First off, I explained that I must have typed something wrong. Again, you could have posted the case. Pacer is free unless you want to read the case. As of yesterday, the case has not posted on Pacer. The OC case is just a contract case. Not sure why you freaking out so much over it. I am still waiting for your answer as to whether you purchased your shares pre-ipo or after. When private shares are purchased, part of the paperwork is a disclosure that your investment is not guaranteed. If you failed to acknowledge that, that is on you. As for SEC rules I am not sure what "facts" you are dealing with. You keep saying it, but not really showing anything. Granted, some of the products this company had did not get released. Personally, I am glad. They really are outdated at this point. The real money here is in the backhaul technology and the recognition software. Before going public, both Sony and Time Warner were using the backhaul technology.
Until this company has been officially deemed a scam or whatever term you feel like using, I would say, quit whining and sell your shares. Unless of course, you did buy during the private era, then buyer beware. Nothing is guaranteed. Don't gamble (invest) what you can't afford to lose. I am always baffled by investors who think the stockmarket is a "safe bet." It is just a form of gambling. Not sure what you thought you were doing, but risking your entire retirement on a start-up, not proven, no guarantee of any kind of return, is just downright foolish. It is only a smart bet if you know if you don't get anything on return, you can afford to lose that wager.
Did you buy private placement before it went public or did you purchase after it went public? If you bought before it went public, didn't you read any of your paperwork that said it was not a guaranteed return on investment? All stock investing is a risk at some degree. Private placement can be extremely risky because there is no guarantee you will even get your investment back. If it was guaranteed, everyone who ever invested in private placement would be wealthy. Buyer beware! Just because the sells pitch sounded good, does not mean you aren't responsible for being diligent yourself. Truth be told, you should never invest more than you can afford to lose. The odd thing here for you is whatever price you bought this stock at it is worth more than that now. So, why so angry? Why not sit back and wait until you can sell and make either initial back (which is no loss) or perhaps make a little profit. Profit is profit, no matter how big or small.
By the by, Apple, Google, Sony, Facebook, etc. get sued everyday. It is part of the game.
Good for you. I did not. That is why I asked for more information. Makes it easier on readers of this forum.
What a strange question to ask about executive or family member of Ubiquity. Why in the world would an executive waste time looking at a website like ihub? Bizarre. Actually, I did not find the case. I did not "divert" anything. I simply ask for more information because I could not find on the OC database. Perhaps I typed something wrong. At the time of my post, I found nothing on Pacer. I will check again. Since you are not a regular poster here, it is usual protocol when one finds lawsuits, press releases, etc., to post links or the body of the information instead of just making broad statements.
Anyway you can post more on this? That case number does not appear in the database of the Orange County courts nor is any case filed against Ubiquity or any of its people on PACER. If you are not familiar with Pacer, it is a database of us courts, district and bankruptcy cases filed in all of US. If a case had been filed, it would show up. One did not. Also, that number you posted was not found in OC database.
Looks like MediaG3 does not even exist anymore. State office can't deliver mail to post office box address and revoked the business.

Not sure where you get all this fake information. No one involved with company has "mile long" rap sheet. Please elaborate on share holder suit. PACER revealed no information that you hint at without any substantiations.
I noticed the Idaho SOS had administratively revoked MediaG3 because when they sent registration papers, the address Val used to register MediaG3 was not current. Apparently, Idahowifi was updated just in time and the same address is used. Val did no change it. I wonder if the MediaG3 name is not going to be used now? And the address he has been using is not current, yet he did not update Idahowifi to reflect that. Perhaps he did not have the money to keep payment on the po box. Looks like Guidry and Moynihans aren't coughing up the monthly bills money anymore. I wondered just how long they would waste their own cash keeping this scam sort of floating.
Wonder what Robert Guidry and Stephen Moynihan are up to? They don't seem to be taking this flim flam scam to level 11.
Stop sign on the way down.
Sure looks like it. Apparently, the disruptive technology has disrupted any progress.
Looks like typical Val mo...revamp crappy webpages and get sheeples all excited for naught.
It is like watching the James Cameron version of the Titanic. I just wanted Leonardo diCaprio to drown already.
Looks like MediaG3 off to a big bang for 2014 with a STOP sign.
I think he was referring to Val's nose getting a little longer.
Yes, a "company" with a yield sign because it can't get factual financials together and is trading at close to not trading, is definitely something to invest in. Looks super promising.
It must be difficult trying to combine so many world-changing, disruptive technology companies into one project!
Good thing Val snookered Robert Guidry into going along with the scam, they'll need a lawyer for the lawsuits from angry shareholders and to answer the SEC.
It's like deja vu. Yield, trips, no news, etc., etc., etc. Amazing there are actually those who believe that Val is going to bring about a product that will not just make them back their initial investment, but a profit as well. Meanwhile the world marches on, leaving behind MediaG3, BoiseWifi, IdahoWifi, A2 Access, A4 Access, Imperial Wireless, the Wimax King...wow, that may be just about all of Val's dalliances to soak up investor cash. Not one has come to fruition. I think there are more, but I can't remember. Val changes company names like Imelda Marcos changed shoes.
Seems Val missed memo too. "Lining things up" must mean pps petering out.
I didn't read it. Is it still reflecting the shell though.
Not yet. Yes, still was that shell. I would hope now that more of the requirements are being met that the next financials will reflect the actual ubiquity. :)
Yep, and the newest pr just says merger complete. I suspect some SEC filings have to be finalized before the offical split is realized.
The press release just says merger complete.
And yet, still rare.
So, Val Westergard still has a tax lien and seems to have picked up a new lien for a total of over more than $16,000 owed.

Is this what you are referring to? http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Golly, no one using:
A2access
A4wireless
Iwifihere
Boisewifi
Idahowifi
Imperial Wireless
There are probally more, but Val may be running out of name ideas.
What about all the twitter and linkedin followers? Oh wait, those were probably obtained through programs that allow you to add followers that have no clue they are following you. No wonder this is going nowhere. No one knows who to call for service and none of the "followers" are aware MediaG3 and its hoarde of companies even exists.
Just how many names does Val need for his fake endeavors. Now there is idahowifi.
http://www.accessidaho.org/public/sos/corp/W127352.html
Bets on what the next name he will come up with to register. Between his creating followers on twitter and linkdedin using programs that help you get followers, registering names at the Idaho Secretary of State and opening post office boxes, when does he actually conduct business?
Whichever the answer is, still nothing world-shattering, super radical, disruptive, supernova, etc. etc. going on. It is just snake oil.
And his "amp goes to 11."
Most assuredly I say so!
Of course not. Anyone who fell prey to the snake oil salesman and his cronies would not be discerning enough to care about a little loosey gooosey tomfoolery in regards to legal documents created by extremely suspect parties.
Agree!
I would say it was done on MediaG3's end. I seem to recall Val claimed people were on his board at one time who were in fact not and had no relationship with MediaG3.
I would think that new silly board of directors would fit the "ones behind the scenes." Any longs who have offered Val help may find themselves in a world of trouble, as well.
And it seems the business writer R. Hicken has issues with this Rippin thing as well. No wonder the BBB wouldn't touch MediaG3.

I wonder what color the sky is in Val's world? Now he is research and development for Wytec?? Good grief the fantasy never ceases.
From his very, very made up linkedin profile:
