Hello BOS Board. Just started following the board. I have been involved with ADHC for the past 6 months and have recently found this board because most of the heavy hitters here have been all over the ADHC board. Thanks for letting me follow and learn a thing or two...and most importantly, make a little $$$$ along the way.

If you read one of my last posts on here from February, it was an email from Ernest saying that the fins for rebel would not be on this years ADHC fins. I'm not sure if this report was the end of the fiscal year for ADHC but if it is, then rebel fins should be on the next report.

With this volume I would doubt it. Hope it comes though.

Ernest said that rebel would not be shown on marchs financials because it would cost to much to add them. So, why would a company that owns another company show them on the financial statement. That's why I think the pps drop bc rebel will be nowhere to be seen with regards to ADHC.

I am informing them bc most are here because of rebel and the financials they have. Now ADHC supposedly owns rebel but can't put them on the financials. That sounds odd to me Mo. Mhealth is huge but they have been saying for year an app was coming an nothing. I have friends that can develop apps in a matter of days. I'm avg in at .001 so I've lost a ton and will go down with the ship. When the longs see the march financials try will jump ship and the pps will suffer. I hope I'm wrong but we are at 4s waiting for financials....best of luck

We are presently getting our number for the quarter prepared so that we file
in a timely manner. I don't think an announcement regarding a deal with
McAfee is a piece of "fluff" since it is material and important. It is
impossible to integrate Rebel's financials in mid-year due to cost so it
will be consolidated at year-end. The new COO's role is to build the cloud
computing business since that is his area of expertise. His programmers have
also taken over the task of developing all the new apps. I don't make
recommendations regarding the buying and selling of shares, but I will tell
you I have never sold any of my personal shares. My opinion is that there
are many exciting things happening which will come to light in the not too
distant future.

What are the plans for February before we see financials in march. Do you
intend to keep releasing fluff pr's that drive the price per share down even

I will make plenty of money at 12s and I will continue to flip like I have been until that avg is down to 0009s. Hopefully the trading from Friday continues and we can get four point spikes and drops. Glty.

I have a lot of shares in ADHC and have since the last run ended. Lucky for me I'm average in at about 12s. I don't blame you for waiting and I personally think the risk is worth the reward in this company. The pr's have been very disappointing to me an I agree have left a lot o questions rather than answered the ones I previously had. I've waited since about August so I'll wait it out till march financials come out and I can see the worth that rebel brings. Until then I am going to flip my shares when I get the chance. Glta

Address is correct but they have more than one employee. I have talked to several including the CEO. However thi is my first post since news was released and I will say I'm not to pleased yet and I believe we will continue to see the pps come back down until rebel is on the books at financial time. Also I think the pump or pr releases are coming. Twitter was overly active today on ADHC and per Fridays tips it stated that some news was coming.

Financials did come out in December but they did not show rebels revenue or debt on them. They will be on the next quarters financials. This I why no activity. It's horrible and I'm tired of this stock and just want a pump up or some substance. Either way hopefully soon I can sale an move on and all us longs can make a lil coin.

That's what I'm waiting on and I'm sure a lot of others are as well.

Everyone is waiting for financials that are due in march. We want to see rebels worth.

The past press releases did not do what I believe you wanted them too. Rumor has it that you where in New York over the holidays. Did you get any work done that you will be releasing, or was it a corporate party that us share holders paid for? I hope some good deals where struck. What companies have you been in contact with that ADHC plans on purchasing in the coming months? When is the new COO going to start making his presence known? Do you have plans of paying for a promotions company to help with the price per share like the company has done in the past? The price per share keeps falling and it will continue to fall until the market sees real news or paid promotions are done. Either way please release news next week and show the market what Rebel is worth. Hope you had happy holiday's and the best to you and your family in 2012.

It is comical the lack of dd that the posters have done on this board. The pps are going to be horrible until the quarterly is posted with rebel revenues on them in march. Accumulate all you can over the next few months and sell them off as the pps climb. Glta my fellow longs.

Just received and email from our fearless CEO. I asked for more substance regarding mHealth app and a business model for 2012. He said he released two pr's last week and expect news sometime next week. Glta

Ernest just spent a week at rebel. He has some pr's ready to fire. He has yet to release the business plan for 2012 and the companies they plan to acquire in the coming year. Mhealth app would be huge as well. We need a pr with the new coo's role too... Endless pr's that will build pps.
