Night; Good luck to all of us tomorrow!

Nice Find!
Thanks!
Thanks for the "picks"! I especially like VFIN!
I was trying to buy ONEI today, but I couldn't get filled, at all! As it plummeted to $.20, I considered that they might be filing for bankruptcy! I called the Co., and talked to some woman, and I asked her "point-blanck"! She actually hesitated, and said I'd have to talk to someone else! I gave her my number, but no-one ever called back...so I didn't "push" trying to get filled!
If you got-in at $.21 today, and they aren't declaring b/k, you probably did yourself good!
Don't mean to scare anyone with talk of b/k, but when you see a stock plummet to $.20, you really begin to wonder!
Will monitor, and best of luck to all!
Hay Eagle_2975-
I have an "eagle-eye" on Onei! Glad you made-out a bit it!
And, really happy to have some kind of forum to discuss this stock, as Raging-Bull has nothing, nor Yahoo!
Can I ask for some advice! I'm wanting to load-up, but that monstrous debt has me shaking, especially since interest-rates are on the rise! That's 225.97 million in debt, with total cash of $814,000K, on revenue of $361,000,000!
With these facts, how did you trade/invest last time, knowing this, and at a higher PPS?
Will they 1) convert debt to equity? or 2) refinance? 3) sell-out? or 4) b/k?
I don't know...but I'm just going to monitor how it trades, come Monday and beyond! I see they've been at $.40-cents before, in May of 2004, and they rebounded nicely from that! This time though, I would say there is even more un-certaintly, b/c they've had so long for the restructuring to take effect! Unless they get some re-financing, I don't see how they can continue to operate! Do OTC stocks go b/k? Chase still owns a ton of shares....they aren't selling-out like BoA! This isn't a clear-cut case here, b/c BoA is selling-out "on-the-penny", compared to where the entered, making you think they may know that b/c is on the way! Why else would they be divesting at such a low PPS! Why isn't Chase divesting? Still, ONEI has been the subject of the SHO-list,...so could Chase be nodding its approval of ONEI going into the GROUND!....profiting on the decent????
These points are just a tip of an iceberg of more questions I have!
It make me just want to take-out a small position, and not get too excited!
Any thoughts/suggestions/answers, would be much appreciated!
Sincerely,
-Carter
PS- No proof-reading or spell-checking here! EOM!
Nice communique!
Who is Chip? I/R for GZFX?
Did you receive any answers?
Thanks...
Awesome Pics Gromitron-
Thanks a bunch! Turns-out your uncle wasn't the least bit confused! Just as I had envisioned in my mind! Awesome, awesome, and double-awesome!
Great leg-work, and shareholder involvement!

ZTEL Technologies is now Trinsic Communications!
Let's chat y'all. I have a bit of an "inside scoop"; If someone wants to hear, I'll tell. But we've got to have a better forum for TRIN. They will soon have a Yahoo Message board, so don't despair. Will try and contact I-hub here, and get them to start a TRIN board-- or are "posters" responsible for that?
Anyway, get-on the Trin Train!
Ouch! No kidding! That hurts! Maybe they'll get-it-right in time for the July Stern shows! Let's hope!
Great idea! I concur!
Can't help but "totally agree"; even though I "don't like it"; Things ain't right GZ; fix them; it's not too late; let's get this party started a...I'm "coming up, so you'd better get this party start..ed....."I'mmmm coming-up, so you'd better get this party star-ted..."
Do you have a "margin acc."? I see so many opportunities to "flip", but having the 3-day hold for "cash to clear" prevents me from buying and selling the same day; applied for a margin acc. at Ameritrade, but was denied. Any advice? Someone suggested "annotating", or "embellishing", my margin request application, as a "friend of his did" who didn't know what a bid and ask were, and had poor credit! I have excellent credit, have always paid my bills on time; but, I don't make a big salary, and more portfolio contains no sizable cash position....suggestions and comments?
