Tivus, Inc. (TIVU)

its the JV part that has me confused. JV's, sure I understand they help get things going, etc..... but this is a JV with a company called Tivus smarTV, etc.... What are the odds that they have a partnership with a company called Tivus in India, a "smarTV" company no less...

What is going on here? This can not be a mere coincidence that their JV partnership is with a company who's name is so closely aligned with themselves, especially considering the Tivus esmarTV product.... Am I off-base here thinking this is just WAY too big of a coincidence to overlook?
