There is significant selling every friday are you seeing anything different today compared to other Fridays? I think Wed. this was 200k thin to 10 cent it moves 20 plus percent either way because it is so thinly traded. I am bored but that's because I know its potential and I am frustrated because I see the attention other stocks have with 2 Billion in shares.

I have also noticed the same thing two completely different extremes for that guy. If any trader has been here for weeks the stock has gone down 20% and went up 30% the same day.

This product makes taking vitamins so much easier for me while on blood thinners. Very affordable and yes they do dissolve well in my digestive system. Im thinking someone elses digestive system just isnt working too well. My doctor heard good things about this product and recomended to me . Thanks

Could someone please explain penny stocks to me? I see companies on the pinksheets who have a contract with 1234 Technologies for $10,000 and they go up %200 with an OS of 10Billion. Ok thats a little but of exaggeration but this is HUGE news and its having a hard time pushing through 17 I got in at .19 and thought I was a genius.

Why does PSPW trade in the .40 to .70 range with a smaller market cap than this stock? This is confusing but there is a enough solid info to stay in.

The chance we have to stop commons from being cancelled is the court date in August. If judge agrees that the claims by individual common shareholders are justified than we should also be in good shape in some form or fashion.

Thats all depending on how long the court takes. With no PR's from the company at the EARLIEST i would say Sept. when they begin the restructuring process. If PR's come out with a clear picture of what happens to the commons then that could be a whole different story either way.

Does that change a dollar estimate? this section talks about converting preferreds into commons. Thats why the other post I had was so important, the judges ruling on the objection to personal claims on their common shares will set the precedent on what happens to commons overall. As of right now they havent made it clear what happens to the commons, people on the yahoo board are concerned bc they talked about preferreds being converted to commons but even then they dont go into details as of how much for instance is it one for every two or two for every on and so on. Another court document mentioned that commons will be diluted indicating that current sharholders will have a different value than what they currently hold. So if I hold 50,000 and then receive 25,000 shares in the new company worth .50 per share I would be ok with that :)

No, it doesnt specify it just has a list of rejected claimants. The good news is that I haven't seen the same objection to common shares and I've looked and looked trust me. I think a good outcome is we have dilution of this stock which I thinkcould be valued much higher like 1 to 2 to 3 dollars and that is cut in half to .50 to $1 to $1.50 by dilution.

Its seems to be just the ones listed but the interesting this is that as of right now commons all seem to be good and that is what they are working out.

I'm here too bro, its too hot to go outside here in the Northern VA. I am going through all the court documents and Ctrl F "common shareholders" to see what information I can find out. I think that its safe to say the company has a good stream of revenue, substantial assets, little to no debt left over, the only question is what will happen to the commons. Maybe can drive up the street kick down the doors of Terrestar and demand the janitor to give me a straight answer on the state of the commons.
