There are very few left here defending the CEO even though he has a history of being an OTC crook. This sham will be no different than all the others. Most people here speaking up about SB know about his past or have had the misfortune of investing in one of his scams. SEC is weeding out many of these scams and hpil will (imo) be on their list.