And, do you see any "flipping action" with this stock between now and when the commercials are set to air on June 14th, or will/would any "run" be sustained until the much anticipated commercials commence?
I'll take my answer "on the board"- Thanks!
Great idea and I really applaud your efforts to support the Co. I'd say the same as a shareholder too especially: "Charge Me"...although I'm very impressed by management's willings to "waive fees" until the kincks are worked out- might inspire more users to keep using, since they had a free ride, and got good vibes from the Co.!
Hay "Cannonshot"-
Good post! Don't get many MASG post here any more; if you really want some "post-action", head over to Raging Bull MASG board, lots of posting there. And yes, I've been trying to get-in more at below $.02, but it just wont seem to go that way! Lower resistance is $.0205, and it hasn't budged! I'd love to "load-up" more at $.02 even! And yes, I think you're right about upper management wanting to take MASG to the big boards; if you have the stomach to wait that long, it'd be a great investment! Many dips yet to go though before MASG is "sustained in flight"!
Great Post and well said!
Nice to hear 3Saints-
Still, if you're really going to build a company with the vision that they claim to promote, you'd well see the value in promoting, sustaining, and creating "great shareholder" sentimant, even at these low o/s and "market cap" levels.
I'm really having second thoughts now, and I will probably "pull" my investent with them as soon as they "get up enough". Way too much doubt, and too many other good vehicles of investment out there! But, I will "stay tuned", let me know if you hear something that will "sway my current" sentiment! Best of regards!
I'm still here; has "picked-up" a little today; just seems to me, that the trade mark name of Bluetorch is too valuable to be the product of a pure scam; I mean, the tv show still running and still popular, means SOMETHING to the clothing company; If it is wayward, seems like someone could/would buy it and capitalize off of a very good "brand name"; although, with regrets, I may add, that that "somebody" would probably wait until BK to step-up to the plate, cheaper that way; but let's hope not, that is, a "buy-out" at BK. If we're that "un-sure", it does look like an "exit opportunity" is approaching! Best of luck to us all! We need it!
Good Post "HMB96"-
Wish I could "fill-us-in" on the BTOR dilemma! New 52-week low today, according to my charts, at Stockhouse; doesn't look good; mayby people are "pulling their funds", and "giving-up" on BTOR being a "real and viable" Co. PPS would indicate such; wish I had more helpful info to offer, much agree with your sentiment for more facts and intelligent discussion!
All these recent PR's are great if they're REAL; amazing scam if it is; finally got a "news alert" from having signed-up at BTOR's web-site, so at least someone is in the office processing "alerts request"; but in order to secure more investment dollors, they might at least be doing this, instead of course, of actually having products on the shelves at thier supposed affiliates stores? Wierd tale here; if it is a scam, how much longer 'til it's exposed?
Strange, strange, and more strange!
Never have heard any direct response from BROR IR dept though; stock price sinking today; maybe people are now fully aware of the "scam"?
A little frustrated; of course, went to the web site of this moto-cross affiliate, and absolutely no mentioning of Bluetorch apparel on their site; and still nothing at Jack's
Ahh, life is indeed funny. Deceit has its reward. Not particularly worried, just weary!
Sent-in an e-mail today; "cut and paste" the BT pr about Jack's; waiting for a response; am not hopeful; still bailing next week; unless "startling new and redeeming info." comes out. A waist of time is a waist of time, and no amount of "sitting around wishing it was different" is going to make a difference; pulling-out IS. Hasta BABY!
Screw this! I'm "out-of-this-scam" come next week! This is ridiculous. I hope they (SEC, or whomever is reponsible for the "fraud" division with OTC:BB stocks) investigate this sham, and maybe we can file a "class-action lawsuit"!
Even with the OTC:BB market, "fraud" is against the law, and punishable.
Enough's enough! What a scam; really don't feel like "sitting around" playing charades with this "game-stock", way to many good investments "out there" to waist my time, money, and effort with a "scam-sham"!
I'm bailing! Enough's enough. Contact me if anyone finds a lead on a "class-action"!
