Goldy:
Have you seen the motion picture "The Wolf of Wall Street" or read the articles about how those shysters operated?
A main point is: "SUCKERS ARE NOT BORN, BUT TRAINED."
IDOI put Ray-Ray on the IDOI board; that was more than just an insult. It was the announcement that the shoe magazine was a training device and that IDOI had followed Ray-Ray to the dark side.
The Boyz from Friar's Lane who perpetuated the Pump-and-Dunp game with NVXE/NVEI/RSMI had the same playbook as the convicted felons from Lonk Island. They created the bagholders and reaped the rewards. Why did The Boyz get away with their white collar stock-selling investment game while the Lonk Islanders went to jail? And why did IDOI place Ray-Ray on their Board of Directors?
A few final words from the story:
1. The Lonk Island crooks never were worried about or fearful of the SEC; only a few FBI visits temporarily bothered them.
2. They laughed when asked about FINRA and its regulatory and supervisory efforts.
Where easy money can be found, corruption is a companion. All IMHO.
Methinks that it be somebody set up by the insiders to this stock-selling investment game just so their game can continue and they have a venue to fleece the gullible, lazy, speculators. The shoe magazine was just the snakeoil in the scheme. Like many scams, youse sell the sizzle, not the product. All IMHO.
Go to the picture show where "The Wolf of Wall Street" is being featured. If youse have the ability to watch a motion picture over about three (3) hours, youse night learn something about Pump-and-Dump investment game scams. See if youse can match the NVXE/NVEI/RSMI scenario to that playbook. All IMHO.
Mebee 'cause somebody wants to bring the RayStoleMyInvestment circus back to town and needs a "media" outlet to broadcast the news that Extremus Cooper and A&&T are very much interested in the revolutionary, disruptive wire pairs to deliver this time around?
If not Ray Willingburglar and The Boyz, then some other shyster will perhaps pick up the pieces and run a new pump and dump campaign to fool the hapless, clueless, lazy speculator looking to make a quick buck playing the scam.
If the players try to utilize IHub, the Raysayers will be here to expose their chicanery. The Ticky Tocky board may be a good launching zone, though. All IMHO.
IDOI is one "investment" the belongs in the Pantheon of investment games and could have been depicted in "The Wolf of Wall Street." Pump and dump; pure and simple.
But there is no accountability; no regulator is willing to take responsibility to handle white collar crime and white collar criminals in Amerika. White collar crime pays, and pays well. All IMHO.
Larry is off the boat.
Sefra is working hard.
Marky is drawing his salary.
Oracle is playing in the cloud.
All is OK, but no major forward thrust. Happy to see share price break through $37; can $45 be very far ahead? Methinks not. All IMHO.
Ho, Ho, Ho and Merry Xmas.
So which Smoky product was the most tasty this season
The smoked salmon?
The smoked gouda?
The smoked baby pork ribs?
Which product was the most-profitable? Oh, I know the answer to that one: The toilet tissue certs!
SMKY certainly turned out to be a great investment vehicle for Eddie and his elves, though. Go SMKY, fool 'em again in 2014. The suckers are all lined up and salivating, too. All IMHO.
Sure hope that Santa Claus left a tube of Mayan-inspired red hot chili pepper juice salve/gel product in the Xmas stockings of all of the loyal NGSX "investors" who voted with their hard-earned bux for capsaisin development and getting RICH-Rich-rich on their gambling instincts.
How did that ever work out? Just another write-off for losers on their IRA Form 10140 Schedule D, perhaps....
Did Santa Claus bring all of the RSMI stuck bagholders a lump of coal this year to accompany their insightful "investment" in The Boyz' scam?
Methinks Bernie Madeoff with $67 BILLIONS of Other Peoples' Money might be feeling lonely at this holiday season at a Club Fed. The Boyz should join him and spend the rest of their miserable, stealing lives as guests of the nation at Club Fed, too.
Remind me why Bernie's conscience bothered him enough to turn himself in after the SEC failed for some sixteen (16) years to get the evidence on his Ponzi scheme, but The Boyz managed to make off with about $100 millions and nobody even lifted the NVXE/NVEI/RSMI veil to take a peek at their most successful investment game.
Anybody musing that just because SMKY, the Pink Sheet No-News None-Reporting on Time investment game stock that has lost over 70% of its value in 2013, Eddie & Co. are not basking in the warm Florida sun?
Fuhgettabout it! Running a stock-selling investment game is their expertise arena and they are probably now conjuring their next great scam or just extending the SMKY one which seemingly worked OK for Asher, too.
The SEC is still asleep and the shysters get away with their game! All IMHO.
You'd never know it from your posts or your spelling.
What is a "pattio"?
How long have youse been using your current alias?
Wanna-Be influential poster not fooling anybody. All IMHO.
