Re #49045:
Agree. Anyone who hasn't bought in at the 2's by now isn't interested. I suspect a lot of traders bought in during this 'two-period' in anticipation of a mini run for some easy money, only to discover that this is a boat tied at the dock. Once they realized that, it's many likely punted after a three-and-out and moved on.
Yours truly is now bored chitless after years of nothing but fourth down and ten over and over.

What's with this blip?
Loyal
P.S. - - - RSVP within a year or so if you would. Anyone.
mux,
Better than this priceless gem? Surely you jest.
Loyal
Comrades, I'm not surprised to see that farm bill pass, because Trump was on that from the get-go. So, yes, it's good news for the hemp industry, but what does that have to do with GRNH if Haas doesn't show any muster? I know I'm beating a dead horse with this, but without good numbers the mm's will keep this genie in a bottle and never let it wash up on a beach.
Dadgummit, would somebody tell Haas to let Barbara Eden out of the bottle, an' quite fartin' around?
If I had any brains left, this stock would give me a migraine. But I don't, so it won't.
Loyal
Rookie, yes, it's Haas and not Hess, but at this point that's not the main issue. Moreover, while becoming current is a necessary thing, that's not the main issue, either.
Whenever those numbers are brought up to date, they'll have to show a lot more black than red. Otherwise, the mm's will continue to beat this thing into the dirt.
Numbers gotta be good, bro, or we're still T-minus whatever and holding before launch. In view of that, any launch without good numbers makes us nothing more than another Challenger.
Loyal
Norfolk, I'm not on Facebook. Just what did he say about that share listing? Or was it something else other than filing?
Loyal
Lebel, much appreciated. Couldn't have asked for more info.
B.B.& B., those numbers don't look promising.
I have to go look in the mirror now.
Loyal
I wonder if the mm's worked together again to spoof us last Wednesday by luring some into the pump. Kinda looks like they're now slowly letting the air out of the balloon. Wish I had a quarter for every time I saw re-runs of this sit-com.
Anyway, . . . . James, if you're still riding in Car-54 . . . . where are you?
Loyal
Rookie, this guy will be late for his own funeral.
Loyal
Norfolk,
You meanie, you.
Loyal
Norfolk, I'd almost bet money that your laundry list consists of laundry still at the bottom of James's hamper.
Just sayin'.
Loyal
Fondu, welcome back. Just to keep you up to speed, while you were gone you missed a lot of action, during which nothing happened except more of same.
Now that you're up to date, having become the skeptic I am these days, how do we know these photos are Haas' Cathedral site? I don't see a picture of the building that shows the front of the framework with a sign that might say something like, "Future home of . . . " or "Coming soon . . . "
Anyone can take photos of a construction site and post them. I live clear across the continent from Cathedral City, so I'm in the dark on this one.
Perhaps someone in the area can verify that this is indeed James Haas' latest baby in the oven waiting to be born.
Loyal
Hawaii, what is it about the MACD you don't like?
Loyal
No doubt about it, bro. Without follow up fins this is just a fart in the wind.
Just because James kept saying, "They're coming, they're coming," didn't mean they were. James blew a sour note in that horn too often. But now, with volume going suddenly from six figures daily to 28+ million in one day, I think for the first time that we'll see some numbers shortly. Mm's probably knew this.
Either way, we need bottom line quarterlies. Hype yaps, but money talks much louder, so black at the bottom of the balance sheet will be required to sustain this.
James? Hello, James? Are you finally there on the line now?
Loyal
I've suspected all along (and still do) that mm's have inside info on what's been happening behind the scenes, and they likely positioned themselves for such a time as this. So, how long they let it run or much air they put in this balloon is anyone's conjecture.
Can't remember the last time we moved the sticks and had a first and ten.
Loyal
Darek, all things relative, I guess. To the recent jump-ins, a nice windfall. To us who've been here a long time a dime is no big deal. And for some . . . . still a loss.
Loyal
B.B. & B.,
Gosh, I forgot about that. Good question.
Loyal
P.S. - - - As a side note, did y'all see where seventy-some people went blooey into the twilight zone when they took in synthetic marijuana? Wouldn't have happened with the real deal. The moral of the story is: If you wanna make or keep mj safe, keep big pharma out of it. We've got enough people dying of their toxic opioids.
