Actually Mini # 3 was given a PASS by all but one of 32 FAA inspectors at the test. 4 of 5 slides deployed and only 4 should have been required but the FAA made the mistake of asking for 5 during the test set up. Doesn't that bring many questions to mind?
OLD & WISE
Thank you.
You bought more shares today than the total volume? Please splain!
VERY STRONG BUY!
That letter was only a proposed denial to pass the mini-evac based on one slide failing to deploy properly because it was incorrectly packed by an FAA certified vendor. It is not a final decision. The FAA gave Baltia 30 days to come up with reasons to allow Baltia to PASS and a final decision will come from the FAA sometime in January. I guess you don't read the fine print before you sign a document.
OLD & WISE
Baltia didn't fail mini #7, the slide packed by a certified FAA packer failed and Baltia has helped to resolve similar slide problems in the future. There is no question that Baltia will be given a pass by the FAA on merit alone and a law suit will be unwarranted, now or in the future.
The reason for the long gap between mini 7 and the FAA letter indicating a coming decision was because Baltia was working to identify and solve the slide problems along with the FAA. If it was a FAIL then Baltia would have been notified months ago and the FAA would not be saying that a decision is on the way.
Anyone with a normal IQ can deduce these results from the existing evidence and the way things have played out over the last few months. Because of many negative posts the PPS has taken a significant drop, far below its real value, making it a great opportunity to accumulate many shares at bargain basement prices. I know I am!
OLD & WISE
Based on this valuable information I am absolutely sure that Baltia will get a PASS and be flying passengers to Russia and Europe in 2016. Thanks for all your hard work and keeping investors aware of the true facts.
OLD & WISE
Better yet, how did he get into that building and the office if the doors were bolted closed?
OLD & WISE
That doesn't sound so bad right now but will one day be well beyond a dime each.
Everyone can think what they may but time will tell.
OLD & WISE
Talk about opinions!
You will know soon enough.
The FAA is about to finally give Baltia a PASS after doing a thorough study of the # 7 mini-evacuation test, __________ IMO.
The release of their last AC was their strongest hint that good things for Baltia investors is about to take place. (anyone can see the purpose of the timing of the AC)

WHO IS BARRY CLARK?
I'm finished for the day. I have to go count my Baltia shares and start figuring out how I'm gonna divy up all my money to my family members.
OLD & WISE
You may not be aware of the fact that there are several very big investors that will keep Baltia financially stable until and beyond certification.
OLD & WISE
You make it sound like Baltia is a failing company when it is not. Yes waiting for a response from a government agency isn't easy but failure of the company at this point is not an option. Baltia has already successfully passed through many difficult stages of certification, has a fully certified aircraft ready to carry passengers, hull and passenger insurance, fuel and service contracts, operational office space and terminal space both here and in Russia and has certified flight crews standing by and ready for the proving flights. All we need is to hear about mini # 7 from the FAA in Washington. This doesn't sound like a failing airline to me! It's just another issue along the way to becoming America's Newest International Airline!!!
OLD & WISE
From what I hear, Baltia Airlines will be getting the thumbs up from the FAA very soon regarding mini # 7 and will start the proving flights in late October, 2015. Baltia should start revenue flights by December 2015 with the share price flying even higher than the airplane. Longs will be rewarded with great wealth while others will sit it out in the cold.
OLD & WISE
You are also WISE!
Trust the fact that Baltia headquarters is on top of this and every issue that affects the company in any way. They want to see progress even more than we do. Like us,they have so much to gain.
OLD & WISE
WOW! It's so good to see that people like you are also keeping up to date regarding Baltia's progress toward becoming America's Newest International Airline.
Thanks again,
OLD & WISE
Yes, you are entirely correct!
I was thinking passenger revenue but thanks for the correction.
OLD & WISE
Please read my post more carefully. I said that Baltia will complete it's certification within 2 months. That includes proving flights and paperwork to start revenue flights.
OLD & WISE
I understand your frustration but if you had as many years of experience as I have in the business of aircraft flight testing and aircraft certification you would realize that this long wait for a decision is not unusual. I started in the Flight Test Engineering and Aircraft Certification Industry in 1959 and retired as a Senior Flight Test aircraft certification Engineering Manager in 1994.
Have faith and get rich with the rest of us loyal longs that really understand this process more than most.

Dear fellow members of this fine board.
Although things are moving very slowly regarding the FAA's decision it is obvious that Baltia did not fail the last mini-evacuation test required for certification. Because one of the FAA certified vendor's slides did not deploy properly, through no fault of Baltia, the FAA finds themselves in a difficult position in making a determination that will not be criticized. At the same time the FAA may feel that they are being questioned for approving a slide vendor that has had such a poor record of packing the slides properly. I'm sure that many high level meetings have been taking place in Washington regarding how to best handle this embarrassing situation. A decision by the FAA weather to give Baltia a 'PASS' or ask them to re-deploy the slide that failed to open properly has to be made soon. If a 'FAIL' was even considered the FAA would have notified Baltia long ago and scheduled a complete re-test of the mini. The FAA is a highly respected government organization and realizes that a fool-proof decision must be delivered very soon because they know that there are many high level representatives and Senators watching their actions on a regular basis. Having a great deal of personal experience in dealing with military, NASA and FAA people responsible for certifying many different types of aircraft I can assure you that the FAA acts in a manner that provides the safest possible mode of transportation possible while also being fair to all parties involved. America is a great country and we are lucky to have an organization like the FAA looking after the safety of all the commercial and private aircraft in the country. I am extremely confident that the FAA will be proud to complete Baltia's certification as America's Newest International Airline before 2015 comes to an end.

That link goes to a doctored-up web site. This guy doesn't exist!

Why not call headquarters and get the latest information regarding the companies progress and their meeting with the Washington FAA two weeks ago. That's how I get my information because some of what we read on the boards may not be 100% accurate.
OLD & WISE
Baltia has several wealthy investors that will continue to provide all the financial support the company needs to certification and beyond.
OLD & WISE
While some people are laughing I am increasing my holdings at these low prices and will soon be laughing all the way to the bank.
OLD & WISE
Since Baltia, by all indications, has passed mini#7 there is no need to schedule mini #8. If Baltia failed mini #7 they would have been notified almost immediately.
As soon as Washington sends official notice of a 'PASS' Baltia will PR and this stock will blast off to the moon creating many new millionaires like me.
OLD & WISE
Correct! His continuous funding of Baltia's quest to become America's Newest International Airline is what will make all Baltia longs rich. THANK YOU JOHN!
OLD & WISE
I hope I put a smile on everyone's face today as we get ready to see Baltia Airlines become AMERICA'S NEWEST INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE.
OLD & WISE
There is no link available. This was told to me by the Pope just last night when we had dinner together.
The Pope has chosen Baltia Airlines as his his official airline for his next visit to the USA.
I'm thinking that once the fleet builds above 4 aircraft a 1/4 reverse split will be in order so that they can get on the big boards. One dollar at today's share structure is entirely possible after 12 months and Baltia posts its first financial statement as a revenue airline.
I believe Baltia is the airline of the future to have in your portfolio.
OLD & WISE
Based on Baltia's eminent certification and financial success I think we could see at least 50 cents/share today and $4 in 12 months. Today's market price is somewhat unbelievable and only reflects the negativity some investors on the boards have falsely created. This will change in very short order!