And I thought that only someone as clever as Alphonse Caponey could get away with hijacking his own shtick and promoting it! According to your good knowledge of the history of SMKY, it appears as if Fast Eddie got away with that same rendition. At least it appears that youse now does recognize that SMKY was only a show, a circus, that played the greedy lazy speculators as the suckers they were and relieved them of their money just like every other successful snakeoil saleman. All IMHO.
Permit me to nominate youse for a Rudyard Kipling award for keeping your head and keyboarding the TRUTH! Youse had SMKY properly identified and kept to your opinions based upon evidence, not irrational hope. Deep due diligence beats throwing your hard-earned money on the blanket for Eddie and The Shysters. Good job, sir. All IMHO.
And it don't hurt neither that youse gots an Asher in the wings to further the game!
Duped a lot of people. Thanks to the few stout-hearted who post here and alerted the bagholders about the true nature of this stock-selling investment game successfully run by Fast Eddie.
Everybody now convinced that SKMY is your run-of-the-mill subpenny scam? The SEC is still asleep and the "opportunity" for continuing the game remains viable. All IMHO.
This dead horse can still be beaten down.
It has only lost about 64% of its valuation in 2013, leaving over one-third left to sink onto the ocean floor at $00.0001.
The stock-selling investment game will go down keel first. All IMHO.
According to his church's records:
Pandaman passed away on January 25th of 2005.
He was 62 years of age.
He left a widow and one son as his heir.
A funeral service was held at the church on February 2 of 2005.
A Celebration of Life was held at Emerson Elementary School later in February of that year.
I am trying to check out your inquiry and am looking for Pandaman's obituary. He died in Mesa, Arizona.
I believe that Bill from 3M may have attended the funeral, but I don't know that. The eulogy was presented by a CBS newsman from LA who grew up with Pandaman in southern California.
Will post the results and links should I find them.
He was a good-hearted, trusting guy who got duped by twisted wire pairs/rice bran/and holy bears by The Boyz and died. All IMHO.
Sir:
I regret to inform you that "our" Pandaman has been deceased for many years. RSMI was one proximate cause of his stress; he had a heart attack from which he never recovered. He was one of the original mossbacks and hosted NVEI/RSMI social gatherings to promote twisted wire pairs.
Sorry to be the bearer of the sad news.
Don't know who else scammed him, but The Boyz probably killed him. All IMHO.
Smoky has had a tier assignment change. DOWNward!
SMKY is no longer a PINK OTC stock. It is now denigrated to being a Pink No Information scam.
Next tier step in the slippage trend may be "caveat emptor," which approaches a death sentence.
Stuck bagholders take note. This investment game may soon be flushed. All IMHO.
Oh Sheep Gear Changer, youse be a hopeless optimist regarding RSMI. How stale is that debt piece of paper? Anything come of it?
"Caveat emptor" is just about a proclamation of DEATH with a lowered tier assignment.
Ray-Ray and The Boyz got nothing; they never had anything that was technologically-feasible and it is doubtful that they could do anything even if they had something!
RMSI was always a stock-selling investment game designed to benefit its white collar criminal conspirators. Put away the whitewash; it ain't selling. All IMHO.
If memory serves, RSMI hasn't reported for years.
What they did was tier-down to something that does NOT require them to report, but still allows for trading in the toilet tissue paper. Youse can look up what level they are currently classified at by the tier-setters. All IMHO.
Excel, in this fading Amerika of ours, youse gets the "justice" that you can afford and are able to purchase.
Bernie Madeoff with $57 BILLIONS of Other Peoples' Money while law-enforcement/justice never even did a passable job of investigating his Ponzi scheme. It was only his guilty conscience that navigated him to turn himself in and take the 150 years of prison time. Bernie had bux and was willing to keep his scam going. The SEC was asleep.
The Portland Business Journal quit on their discovery that Ray and The Boyz were relocating RSMI from S. California. The SEC wasn't interested. State regulators don't want to work, just draw salaries, so they are rather useless.
Youse wants to become a successful fraudster in our Amerika, make certain youse gots a good law firm retained, lapdog accountants, go-thrugh-the-motions auditors, and sleeping regulators! All IMHO.
Who "gave" the shell to Ray?
Stuck bagholders still have some stake in this "enterprise," though probably not as harvesters of the stock-selling investment game itself which was the province of The Boyz and their insiders. All IMHO.
RIM's "technology" was a non-working pipedream that was useful in attempting to legitimate the stock-selling investment game! They sold the sizzle because there was NO beef involved. Those who bought, unless they were smart or lucky, ended up as bagholders while Ray and The Boyz made off with a hundred million bux. A Classic Tale of white collar crime in the American marketplace that went undetected, uninvestigated, and unpunished. All IMHO.
I am afraid that you have it exactly correctamente, SilverSurfer.
Nobody wanted to turn over the slimy rocks and discover the investment game that Ray and The Boyz were playing.