You know, I moved back to Memphis, Tn. here last Fall. I did a 10 year "tour of duty" up in Humbolt. Worked in Mendo. too! Love the North Coast; many friends there; want to go back when the time is right; happy here in Memphis for now; drive a carriage down on Beale; don't have to deal with all the "way-ward" elements in the Triangle (although, you can aviod such, if you are lucky, and have your own Land)
I learned a lot out there, how to "home-stead"; have all my 12-volt stuff up in the attack.
Would have loved to have my Sirius Satellite Radio out there! There is a long term stock for you; big draw-back is the tremendous o/s; but, the Satellite Radio demand is/will be so big as to "whittle-it-down" eventually, and bring some real value to the stock. Of course, we're talking 1-2-3 years, but 10,000 at the low $2.00's will really pay-off in the long run, imo! Don't often recommend stocks, but, if you have the patience and fortititude, Siri will reap big, Big, rewards.
I would love samples for the "Home of the Redwoods"!
On the subject at hand, well, amazing the stock's "kind-of-holding-up"; don't understand the BS? Still holding though; need to get "pro-active", and call as you suggest.
Funny the coincedences in life; stopped in Tahoe last hear; my former landlord up in Humbolt does "care-taking" work for someone who owns one of the nicest pieces in Tahoe, south lake, facing west...what's the name of the community? Is it Glenbrook? Hmm, it's, I forget, but really, really nice; the owner is heir to the U-haul fortune, rides moto-cross, and owns/flys a bunch of neat planes; I was only there for a day; gorgeous, gorgeous Lake; didn't get my fill at all! That view westward is etched in my mind for Life!
Wish we could have "high tea" together and get to the bottom of the B-bitch! Bruce Mc Cracker!
You know what's kind-of-funny though, we can still make $, (or at least get out with smaller profits) even if this is a scam-sham! Look at the price holding, even with the "no-show" at Jack's!
One last thought: have you considered that "mum-being-the-word" could be a ploy to "shake-the-tree" and free-up shares, before the BIG NEWS hits? I know, hell, if they can't deliver on the promise to be at Jack's (funny you mention buying a shirt there, b/c I was going to do the same too, on the 5th, but where are they?), than how-in-the-hell could this deception be a precursor to BIG BIG NEWS!
Still dumbfounded as to how they can "deceive so un-accountably"; yet, I don't know why I can't let-go of my shares either! Never would have bought this if it wasn't for the "intrinsic trademark value" of the Bluetorch name, i.e. tv show! Too valuable a name to have some "shister" ditch it. Maybe some "heavy-hitter" will step up and streer the ship?
What'r your thoughts?
Gosh, this is ridiculous y'all-
Sent yet another e-mail this morning to IR at BTOR; almost knowing for certain there's not anyone there to even read my message (I can just feel it?!?)...There is too much doubt here; what baffles me, is how you can "get away" with such Press Releases as BTOR has produced, mentioning very REAL and respectable "affiliations", and have it all be a "sham"!
Amazing how the stock price is holding-up even with the "scam-sham" charade called BTOR! What does that say about the OTC:BB! It says, that it's pretty easy to put up a "front Co.", create a bunch of hype, and have it all backed by nothing but "smoke and mirrors"!
The real shame is the illusion that management is "putting-up" is buy-able and sell-able- that is, people would actually love this product if it were real! Life teaches us many things, and if BTOR management didn't have there "head up their ***", then they could realize that everything they always wanted (success, money, prominence, and respect) is all attainable through integrity, honesty, and hard work.
Too bad we can't "take over" this Co. We the people, we could make it a brand that is actually listed on Jack's web site, up there with O'neill, Billabong, and Quicksilver! Such a shame! If anyone has any ideas of how we can do this, please let me know. I will post further personal contact info. when and if necessary.
