I often wonder if ZIPPA is a soon to be cyber crime ring. Think about it. The platform is easy to make and more than likely will require a sign up where a criminal like SB can steal identities. Also, some BS upfront cost to buy in. It has been done before and I wouldn’t put it past this con man to do this. Hell, he may have already done this before. But, we will see. The SEC hopefully will catch up to him before he fleeces more innocent people.
These people have done nothing for HPIL. They are just “figure heads” in the web of lies that your CEO continues to spawn. There is no price that justfies buying shares in this pos. This company is worthless and will be subject to future lawsuits just like all the other scams your CEO has left behind in his wake.
Not surprised to see 500Mil shares added. Not surprised the CEO said nothing about this. Not surprised if this hits trips this week. Not surprised the CEO continues his crooked ways and will look at any opportunity to screw his “loyal investors”. I am surprised that he still has “loyal investors”. Wake up people.
“I THINK 99% YOUR WRONG BASHERS”
Yep, people posting facts and evidence proving he is a con artist are all wrong. Actual video evidence. You think anything is different this time compared to his past? Absolutely not. This man does not have one shred of ethics in his body. He’s here to screw you.
None of this matters. This is all part of the illusion that the CEO has created. Look at his past. He has the same MO on past failures, From dream teams, to products that have promise. He has never been able to establish a successful company. He pulled a gullible LT into his web of lies, deception and life of crime. LT spent money and time but was never able to convince the market enough to buy his invention. As a result, he was down lots of money. In swoops the vulture. He makes promises to LT that he will bring his product to the market but obviously fails to do so. Actually, he never had any intentions on selling a damn thing. LT seems smart enough to eventually catch on to exactly what this con artist does. Unfortunately, it is more lost money for LT. SB will close up shop and move on but only after lawsuits commence. He will move to another country and repeat. “It’s what he does”. He makes companies that aren’t real and profits from them and then declares that he lost it all screwing anyone he associates with including shareholders. It’s time for the “loyal investors” to have an epiphany. Learn from this. There is no shame in taking what you can and moving on.
Your opinion of “Mr. Brown” has changed substantially from just a few weeks ago.
Amazing how ugly skeletons in one’s closet can change an opinion. I guess we can take this as admission that the CEO “just a figure head” is a crook. Don’t think I agree with not being “concerned with his involvement”. A CEO of any company holds a crucial role in success or in this case, failure.
Your quote today:
“Mr. Brown is just a figure head, I am not concerned with his involvement with the company.”
“IMO Mr. Brown is honest, sincere, passionate and transparent , exactly what I want for this position. Gl2A holding. :)”
Why is none of this addressed in a PR from SB? You think an idiot who neglects to sign documents to become current would have the brain power to pick up insurance to protect himself against lawsuits? Regardless, no insurance institution would provide him with insurance. He knew lawsuits were coming which is why he jumped ship on previous companies. HPIL will be no different.
That's right, keep buying more shares all the way down to .00001. SB needs this money to help pay down the money he owes in lawsuits. Then again, this con artist will just keep lining his pockets and continue to ignore the mounting lawsuits. It really is a shame that this crook doesn't get jail time for ripping his “loyal shareholders” off. SOB
There are very few left here defending the CEO even though he has a history of being an OTC crook. This sham will be no different than all the others. Most people here speaking up about SB know about his past or have had the misfortune of investing in one of his scams. SEC is weeding out many of these scams and hpil will (imo) be on their list.
