at the moment. Hopefully they have some sort of explanation for this, but I'm almost afraid to hear what that may be...
Sounds good EZ. What website though do you use to tell you what sector a particular stock belongs to? With this information, I could probably start formulating the lists. Thanks EZ.
Is that 300 to 500M figure for AS or OS? Also, where do you go to determine what specific sector a stock is in?. Thanks again EZ for the help.
EZ, where do you go to track money flow into the various different sectors like you were describing in your post? Also in your opinion, what do you consider to be an acceptable AS/OS? Thank you.
Thanks daveXV19. I'm just looking for a host. registering the domain and such is no problem. I've been reading reviews online about various different hosts, and it's hard to know who's good and who's bad through all of the opinions out there. I wouldn't mind hearing more feedback from others...
Can any of you entrepreneurs out there recommend a decent web host? Thanks.
Can anyone confirm if there is any relation whatsoever between this Wall Kandy business and the airship business? For the life of me, I can't see the connection if there actually is one. Thanks.
LKRV: 60,300 shares have traded since 2/4/2008. Talk about thinly traded, sheesh....
This is a low float stock, and these shares appear to be extremely tightly held. Still waiting for a progress update with regards to how the business is doing in relation to their newly revised business plan. Would be nice to hear about some real revenue numbers as well.
They've done a poor job of keeping the investing community in the loop on things that actually matter. The PRs that we actually do get from them are fluffy to say the least...
I got this contact information right from their website. If it's not correct, they should really consider updating their website as well as giving the investors an update on the financials...
I haven't really tried to contact the company to be totally honest with you. It's not like they could tell me anything that I probably don't already know without making it public first.
They really have done a poor job of keeping investors informed about what's going on. I too would like to see how things are going financially and if they are making any progress with regards to following their business plan. The only news that I have seen since December 6th was what I had found on my own concerning the "Let's Talk Recovery" radio show. That wasn't really from the company either. At this point, I feel that they owe us an update.
Regarding their IR, this is what I had found on their website

It would be nice to see some news from the company with regards to financials. It has been pretty quiet for a while now...
Here's a little bit of good news for LKRV:

Pretty rough day for WNRC. I guess it was due to pull back though since it ran pretty hard since mid September...
Let's hope so. I'm confident though that this will eventually have its day. They just need to release some news with some meat to it (such as financial results)...
I just noticed what you're referring to about them being profitable this December. I'm not sure how they are doing with regards to the business plan, but if they are on course, it would be nice to see an update that advertises this fact...