And oh yes, blue_torch- please don't disparage Mother Earth and the most sacred Herb. If Bruce were really smoking "Godess'gift to mankind", he'd be shamed into "coming clean"! For, in my viewpoint, Herb is a sort of "truth elixer", as long as it isn't overshadowed with "confusing drugs", like alcohol, and man-made pills. Herb by itself, can make one "conscientious", and hence raise one's "consciousness". If Bruce were really smoking some true Humbolt Kind (no chems, and reared with utter respect!), he'd be making BTOR everything that it could be; and he'd be honest and upfront with his shareholdres.....IN MY UTTER OPINION of course.
What should we do y'all? Help Us Spirits to make a good decision in regards to this "difficult situation" called Bluetorch!...For all of us Investors, believers, and the like!
Y'all, one thing I've over-looked is the "stock-spit" history of Bluetorch. I don't like it, and what does it mean? Would someone please help fill-me-in? I now notice two stock splits within this year, '03. Why do they do this? I'm not that knowledgeable in this area. What's the scoop?
Hay, nice to see someone out there! "HMB96", where do you find that "Bruce McGregor" doesn't exist? In the research that I've done, he has a history of work in the sports apparel business, right?
Hay, mistake on my part. In the previous post I mentioned Bruce hinted at "staying tuned-in" to future announcements about adding to the product line (I assume he's referring to Oaktree Investments, and their search for an "acquasition candidate") Well, here is the link that mentions that:
http://www.bluetorchinc.net/bluetorch/pr.asp?d=20031118
In my previous post about "some big news for us to look forward to", I said look in the first "Jack's article", but upon further investigation, I find what I was referencing in the link above, not in the "Jack's PR"!
Hopefully, this is a little bit of hope that can keep us well above $.03 and beyond. The torch needs to stay lit! Come on Bruce, deliver, if you will! We need to really beef-up our product roll-out, well before the Bluetorch tv show is a thing of the past!
As you probably know, the Bluetorch tv show has been replaced, by "54321", or I forget the name that replaced it; but BT was such a success on Fox, that they couldn't entirely do away with it, so it's still on, but for how much longer? And, if we don't get the products out there before the tv show's appeal wears thin-to-off, then we're "missing out" and possibly creating a huge, insurmountable impedement to our retail emergence and future cosumer retail sales.
Often times in the business world, execution of the business plan is all the difference in the world as to a company's success. You can have the greatest product in the world, but if you're severly late to market, you can tarnish and extinguish that product's viability and success.
Go Bluetorch!
Yeah, no kidding...$.03 kind-of sucks, and drifting down from here; think it would help if Jack's has Bluetorch products up on their website this Friday. The next big news item could be thier "label" from Oaktree Investments. Bruce hinted at guessing what it might be, indicating he already new (read the press release about Jack's, the first one, and you'll see what I mean.)
You know our 52-week low is $.024, so we arn't really too far away from that; which if we hit it, then you/I/we might want to average her down; b/c unless this thing's a total sham, she'll rocket up eventually. Averaging down is the only way I know to make "going backwards" pay off, unless of course you "short it"; I really don't know much about that, and I don't do it, and being so near the 52-wk low, that's a risk not worth the venture; so, we must average down if she crashes!
I don't know y'all- about "all this recent uncertainty". When I was doing my Due Diligence, I didn't uncover any of this supposed "deception", that I recently am now reading about. Was extremely disappointed with last week's "no-show" at Jack's. This week? This Friday? Well, that'll defenitely "tell the BTOR story".
What a shame to have this "integrity issue" with BTOR. Such a "high-visibility", big-potential name, yet even with the greatest name and/or product, any deception will be rewarded with failure.
Hopefully we are being "fearful-too-soon" over what are "production and timing" issues...not having the "whool pulled over our eyes". Think that the end-of-the-week will tell all. Defenitely don't like any sense whatsoever of "shady-business-practices"! That's a "bail-out-now" signal, unless management does/says/ or produces something to prove itself legitimate.
