This should be a good entry point ($0.06- $0.07) for a “bounce” back up to $0.10- $0.12 range. The problem is how long will it take? If it takes longer than three to four weeks then it becomes a problem.
- IMHO
Gotta be patient and no need to chase this one! Too thick to move much so be picky with your prices. Good luck
- IMHO
Bought some more at $0.07....not looking to hold too long- just a trade!
- JMHO
Just bought some (first purchase) at $0.06! Below the “Unit” price! Let’s see...

My short term target for TVIX is $70. I’ll probably cover a lot (of my Shorts) there. We’ll see....
- JMHO
Covered a little more here at $74....trading nicely on the way down.
- JMHO
The market doesn’t have to go much higher in order for this (TVIX) to begin to fall apart. It’s very sentiment driven and once the sentiment, in the markets, changes to a reprieve of the selling then TVIX will drop right through $70 like water! I’ve played it on the long side, several times, and you get a few opportunities, a year, to get it to fly but outside of that, it does nothing but sell off- hence the numerous reverse splits! In either case, I’m still betting it hit $70 by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, if not sooner! Good luck
- JMHO
My guess is that this will break below $70 soon....
- JMHO
Covered a little back here at $78.20 ($1.75 gain).....if the market breaks higher I’ll just stay with the rest.
-IMHO
Throwing a small (Short) lot up here too to add to what I had from yesterday ($86)! Good luck!
- IMHO
Thanks for the detailed analysis Renee but most market makers taking on the task of submitting a 15c211 on behalf of IORG will most certainly look at their financials and will want justification on valuation
(I know of three recent companies that had to go through that gauntlet and the smallest one had a hell of time and they were already doing $1.5M/yr in revenues). Read IORG’s financials and you’ll notice that there’s very little there there! This won’t be relisted anytime soon.....it’s pretty much over! Use the lost as a tax loss right off.
- IMHO
Nice! Good one. There’s a lot of volatility in this thing at these levels and it makes for great trading opportunities- Good luck!
- IMHO
Anyone who thinks this will trade again is dreaming. Sorry to burst people’s bubble but the thought of this company re-registering to get listed again is not realistic. Anyone who’s dealt with FINRA lately, as well as broker dealers who have to stick their necks out in order to file 15c211s on behalf of new issuers won’t touch this company with a ten mile pole knowing of its past revocation from the SEC! No one in the industry will take that risk! This company got to this circumstance because of the unscrupulous characters (look at their current/prior deals right off their website- a bunch of delisted or non trading or illiquid POS) behind the scenes for the past two years and when they got caught they tried to bring in former SEC people to add some level of legitimacy. Not sure what that says about the “new” people but it doesn’t matter. This one is done! Happy New Year
- IMHO
Long or Short? Nice trading to you too BTW-! Good luck
- JMHO
Covered half my Short ($86) position at $76! Might hold the rest overnight!
- IMHO
Not following the logic of your comment? This is meant for trading, not investing in it! What difference does it make if I make money on the Short or Long side. I simply stated a position (Short) an entry point ($86). Doesn’t mean I want someone else to get “crushed”! What a mentality!!
- IMHO
Already 6 points in the money (Short from 86), but might close out the position if it drops down to 76 before the close. Let’s see!
- JMHO
Just took an Short initial position at $86....will build on it if I think the market has bottomed out temporarily! Good luck to All here!!
- JMHO
Apparently not.....very few people are looking at this. It's the definition of a sleeper.
- JMHO
Thanks for that clarification Renee. It will be hard to bet against a 100% (against) track record from ALJ rulings though. In either case, the whole idea of “re registering” this company is complete nonsense as anyone who can read those (10Qs and 10Ks) filings can see that there’s virtually no revenues, no real assets, and its more of a smoke and mirrors type business model, much or less! The whole idea of going public again and having to go through all that trouble is laughable.
- IMHO
And there it is folks! Looks like IHub will have one fewer member now. Nice research Renee! This thing was doomed the minute the characters running the show-behind the scenes- got involved. Merry Christmas everyone!!
- JMHO
This needs to trade a million shares in one day to get all the weak holders out....once and for all!

