Tivus, Inc. (TIVU)

I would like this PR a lot more if we didn't essentially have Tivus partnering with another Tivus? *facepalm*... seriously can anything be black and white that happens here? This leaves so much uncertainty as to who owns who, what goes to who, etc.... This may be an AWESOME thing for the company, but the fact that we essentially have two companies of the same name partnering together here is just mind-boggling at first glance. Hopefully we get some more clarity on this soon.
