lol his beer venture "tiger hemp beer", which he literally could not find any better slogan for than "catch the eye of the tiger", which created all sorts of issue for him, was supposed to be, as you mentioned "ouster's last stand"
He had a chinese brewery on tap, then he had it supposedly being made by a place in California, and Oregon, then he was going to purchase a brewery in Louisiana... that never happened.
This is also not his first scam in crypto... anyone remember "MJCOIN"?
Oh yeah, he was going to revolutionize crypto with that. Guaranteed 90% of the people here never even heard of it. He's tried to sweep it all under the rug so you don't see all of his failures.
Nevermind he tried to hire a "new CEO" last year, Noch, who stole his Twitter account and sued him for SEC violations.
That is STILL not settled.
Noch, who is ALSO a crook.
Folks, these are all birds of a feather, and the trail of shit that they leave behind them is consistent.
My advice, make your bets based on how you think others will react to his news, but if you think any of this will materialize in to ANYTHING that resembles long-term shareholder value..
well.... you just don't know James Tilton.
Why should anyone like it?
What is their revenue? Zero
what's their market share? Zero
Did they exist before mid january? No
Tilton bought basically... nothing. He bought something that has zero place in the crypto market. Were people not hopeful that he would have acquired something that already had some sort of stake in the market? It appears to be a startup that is still VERY FAR from actually starting up, and probably never will.
I mean come on. Of course it's red.
Is $12.60 a good entry point?
What do we make of the 8K filing on the price?
Just spent some time looking at Exxe Grp, and this is undervalued. Continuously increasing revenue, and incredibly undervalued. In the markets they target, their increased revenue is going to keep growing exponentially with more acquisitions. Excited about this one.
Seriously, who tf just hit my ask that was sitting there for months? And... why?
Surprised that nobody is talking about GRFS right now.
They just collared with the FDA. International Pharmaceutical who specializes in fighting Infectious disease. Plasma clinical trials in Spain are showing tremendous success, and reps in the U.S. are being asked to get their PPE read to get ready for the same in America.

Well, if you've been holding for years because this stock has been literally worthless, it can't get any worse than JT.
I honestly don't even know what in the damn hell is going on here, but hey... at least something is "going on" I guess.
OK, I honestly don't know what to think about this. Is there a positive angle on this?
Given this (Per his tweets):
In addition, the market will love it, as China Food and Beverage Company was and will again be an American-Chinese Beer Company. A perfect fit.
And you NSAV shareholders will own 20% of CHIF, already public, already a ticker and already DTC approved. No waiting 6 months or a year to trade your hemp beer shares.
NSAV will control CHIF and be the majority shareholder of CHIF. This should greatly enhance NSAV shareholder value, as NSAV will own about 80% of another public company, CHIF, China Food and Beverage Company.
How will this take place? It's very simple. CHIF will acquire 100% of Hemp Beer Inc. from NSAV. This includes the 80% of Hemp Beer Inc. that NSAV owns and the 20% that you NSAV shareholders own of Hemp Beer Inc. It couldn't be easier.
CHIF, again is PINK CURRENT and DTC approved already, so anyone can buy it.
That's pretty much exactly what I was asking in my post. Who's going to "buy" MJCOIN, and for how much? And who is actually going to "ACCEPT" MJCOIN? If noone actually accepts it, then what in the damn hell is the point of it?
I'm confused about MJCOIN.
Please pardon my ignorance, but I have a couple of questions...
1) I see that NSAV is now selling it.. For how much?
2) Don't they have to have companies that will actually accept MJCOIN in order for it to be worth ANYTHING?
What am I missing here? What is the plan here?
Got it, thanks.
Man he is really melting down right now.
He needs to get the beer on shelves for people to buy BEFORE Christmas (like he's said.)
If that happens, the news will easily move NSAV up.
In lieu of that, I don't know what else is on the horizon in the next couple of months to keep the dilution from dragging this into the gutter.
Tillerson? I'm sorry I meant, Tilton.
Frickin' politics on the brain. :/
Thanks to whoever corrected me in PM.
That's great, but I think most people are hesitating on Tillerson himself. Are we not going down a road here that he has already been down several times in the past, all with the same results?
lol what a joke... Shiva on FB posting about his new venture "Natural Tek"...

August 7 at 8:03pm
I recall the last time I was into a company that was using QS.... it was called Tivus.
FML...
Just a very small piece of DD here....Marriott's VP of IT Strategy, Neil Schubert (spelling?) was "friends" with Shiva on facebook for a while (probably over a year,) at least as recently still as this summer. They are no longer facebook "friends"... I thought I would share, for what it's worth.
For very well over a year now I have pretty much felt like this was a lottery ticket's chance at best.... I've said the whole time that there was a time I thought this was the golden ticket. Given everything that I've seen now since i've been here, like 2 or 3 years (seems like longer,) but well before a Philly install was even announced.... I don't think it's even lottery ticket odds now that this is legit... maybe the odds of the mega-millions, what's that like 1 in 147 million or something? In my opinion, the only hope the bag-holders here have now is getting out in a pump.