Filing date: August 20.
Keyword here is "anticipated." That means maybe. Nothing in stone.
And this is for quarter ending June 30. Whatever happened to quarter ending March 31?
Mm's will jump on this p.r. and beat it to death, just as they did to all the others.
Sometimes no news is good news and good news is bad news.
Loyal
vino, I don't hate. Over the years I just became disgusted with all the p.r. news that produced no results, except that it only led mm's and others to "sell the news."
Been invested here for over five years, and the man in charge doesn't seem to be walking his talk. We need more than empty words of promise.
Hope you're doing better than many of us.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Following the fires. Feel bad for the people and animals. Am among those who say, "Clear the doggone brush beforehand." Many forest experts agree.
Okay, this is going to sound redundant, but . . . .
A) At the half way mark of quarter 3, what's up with the finals of Q's 1 & 2 ?
B) That facility in Cathedral City that was to open in March, then was pushed to July, then again to August. Is it open for business? I've seen nor heard anything.
C) What about the hydroponics end of the venture? More greenhouses in the works? Or did they all burn down in the wildfires?
My thumb hurts from sitting on it too long.
Loyal
I wonder if mm's are trying to scare up business in preparation for a p&d.
Still invested from long ago, but watching from the sidelines here.
I don't even remember what MIHL does anymore. Don't know if they have a service or a product or if it's anything but a holding company.
Loyal
I hear ya, bro. I hear ya.
Loyal
Flr, maybe there's something to all this; I guess we'll see. As for this ole boy, I'm not into the hybrid/cloning part of life. God created the plant for medicinal purposes eons ago, and some in society are just now waking up to the fact that this is an herb, not a weed. And I doubt man can make a better product than the one the Creator created.
My point is, why not just harvest the best of strains already created, get 'em to market, and into the hands of the customer?
James, grow the stuff, harvest it, and sell it. Forget the rocket science. More and more people are wanting what you got. Do you really need these former pharma experts on your team? After all, for years they were workin' against you and your endeavor. Let's roll.
Loyal
P.S. - - - We investors could use the results of some of your product in the market place, too, James. It's the long green stuff, and what one might call an investor return for the money we loaned you to help get your venture up an' running.
Flr, I might give this news flash some credibility, as long as we don't hear follow up words like, "Hello, I'm James Haas, and I approved this message."
Loyal
Wow. We're really cookin' now. A total of four posts in six days counting this one. Looks like everyone went home. Can't says I blame 'em.
Wondering if Haas will start selling green hats that say, Make GRNH Great Again. That'll work.
Have a nice weekend, everyone.
Loyal
Pursuant to those lawsuits, it helps to remember that a majority of suits are resolved out of court and never have to deal with a gavel. Let's hope this one follows that path with the plaintiffs and the defendant taking a step back and cooler heads prevailing.
Or am I just whistlin' Dixie in the dark past a cemetery on this one?
Loyal
"Company remains on track," says Haas.
"Toward exceeding milestones," adds Haas.
T.H.G., I'm not criticizing your post, but what track? And how far down the track are these milestones? And what milestones is he talking about? I must have missed the specifics back in January.
We appreciate that he's sharing something, but what's behind the rhetoric? We're over a year and a half into fully legal out there. Problem is, a year and a half ago this thing sat at 13 cents, not 2 cents plus.
Haas' PR's used to make my eyes bulge; now they cause me to squint.
Revenues is what we need. Revenues and profits. As Henry Ford once said, "You cannot build a reputation on what you are going to do."
To put it another way, this business of "on track towards exceeding . . ." is starting to remind me of that old Paul Simon lament: The nearer your destination, the more you're slip sliding away.
Loyal
I just don't know, bro. On the surface this looks like a shot in the arm. However, in view of James' past I can't help but wonder.
In paragraph 1 I see the words 'should' and 'expects that'.
In paragraph 2 I see 'should potentially enable'.
In 3 there's 'in the process of' and 'one step closer'.
And in 4 he writes 'ongoing progress' and 'look forward to' and 'well-positioned'.
