Does that change a dollar estimate? this section talks about converting preferreds into commons. Thats why the other post I had was so important, the judges ruling on the objection to personal claims on their common shares will set the precedent on what happens to commons overall. As of right now they havent made it clear what happens to the commons, people on the yahoo board are concerned bc they talked about preferreds being converted to commons but even then they dont go into details as of how much for instance is it one for every two or two for every on and so on. Another court document mentioned that commons will be diluted indicating that current sharholders will have a different value than what they currently hold. So if I hold 50,000 and then receive 25,000 shares in the new company worth .50 per share I would be ok with that :)