Something just got off the floor....

“Decision on iorg should be made nlt 12/14. I’m expecting back on pinks. “
It’s the 16th now...Where’s the decision?
- JMHO
Is this the final capitulation with a REVERSAL to the UPSIDE?
- IMHO
They finally got rid of those scumbags at TCA. They're probably one of the worst hard money lenders in the market. This should be very good for LFER going forward. Glad to see they were able to weather that storm.
- JMHO
That maybe or it may NOT be the case (is getting listed on pinks again). In either case, the credibility of this thing and the people behind it (do your own due diligence and look up the names of the cast of characters behind the scenes) and you’ll understand what I’m talking about. Look into their “deals” and realize that this is NOT the only stock they’ve been involved with that’s gotten suspended and that other stock has NEVER open for trading again. Two buck con artists at best....Watch out!

Oh look! SPDL is now about 50% lowER than when I last mentioned this back on the 23rd.....
“Oh Look! Another Toxic Convertible (Death) Note from guess who? That’s right Power Up! Back to back Notes from the month prior. For anyone who thought these events (taking Toxic Notes) happen only once or in a vacuum, you’re in for a rude awakening! I said, after the first Convertible (Death) Note last month, that you better get use to seeing SPDL “down here” for the foreseeable future and I see that this in fact what’s happening!
Don’t get SPDL (Swindled)!
- IMHO”

That’s probably why those that can somehow exit- are doing so ahead that decision. Can’t say that I blame them!
- IMHO
If the suspension of this stock is ever reversed(highly doubtful), you’d wish that they never never did. Stains like these never wash off that easily and it might not matter, in the end, what filings they try to disclose or who’s helping them...it’ll be a wasted effort. Again, always look at the characters behind the scenes and their so called track record. Not impressed to say the least. Red flags were all over this from the start!
- JMHO
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Interesting...
IMHO
SPDL = Swindle!
Once they took that Convertible (Death) Note from Power Up, the writing was on the wall....
- IMHO
Read the filings (8K, 10Qs, 10Ks, etc) carefully and then research the names of not only individuals but also entities especially that have the words "consulting", "advisors", "investments", "capital", etc. Look at other companies those names appear in and 9 times out of 10 they're usually companies that have floundered, have too much dilution, or have very little substance, in other words loser deals. Sometimes you'll find some decent companies but only because they have distanced themselves from the usual suspects you'll find in these filings. Don't hesitate to call some of the companies that these so called "consultants" claim to represent or claim to be associated with. You'll be surprised how many times you'll hear, from those companies, that these so called consultants are full of sh*t!

Your quote;
“ADDED. SPDL. Only $75k Convertible note. TINY. I could have loaned them that. Dont miss this opportunity”
Perhaps you should have (lend to the company directly)...you’d probably be able to double your money- guaranteed- in six months! Regardless of where (or how low) the stock goes! Once companies like these start taking Convertible (Death) Notes, it almost never stops there. Watch the filings and for more Death Notes to be sold to the usual suspects...
- JMHO
You’ve been pretty accurate on your assessment with this one. I’m going with my initial thoughts that this stock will be revoked permanently. Sorry but history is not on IORG’s side. Maybe people should find out more about who’s behind this (debacle) company to see why this is probably not a surprise!
- IMHO
These Toxic Notes are almost NEVER taken in isolation. Where there’s one, there will be more and don’t worry about the 600 A/S as it will most certainly be increased to make room for the flood of shares once these Note(s) begin converting. Power Up is one of the usual suspects but keep an eye out for Toxic “lenders” like GHS? JSJ Investments, TCA Global, Main Street, Typenex, etc....they’re the bottom feeders in this market.
- JMHO
Read the latest 8K. They took a convertible (death) Note from “Power Up” (the old Asher group) which means this thing will remain in the sub penny world for the foreseeable future! Toxic Notes for Toxic Folks!

Riddle Me This???
When was justice served with regards to BBDA?