Neve have received a "call back" from their PR, investor relations head. Don't like that! Have even received "calls back" from major, major Wall St. players, and to NOT hear anything from this small cap, "don't know what to make of it", "emerging-whatnot"?????
What's up Bluetorch management? Maybe I ought to try to contact them again.
And to end-off here: Looking for "redemption Bluetorch staff"!?!
Prove yourselves worthy of our investment dollors, or else!
Well, we're "sinking y'all"...just learning how to trade these OTC:BB stocks; and it looks like the only thing to move this Girl is news, news, and news. Absent that, we see sinkage. So, unless you have the patience to hold this thing until Fall of next year, for the real dough, then maybe a "shorter holding" period is in order, then buy it back, and at some point go real, real long. Now's too early to go real, real long, unless you just want to use the "invest and forget about it for a while" strategy. I need to build up more and sufficient and substantial capital to wait that long. However, this is a good candidate to "average down", if it doesn't take-off from here. Thought today would be better, with the "Christmas buying season upon us", but very low volume, and sinking PPS. Oh well, at least we have Dec. 5, to look forward to. Get to see the roll-out of Bluetorch at Jack's surf shop. That's a plus. Anyway, happy and investing, and one last note for the evening: "Remember, money flows from the impatient to the patient. Post script: just how much patience do you have? PPS This doesn't mean that "buying and selling, buying and selling, then finally buying for the long, long, long haul...isn't in order, or the most prudent thing to do; for to be honest with you, when we were at .04-something, those profits would have been better than the next-to-nill profits we now have. Again, these OTC:BB's almost tell me to take profits sooner...but and yet, don't want to miss the Big Ascent Upwards....but something tells me that it might be a few to many, many months before BTOR does that! Just my HO!
"Mooney Will Fly"!
I think what we have here with MASG is a Co. largely dependent on "larger forces at work", i.e. the "re-bounding of the greater U.S. economy" at large; and with increased productivity accross the board, in all heavy industry, I think we will see a big Mooney re-bound.
I'm a little new to the stock, the Co., and the product; but, one very key thing is, I have an eye for nastalgia and quality, and these two attributes Mooney most defenitely possesses. Plus, I read previous post which indicate some government contracts/w Mooney could be in the works, via "homeland security surveillance", and that's a defenite plus.
Still and yet, look at our CEO! He has some really very impressive credentials; and I highly doubt that he'd come to Mooney, as a former aviation lawyer, to flounder; unless of course, he's come to fleece the nest- which I really don't forsee being the case here.
Just the whole personel at Mooney seems top quality.
Investment tips: Look y'all, we're not that far from a 52-week low, so "averaging down" into the next and last CC of the year, all the while with the finger on the trigger looking for that $.08 pop, isn't a bad strategy at all, most especially with big increases in revenue reported. (but now I read and learn that those revenues are off-set by cost production!)...But still, the cost can be brought down, as they have, and as it has been reported. I think the important thing now is to increase brand awareness accross the board. Let people know the Mooney name as much as Beachcraft or Piper, or any of the other familiar names...Cesna...etc.etc...Let the economy continue to rebound, let the gov. throw some more incentives for "big-ticket purchasers", i.e. tax credits; throw some gov. contracts in the mix; and let our CEO pull a rabbit out of the hat- and we're off, up, and in the air, flying high!
Worries: That big "break-down in price from the run to $.08; next day, complete collapse; then the following trading day, we collapsed after a run to .035-ish!...Looks like this MASG is a "play for the money makers" (that's what we are too, right, in a way, although I want to be real long this stock at some point!)...and given that the MM's "run-it-down" after a sizeable gain, maybe look to take profits sooner, then "buy-back"; b/c we should still be a ways off from a straight shoot up, and there should be plenty of opportunity to "buy back". I've learned this the hard way, seeing profits turn to loss overnight! Anyway, I said too much already, and probably revealed more of a trading strategy than is prudent; just want to see us on the board here make some money too, all the while supporting Mooney's rise to prominence again! Take Care All and Y'all, and good night, and happy trading in the AM tomorrow!
