What really stings here is that this Earle and this Graff are taking Haas to court to get back at him for whatever. Maybe their case is legitimate, but whether they win or lose, we stockholders will be the biggest losers.

In other words, if the plaintiffs win their suit, we lose. If Haas wins the suit, we lose.

In Hollywood they say there's no such thing as bad publicity. But in the stock world, bad news is always bad news for shareholders.

The real winners here? The attorneys. They never lose.