The SEC is pretty useless. The "investigative" journalists are nowhere to be seen or read because of the parsimonious nature of the modern media. State regulators are mostly weak fronts.
Too many speculators, too few safeguards, no real enforcement.....is it any wonder that this once-great nation is sinking and stinking. All IMHO.
LOY of the bad olde times.....
Since Krackpot Kramer is treated by many as a contraindicator, maybe there is more upside potential here than we are realizing.
Ride Larry's boat to success and wealth! All IMHO.
Anybody know if the SEC or any regulator has Ray-Ray and his nefarious stock-selling investment game schemes under scrutiny or investigation?
It sure would be a bad blot on the financial history books if he and his boyz walk away free from their NVEI/RSMI game with those HUNDRED MILLION BUX. Disruptive, revolutionary twisted wire pairs, indeed. Twisted criminality might be a better description. All IMHO.
Here's to Larry Ellison off the boat and ready to lead ORACLE into the $40 price arena in 2014!
Wishful thinking? Methinks not.
He bought most of Lanai, he won the latest America's Cup Yacht Race coming from way behind with a gun to his head, and now he is off the boat and ready to lead the charge for ORCL. All IMHO.
As the Thanksgiving Day approaches, let us give thanks to the good sense that made us pass up the shoe magazine as a great investment opportunity.
And let us bow our heads in a moment of grace to lament with the stuck bagholders who did jump into this most-probably investment game on their misbegotten instincts without doing any deep due diligence. Losers continue to lose playing the same game over and over and expecting different results.
Suck it up, write it off, and move in another direction! All IMHO.
Youse cain't keep a good investment game going forever, but the IDOI players are doing a very good job.
The shoe magazine was a great come-on after the shoe bomber on the aircraft tried to light his shoe and blow the flying tube up.
Don't know what product or product line they are promoting now, but selling shares has always been their business model.
As long as the SEC is asleep, white collar crime will thrive in our financial marketplaces. No investigations, no indictments, no apprehensions, no trials, no convictions = toothless regulation without enforcement. Shut 'em down!
Youse be advertising for a commercial venture, IMHO.
In the past, my contributions were real enough. Sort of the skeptic on this message board about commercializing ancient Mayan Indian folk medicine for scientific effect. Youse can look it up in a couple of years' posting on this message board.
Not good medicine; not good financing; not good management; not a good product line for investment. All IMHO.
Looks more like SPAMMING than bringing fresh, useful information to stuck bagholders. All IMHO.
The simple answer is:
The company has most-probably never been anything other than a stock-selling investment game designed to reward the insiders and rape the public ("honest") investor.
The SEC refused to investigate even when the factual information was so obvious and that Portland Business Journal did a minor expose. That financial rag refused to follow-up.
The SEC allows paper to trade whenever the markets are open and there are willing buyers and sellers. It is called laissez-faire capitalism at its worst. No regulating, no filing, nothing but churning paper. This type of bucket is ripe for manipulation and manipulators are known to discover such opportunities and play pump-and-dump games. All IMHO.
So what did we learn?
NOTHING!
When Ray-Ray was appointed to the IDOI board, a few REALISTS became alarmed. Sure enough, IDOI seems to have been nothing but an investment game involved with the selling of shares.
The shysters were brought down, the price of the shares were headed to the bottom of the sea...BUT the most-probable conspirators hatched a new scenario and have the game going once again. CON to con again.....
White collar crime pays in this once-great, but now fading Amerika! The SEC is still asleep, the state regulators could care less. Reputations and ethics are not of concern; it is all in making the BUX. All IMHO.
Any derivation from "MaGog?" IDOI needs a monstrous move to produce a Cascade of Miracles from its new "leadership," or is that puppethood? No assets; tough investment game to play. All IMHO.
And you probably are deserving of your opinion.
SMKY's day will come when enough irrational people buy into any exuberance generated by shilling (REAL Shill) and promoting. Otherwise, this investment game seems to be a typical by-the-books "enterprise4fools." All IMHO.
On IDOI's real accounting records, Goodwill impairment is now complete; any "assets" have been exhausted. IDOI may just be another corporate shell. Why did Pinocchio jump ship? Because the game might just be over.....All IMHO.
Oh really, oh Riley!
FRAUD may be an apt summarization of the SMKY investment game; well, and directly, keyboarded. All IMHO.
Amen, bro.
By the way what part of your most optimistic makeup contributed to entertaining the concept that the mismanagement of SMKY was ever going to do anything other than sell paper?
Their investment game was going well enough what with the floorless debenture sales. All IMHO.
Still trying to relate this piglet-killing virus to SMKY.
What does selling pork have to do with SMKY in reality?
Last time I looked, they were selling paper, not pork. Like floorless debentures. Am I missing something, or are you just being facetious and teasing the loyal SMKY loyal band of true believers? TIA.
SMKY appears to be an investment game. All IMHO.