Post script, a little happy with today's close, given how we could have gone a lot further south, along with the greater Market; maybe it portends more upward movement in the 'morrow, or soon thereafter. Anyway, observing how it trades, looks like $.023 is a good buy for her, although I paid more, b/c I wasn't sure where She would settle after the last earnings run! Anyway, strong candidate to average her all the way down, as she'll go, if she does at all, from these levels. Hope this jibberish makes sense to someone!
Peace and Prosperity
-Beale7
I really don't have any idea as to the "future announcement of added brands" to the Bluetorch line; but, I have a really good, good fealing that whatever it is will be extremely adventageous to the Co. brand porfolio. It wouldn't surprise me if it was a more "mainstream" action/adveture sports label, what exactly, I don't know.
Anyway, there seems to be quite a bit of excitement, recently, generating around BTOR, which I'm greatful for.
Oh yes, "Bluetoch_inc", how'd you come up with such a good pile of dough, to buy so many shares?....Anyway, glad to see some success here...and a lot more to come.
One last question, if and when a "PPS retreat" comes, from what I presume to be much higher highs, what do you plan to do? Are you a long, long hauler? Personally, I wouldn't set to let-go of this BTOR until sometime much later in '04...or even '05, depending on their growth targets, and success in reaching those targets.
At any rate, any retreat lower than your entry price (which with a 52 Week low of .024, correct?); and I got in at .028/.032...is a good candidate for "averaging down"; although something tells me that there won't be much need to "average down" from here!
Best of luck, and keep up the good post!
-Beale7
I'm looking for a turn-around too; and I think with the improved US economy, and the aggressive new management team, that MASG will "take to the skies", in much quicker order than some people may think; best of all, it seems as if they build a very quality product, that is a classic in the aerospace industry. This one is and will be a big winner!
Happy investing! Sincerely,
Beale7
Good points blue_torch-
That is one thing I really like about the label, the affiliation with the TV show, and the web-program (now defunct as I understand it...); but, yes, most heartily and indeed, they must "wrap-it-all" together, and promote the brand as a cohesive entity! Surely that's what they are doing. That t.v. show is nothing but free advertising for the up and coming Bluetorch brands. Peace,
And may the Mother Earth richly bless us!
-Salmon!
Hay, Thanks a lot for "welcoming me" here, to the board; I'm very excited about the un-foldment of the Bluetorch label (though I don't expect instant brand catapultion overnight. It might take some time here to grow the business...but that's to be expected)...Just feel real grateful to have a message board for BTOR, as I would have never thought there would be one, for the micro-caps.....Anyway, look forward to sharing thouhgts, and hopefully, delights, with the emerging success of the Bluetorch brand! Have a great night!
-Salmoncreek7
Good afternoon fellow investors and Bluetorch enthusiast; a little new to the "brand", and the "show"; found out about BTOR, while I was combing the Yahoo financials, and I found it, and was really impressed by its current low share price relative to the brand appeal, name recognition, and most especially, the very impressive bios of upper management- who, as it seems to me, is "soaked in retail, action-sports apparel" business experience- and I really like that.
Plus, how can you beat the "name recognition", with the TV show still running on Fox Sports? That's a huge plus! And I think the market is ripe for this kind of a start-up. And I think upper managemen'ts vision for the unfolding of this product, is much, much larger than we may realize right now, as investors. With the Phirana Boy-Girl brand slated for launch in '04 (Spring?), and with it's target retailers possibly being JC Penny's, Sears, and Walmart; well, that's a huge vision for a young start-up just now getting into the "specialty markets"! And how they will maintain the strong "cult brand identity", while penetrating these larger markets- well, "we'll see!".
Anyway, I'm excited with this company. Will order a shirt from "Jack's surf shop", as soon as they get them up on their web-site, come Dec. 5 '03, as I understand. Well, enough said for now, just wanted to throw some "conversational pieces" out there for everyone's reading pleasure. Happy investing!
