TRVI the Haduvio news last week was great, this low float trading below cash is a swing for sure. Some day hopefully soon,it will have the exotic move that is typical of Bios.
DSS-sure was, killer volume on it today. Now we need this kind of volume on TRVI too.
TRVI solid move today, hoping this is the real move that we've anticipated for a while now.Looks like life is finally coming back to the sub-$1 tickers.
DSS(0.52) up 35% on Shareholder letter being issued
TRVI-got some 0.50 now to average down. This trades very thinly, but started off the day today with quite a bit of volume(relatively).
Or a Buyout maybe?Adding to your last sentence.SNPX should be on the radar of the big buck pharmas who can aim at 3 different illnesses with a single shot.
Thanks so much for your detailed analysis. What you do for us less knowledgable on here is very much appreciated.
runn, you and some others here are more qualified to understand the nitty gritty of how medicine works.A simple thought struck me so here's my question-is it possible that even if Bryostatin fails in 1 of these 3 indications(AD,MS,FragileX), it could still succeed in the others? Or is it more like success/failure in 1 preempts the success/failure in the other indications too?Sorry if seems like a dumb question, just thinking aloud.
Me too, added 6.50 high of the day, lol. Is it only us loyals doing the buying,it's getting quite frustrating though, testing our patience.
SOS up 21% almost touching $1!
You are right, they did increase their holding by 196650 shares(13G/A filed yesterday). It appears the % remains the same though-9.99%.It's a good sign maybe that they are keeping/raising their holdings to the maximum allowed(which is 9.99%).

couldn't resist adding again at 7.10!
I get the vague feeling that he might've been the reason for the pop & the drop on that PTPI move after he talked it up,he probably sold rightaway then.Just as he must have offloaded much of our SNPX too during the recent move we had.The only comforting thing is that he's only left with 485K shares.Again, nothing wrong with his trading but disappointing all the same.
Last time we got excited because Haywood spoke up SNPX & PTPI,the latter spiked crazy within a few days and dropped.Since that time,I've been a bit sceptical of him.Is he known to be a shortterm trader?Nothing wrong with that, but just saying.
Is that the reason for the sudden drop?I took advantage, got some at 7.30 right now,but it didn't look like a natural drop, was quite sudden.
IRNT(5.11)-going crazy 45% up in AH on contract news of some Gulf undisclosed country:

GWH(5.46)-Today's high volume due to withdrawal of earlier S1 registration(SP has dropped 50+% from $11+ to $5s since S1 was filed on Dec 27th):
The Company is seeking withdrawal of the Registration Statement because it no longer wishes to conduct a public offering of securities at this time.

Impressive volume today!
SNPX news released.Trying to get link.
Copy/paste for now:
NEW YORK , Feb. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Synaptogenix, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPX) ("the Company"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing regenerative therapeutics for neurodegenerative disorders, today announced that its peer-reviewed scientific manuscript entitled, "Bryostatin Placebo-Controlled Trials Indicate Cognitive Restoration Above Baseline for Advanced Alzheimer's Disease ("AD") in the Absence of Memantine" was published in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease. The article documents evidence from two placebo-controlled trials that Bryostatin-1 improved cognition over baseline of advanced AD patients.
"Rigorous statistical analyses, including a pooled testing of identical pre-specified cohorts in two separate trials, revealed highly significant (p.001) benefit of Bryostatin-1 treatment of AD patients in the absence of the dementia treatment memantine. Blinded placebo controls in these trials allow for the exclusion of the placebo effects that so often accompany early testing of candidate drugs to treat AD," stated Dr. Daniel Alkon , MD,"Importantly, we believe that the peer-reviewed data in our manuscript has provided additional justification for our continued grant support from the National Institutes of Health (" NIH ") for our ongoing Phase 2b clinical trial."
Alan Tuchman , M.D., Chief Executive Officer, commented, "The power of these results, enhanced by appropriate pooling of pre-specified cohorts, provides encouragement that our six-month trial will confirm Bryostatin-1's effective treatment of the underlying degenerative progression of AD – a claim that other therapeutic strategies have struggled to demonstrate to date."
TRVI(0.74) suddenly spiking up eod.
Which index is SNPX a part of?Did you mean the Nasdaq in general,or other Biotech index?
Oh,didn't know that there were different exchanges for Bitcoin factoring into closing price? Like the closing prices of the DOW/Nasdaq/S&P500,I thought Bitcoin too would have only one closing price for a day.
In that case, shouldn't the prior days Bitcoin# be the same for all sites? If it is 5PM EST prior day, then why is CNBC & Finviz taking the benchmark different for yesterdays closing BTC price? 36,632(CNBC)& 35,957(Finviz)
Have always been confused about how to read the Daily Bitcoin stats. For instance, CNBC shows it up 295 but Finviz shows it up 894 at the same point in time. Why the difference?I get the impression the # they are comparing FROM is different for the 2 sites. Equities we all know the specific point at which the Indexes closed the previous day,so the up/down is clearcut the next trading day.But with Bitcoin trading 24/7, what is the cutoff point from which sites calculate the daily up/down from?
Sorry if this is a dumb question.
Unreal selloff really, today had felt and looked different as if the bounceback had begun. This Green to Red trend everyday has started looking fishy and forced.
AMST-thanks for pointing out the Cathie Wood connection.Saw the news this morning but skimmed through it so hadn't realized it related to her.
I think it's awesome news, but it has become fashionable to hate on Ms.Wood lately,so keeping fingers crossed.
AMST-fingers crossed, been waiting on this one to go to the 2s.
AMST-nobody look,it'll get jinxed again!

38K volume today not a big deal by any means, but 1/3 of that came in the last 45/50 min of the day.SNPX was one of the few tickers(at least in my port)that stayed green the whole day & perked up day end.Maybe we getting closer to something, wonder what that is?
MVIS-love this Lidar/AR/VR beaten down name.Averaged down today on this & other beaten names like VRAR(AR/VR sector)& PACB(gene sequencing bio).
Totally been doing that this week,of course only time will tell whether am being smart or dumb!
GEVO-hope it is the start of a longer term trend.Volume was double the usual too, along with the 13% spike.
