Great post. Made me chuckle.
Based on March quarter, I believe the revs per store are between 1.5 mil and 2 mil. A large corporate store could do 3 to 4 mil based on the PR.
Distribution shows very little profit. In fact they might be losing money on that front for now. If any one can break down the operating expenses to run a snakes, I think it would benefit the board. Payroll, Rent, Electric, Insurance, Taxes.
Thanks Plow. I know Tempe will be huge. Will they break revs down per location in the 10K? Good info to know for someone interested in opening a SNL location.
Plow, do you have a source for the 3 to 4 million per store? I have not been able to find it. I like the number but it seems high to me.
I agree with everything you pointed out. I got in to Amfe in December but fell for the audit pump and hype and bought many shares in .17 range. I still believe S & L has a chance to be similar to Dave and Busters and possibly could reach $2 or $3 a share based on share structure. Adding 1 or 2 stores a year is not going to cut it. Hopefully there is a lot more going on behind the scenes but without facts and the way it stands Amfe share price is justified or even overvalued.
What I would like to know is if the current and preceding financials have been audited or could these numbers be incorrect.
South Beach Boys getting in?

Good or bad, these are exciting times for Amfe, everything I thought would happen, hasn't but I do feel a sense this company can explode at any time and I would not want to miss this ride and I am sure many feel this way.
Honestly, I don't expect audit to be filed, however he used that as an excuse for the delay in financials leading everyone to believe they will drop this week. I think that can backfire since longs like myself were getting over the audit being delayed. Now he stirred up the pot again. PPS was stable in anticipation of a good quarter but now we are back on that audi and if the audit doesn't come out this week it will suffer.
I think Roger painted himself into a corner. Correct me if I am wrong, he is saying everything will be done this week. Financials, Audit, Uplist.
Amazing if this happens but.... I'm hanging by a thread at this point.
Plowmaster, please show me where the company is doing better. It has 3 stores in operation, everything else is just tweets. I want to believe it but I do not see an audit to prove revenues and there is no concrete news on anything else. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Fuzzy although I do not like your delivery, I have to admit, you have been correct all along. I still believe in the company but the sp was way overvalued. It needed correcting. Unfortunately I was sucked in with the promise of the audit. I laid out facts for the sp being overvalued in a post a month ago, however, it was deleted. I will say it again. Confirmed facts of the company:
only 3 stores in operation
No info on gro
No info on Natural Stuff
No info on Tempe structure of deal
No info on Morning acquisition or structure of deal
No info on franchises in Canada or Chicago.
NO AUDIT which clouds the reported revenues
and so on
I do believe in the company but I believe information beneficial to the company should not be withheld.
Parabolic the wrong way. I am not sure we hit bottom.
Honestly, without facts it is hard to put blame on the auditors. From what has been stated this is a legit company and I am sure they have no trouble with their own audit. Until I know the facts, auditing company has no blame at this point.
A few board game cafes tied into Morning. This one is in London, looks pretty cool. they are opening a second location. Many players out there right now, I think expansion has to step it up. I wonder if Roger would rapidly expand through cafe acquisitions.

I am not saying but you never know, what major corporation would be interested in buying out Snakes?

I can only imagine our PPS when we have 1000 SKU's Christmas orders will be off the chain.
Funny how all our eyes are peeled on the audit and this comes out of left field. Great News!

Was that you Russ? Good Call. How do you think they structured the deal to acquire Morning? Shares or Cash?
I can't remember who said it, but I now believe he/she was right.
Snakes is moving full steam ahead towards the direction of Publishing and Distribution.

I noticed the U.S. online retailer for Elder Dice, Funagain games is going out of businesss. Does anyone know the competition for retail distribution in the U.S.?
Great job jrf30, you are our US representative. Any chance you can divulge the square footage?
Does he have to release all 3 years at once, can he release 1 or 2 years if they are completed? That would show some progress and ease some investors.
I am wondering if a liquor license in the U.S. is more difficult or easier to obtain. Does a major franchise get a special arrangement?
Goodbuddy, I sure did and you certainly delivered. Thank you very much.
What's wrong... it's a joke. Just trying to ease the tension on this board with some humor.
@AmfilTech
There will be a Snakes & Lattes update in the coming days detailing a number of initiatives
Maybe he meant "by the end of days"
Do you mind sharing where you got the 50 openings and info on London?
I agree on Gainseville or Tallahassee but my favorite would be near UCF. More students and blowing up in that area.
NYC would be awesome but SJW's galore. I can only imagine the response if the incident happened in NYC.... oh boy!
Jauncy, I live in Pembroke Pines near Cool Stuff Inc. They have Magic night and it is packed with hundreds of players. I read somewhere we have an affiliation with them, is that true? I wonder if Amfe would buy out existing shops just like it to expand quicker.
Thanks for the info gentleman, I have to admit the suspense is killing me regarding the audit. Might be best just to look away for a week or two.
Yes that could be a game changer (excuse the pun) I agree but that could be hit or miss and so could gro 3 but I am concentrating on the proven portion of the business as it stands today.
Jackpot, I like your number and that is the reason I am here. Are you able to break that down to show me how that is possible. I believe we would need 30 snakes up and running to be at that level. I am trying to get a handle on the revenue generated out of each store. I believe it to be roughly $300,000 to $400,000 per month. Could you correct me if I am wrong. I am very interested to see your numbers. Thank you.
Think about it, of course they have inventory, that is how they plan to stock the franchises. It's the fuel to run a fleet of trucks.
Any thoughts on advantages or disadvantages for pps regarding franchise or corporate owned Snakes? Which is better for expansion?
Is there info breaking down the revenues generated by the different streams
eg: Natural Stuff
Interlock
Gro
Distribution
Snakes 1
Snakes 2
Snakes Midtown
I am really interested to see how much of the revenue is contributed to the retail side of each store.
Syboman, the market is huge south of the border. New York, Chicago, L.A. San Fran, Seattle, and Miami, where I live, and dozens of other large cities. Small game stores might be gobbled up and turned quickly into a Snakes store. We just need to get some more doors opened to the public.
