Anyway you can post more on this? That case number does not appear in the database of the Orange County courts nor is any case filed against Ubiquity or any of its people on PACER. If you are not familiar with Pacer, it is a database of us courts, district and bankruptcy cases filed in all of US. If a case had been filed, it would show up. One did not. Also, that number you posted was not found in OC database.
