Since Baltia, by all indications, has passed mini#7 there is no need to schedule mini #8. If Baltia failed mini #7 they would have been notified almost immediately.

As soon as Washington sends official notice of a 'PASS' Baltia will PR and this stock will blast off to the moon creating many new millionaires like me.
