Anybody know if the SEC or any regulator has Ray-Ray and his nefarious stock-selling investment game schemes under scrutiny or investigation?

It sure would be a bad blot on the financial history books if he and his boyz walk away free from their NVEI/RSMI game with those HUNDRED MILLION BUX. Disruptive, revolutionary twisted wire pairs, indeed. Twisted criminality might be a better description. All IMHO.
