What ever happened to the spin off of simplecork and the dividend from that spinoff. My understanding is that this would occur at the end of May and here we are.

I know that this day will not be good one when I woke up this morning. I randomly made a choice from my vitamin box with a 6/7 change of picking the right one and I missed. Then this happened which makes the unfortunate incidences count to be 2 since bad things always comes in 3 I am still waiting for the third.

TO Cash can you explain to me what this new change in management means? This company is a private one does that mean we will be going private? what about the shares ? are they being reduced via R/S or retirement? I just need to understand exactly what all this means.

That is exactly my sentiment. We probably wont hear a thing from them in future. This thing is going to tank so bad tomorrow it will be like a tsunami reminding us that this world is full of deception. We were all seeing the calm before the tsunami tore us apart. Yet I could be so wrong

Read all my post I see so much going for the stock and because of the data i see I am still here. It is just at this instant I am not feeling too positive regardless of the fundamentals. You cannot be happy when you look at the end of the week and all you see is losses and recently it never stops. I am happy for you that you can remain positive.

Ask yourself why it is I am still here?

This is stock is very consistent. They just consistently get lower each day no deviations. My gains is now down under 100%. I am one of those investors that is taking part in the boiling of the frog. I see nothing here that makes me feel any positive vibes toward this stock anymore.

It is interesting that there is nothing but negative comments about this stock. For the last month it has slowly moved up without any fanfare. I am going to stay steady with this one and I believe I am going to see the benefit.

I indicated that I am not losing in this stock I am over a 100% and i have locked up all my shares. All I was saying was that this stock seems to have everything going good for it and yet the stock price is not moving in the right direction. If I was trying to be rich I would have sold when the stock was at .0068 that would have been almost 350% gain for me.

This exactly my point. This should be soaring with all the exposure and so call sales. Yet it just keep going down little by little each day. It is almost like boiling a frog; we were put in cool water and now it starting to heat up as the people who bought lower lure us into buying at these low price and soon we will be left with nothing but loss

I dont want to beat a dead horse But I cannot understand why this company is doing all these great things ( creating great products, starring at expos, etc) and yest every single day for the last 2 months all I see is the share price going down. So please can someone explain a plausible reason for this. The company seems to be doing everything that should be sending the share price skyrocketing yet it is burrowing.

Ultimately I would like to see some riches from this stock but that was not my only reason for buying into this company. I like the idea that they are an innovation company. I believe that there is always the chance that there will be a product that will be a hit and I would not mind being on the front end of it. I was there when Dell was under a $1.

I am waiting. I hate seeing other stocks rising without the quality of products that exists here. I believe in this company and their products. I am up over 50% and I am not selling (9M shares) and all my shares are locked up.

I am in the same boat as you. All these upbeat news and yet the stock price is either stagnant or going down. I am getting so frustrated something is just not right about the way the stock is behaving.

I agree with you. Patience is the key. I am currently up 64% but i am not selling since I believe that this will skyrocket. My average is down since I bought some in the high 30's. I was up 400% when it went to .0068. most would have sold.

I am in long since I believe that this company is going to be successful. My issue is that I have no clue on what is going on. We have a product with a successful roll-out and the stock starts to tank; just not make any sense.

This is all good yet when a company is legit as this one the stock price should not be going down constantly. This is 2 weeke in a row that the stock price has dropped. My question is What the hell is going on; why dont someone give us an update on the state of the company?
