I just don't know, bro. On the surface this looks like a shot in the arm. However, in view of James' past I can't help but wonder.

In paragraph 1 I see the words 'should' and 'expects that'.

In paragraph 2 I see 'should potentially enable'.

In 3 there's 'in the process of' and 'one step closer'.

And in 4 he writes 'ongoing progress' and 'look forward to' and 'well-positioned'.

There's still nothing firm there. None of that produces black at the bottom of the balance sheet.

Holding (at .0270 for cryin' out loud!) and waiting. Wishin' and hopin' and plannin' and schemin' and all that hocus pocus.