There's still nothing firm there. None of that produces black at the bottom of the balance sheet.
Holding (at .0270 for cryin' out loud!) and waiting. Wishin' and hopin' and plannin' and schemin' and all that hocus pocus.
Loyal
So now I wonder if maybe:
Some investors called or wrote to Haas for answers, but he was too busy. So they called or wrote again, but he was too busy.
After a while he began to consider investors a nuisance and decided to respond less and less often, and when he did answer, it was with a bunch o' buhshit fluff.
Now his investors are irate that this thing slipped from the 4's to the 3's to the 2's. But James Haas doesn't seem to care. Yep. The very people who loaned him money to build his company are the ones James Haas sees as a thorn in his flesh.
But it's okay. He's already pocketed a few million. He can always divest himself of his company and pocket a few million more on the way out.
Thanks, Haas. You're a heckuva a guy. We appreciate those empty promises. You really took care of your investors, just as you said you would.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Okay, I'm finished. One of you can cue the violin now.
getmore,
Is this thing even tradeable? I gave up on it a couple years ago when I could neither buy nor sell any longer through my broker. Just put it in my personal dust bin till it flatlined to zero, which it never did. Seemed to pop up with 1 share now and then as if it were on merely saline solution. Sometimes I even wondered if some of Putin's Ruskies own it.
So, is anyone able to do anything with it? 200-thou in one day is a surprising figure. Seems to help the 20-day average, but that's it.
Loyal
Expat,
And this money will come from . . . .
. . . . where ?
Loyal
With all those taxes and fees --- Calexico government has its hands in every pocket it can find these days --- it's gotta be harder and harder to turn a profit there any more. No wonder people are leaving by the droves for Vegas or Idaho or Montana.
Even a gold mine ain't worth much when government stifles it.
Loyal
Most stores in any business venture don't close for changes these days, including even for inventory. It costs them too much money.
Yes, this smells like good old fashioned tea leaves.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Anyone in SoCal have first hand info on this?
Flr1,
Don't know if that's good news or not. It might mean big pharma can now legally synthesize an active ingredient in cannabis, reproduce it cheaper than the real deal, and make a lot of money on the counterfeit product.
Pharma's been doing that routinely for many decades, and doing people more harm than good with their synthetic trash. So, the jury is out on that FDA approval.
Loyal
I don't have L2, but it looks like the robo traders are really having fun bouncing us around here today.
Loyal
Shawking, it should be noted that the 30 mj companies listed favorably are not placed in the author's order of favored picks, but are merely shown alphabetically, except for the last three.
Where he has GRNH among his 30 favorites is anyone's guess.
Loyal
Anyone hear any more about this grand opening that was pushed back to July? I haven't. James said months ago it was delayed by a permit snafu of sorts. But then, with him it always seems to be something.
Like to see some fireworks here on or about the 4th. Or is James gonna shoot off another dud from his cannon?
Loyal
Had all the enjoyment you could stand, Fond? We hear ya. Hope you got out of this marriage with at least your shirt, your dog, and maybe remote clicker.
Hope to see you on the flip side. Do prosper elsewhere.
Loyal
- - - And Canada going full rec may help Haas. With an insider interest in at least one Canuck company, if it jells he might make more money on it than on his own outfit. That way GRNH can continue to stagnate while he makes a nice buck over the border.
What really stings here is that this Earle and this Graff are taking Haas to court to get back at him for whatever. Maybe their case is legitimate, but whether they win or lose, we stockholders will be the biggest losers.
In other words, if the plaintiffs win their suit, we lose. If Haas wins the suit, we lose.
In Hollywood they say there's no such thing as bad publicity. But in the stock world, bad news is always bad news for shareholders.
The real winners here? The attorneys. They never lose.
Loyal
Earnings. Financial reports. James will have it all by the end of the month. You can count on it, because James Haas has always been good for his word in a very timely fashion.
Yep. In two weeks this quarter will end, whereupon James will have our report on the first quarter at that time. What punctuality. What integrity. I'm so impressed.
Loyal
P.S. - - - I still say what I've said over and over. No matter what happens in Canada or California or Neptune or Jupiter, the mm's keep this thing in the cooler until James can show 'em the money. In black ink.