The truly impressive, yet sad part about this is Shiva's ability to string so many people along, from current and former employees and partners, to shareholders.... it's uncanny, to say the least. I would bet that there isn't even an ounce of remorse on his part. I've seen a lot of people on here lose a lot of money, some of them unfortunately didn't even really have the money to lose. That is disappointing to see, all-the-while Shiva gets mad about people calling him out supposedly. I've won some and lost some, clearly here I lost some. It's all a part of the game, and Shiva has gone through this rinse and repeat process many times before. I just hope there are enough people soured by this to keep him from doing it again. He is truly talented at it, I will give him that.
All IMHO, GLTA
enough with the high school name calling. Present your arguments like a grown-up please.
a couple news releases.... anything going on here?
OMO said we are in for a big surprise. Is that still coming? I hope so (and that it's a good thing.)
I agree with you 100%. Appears to be just another alternative energy company trying to capitalize on the "10 Billion dollar industry." "We believe we can make a difference." How many of these companies are on OTC/PS alone right now? Alternative Energy companies that never leave R&D are everywhere. I don't see any evidence that this particular venture for him is going anywhere at all.
Far be it from me to say these guys are not good business people, but I could have sworn that I heard a few months back that this BOD was being assembled with basically knock-your-socks-off heavy hitters. I have yet to see evidence of this.
Just my 2 cents.
I was in this last year and have seen promising news releases and facebook posts with regards to doing things like trade shows and with the technology itself. I am still keeping an eye on this, but I am not jumping back in unless I see SOME sign that this company is going to generate any real revenues. I feel like someone in the company is trying to make this work, but I wonder if it's too little - too late to grab any real position in this marketplace. I spent the better part of last year actually trying to give these guys a chance to rebound after somewhat of a downward spiral after what appeared to be initially some signs of success, but I think this is a coin flip at best right now.
ALL IMO
SHOW US THE MONEY!
not sure, but my guess is it's in the same place that the Philly contract, the up-list, and ad-revenues are at.
welcome back new. what kept you away for so long?
its the JV part that has me confused. JV's, sure I understand they help get things going, etc..... but this is a JV with a company called Tivus smarTV, etc.... What are the odds that they have a partnership with a company called Tivus in India, a "smarTV" company no less...
all-the-while, we have this product in the Tivus product line...http://www.tivus.com/products/esmartv#.UD0RSo56xpc
What is going on here? This can not be a mere coincidence that their JV partnership is with a company who's name is so closely aligned with themselves, especially considering the Tivus esmarTV product.... Am I off-base here thinking this is just WAY too big of a coincidence to overlook?
I would like this PR a lot more if we didn't essentially have Tivus partnering with another Tivus? *facepalm*... seriously can anything be black and white that happens here? This leaves so much uncertainty as to who owns who, what goes to who, etc.... This may be an AWESOME thing for the company, but the fact that we essentially have two companies of the same name partnering together here is just mind-boggling at first glance. Hopefully we get some more clarity on this soon.
Well Truckenmiller's title on the website has been downgraded from "VP" to "consultant"... so I'm not sure that move is ever going to happen.
Omaha is definitely dead in the water. We basically have Tivus TV's dumbed down and running comcast cable. DT did not want to incur any additional costs. I think the same satellite provider situation from Philly also factored in at Omaha, but they chose not to move forward. It had something to do with just not spending any more money on startup.
Supposedly the switch issues in Philly are resolved as of a couple weeks ago? I can't recall for certain, but technologically speaking the system is supposed to be running as it should be now, and they are expecting Host to act within 60 days. I feel like this is like the third time we've said almost this same exact thing, but yeah....
According to website... Truckenmiller is a "Channel Partners Consultant".... didn't it used to list him with a different title?
where else would the ball be?
its not likely there will be anything material in the CC. Just touting HUGE projects that are IN THE WORKS with MAJOR PLAYERS in MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES, and telling us to be ready for MAJOR GAME-CHANGING PR's in the NEAR FUTURE that will REVOLUTIONIZE TECHNOLOGY as we know it.
Everyone get out your pom-poms!
I'm sorry did I strike a nerve? Your comment certainly implied you thought the naysayer and winers were funny. While I am not one to laugh at how other people feel about their investments, I figured perhaps you actually had a real reason for laughing at them, like Tivus was doing something amazing that I was not aware of. My mistake. take care, and hopefully all the athletes from wherever you live stay their and play for your favorite professional sports teams.
please enlighten all of the naysayers with your wisdom on how this company is so amazing. Turn them into believers. clearly tivus is a slam dunk.
Well we know Frank Dalene is still fighting the good fight for the environment in some capacity! ;)
Fight Erupts In Hamptons: Millionaire vs. Billionaire
lol
Come'on BIG MONEY!!!! :)
the telling thing about the tweet, keeping in mind that we have not heard anything else for a long time, is that there simply is nothing better than that to tweet about. :/
I believe that was from a press release from around late Dec./early Jan.
