I agree, especially at .013
GLTU also.
If you look at those 5th digit trades around .0079, I'd have to say MM's picking up shares? They were bypassing the bid and it's been moving up since.
It's odd, when you consider that our CEO announced a partnership with Verizon, implemented a reverse split meanwhile the authorized share count prior to the R/S was not maxed, there has been no signs of dilution since the R/S, and now she has disappeared into the abyss?? Any thoughts from anyone in regard to the reasoning behind the R/S?
You can't lock up a float when there is an issue of convertible debt and dilution. People are looking for transparency from the CEO so your "simple logic" doesn't apply. If the demand decreases due to shareholder trust and the supply increases, guess what? Drop in share price!!!
Thanks for the info. And willingness to elaborate.
So why state you had a 20 minute conversation with the CEO without stating the questions addressed within the conversation? What does this statement mean or reflect to fellow shareholders? Would you like to elaborate or.....?
Could that resemble dilution?
I'd manage what I had because a foundation needs to be built before a house can stand. They are over ambitious and should be concentrating on Oregon, but they most likely feel like they are on top of the world with this recent stock activity and growth. If they don't consider their steps, they will see how quickly shareholder support will dry up and they will be just another stinky pinky on the block that needs to rely on pump and dump tactics to pay their salaries. I hope you are reading this board management, and keeo your feet on the ground!
You don't need to go anywhere because it's a reasonable and relevant explanation to seek. It's inexcusable, the drop in this share price, and if you look at the trades over the last two weeks you know that many bought in ranges of .02 and higher! They most certainly weren't all selling their positions for these type of losses out of panic, triggering this fallout. In addition, those who owned at lower entry points were selling on the way up to secure profits and healthy growth in PPS. VNDM sat on that ask many times controlling the movement of this stock and looked like dilution with their never ending 10,000 ask showing. If this company diluted the sh@t out of this on Friday, this CEO has some explaining to do. In addition, timing on the 10Q was terrible along with the error regarding authorized share count. Come on, give me a break, an error on one of the most important figures on the report? As far as the company's expansion, it doesn't need to come at the expense of common stock. Lab testing is in its infancy and this company should focus on the labs they have, generate revenue, reinvest that revenue in potential acquisitions when the time is right. Shareholders are not the private piggy bank to dilute and seek acquisitions when you have current labs to manage. I own 1.2 million shares so I'm certainly not here trying to drive the price down, but I'm concerned and willing to sell all my 7's on Monday if this bullsh@t continues. I also own 2's and up.
I have to agree, he's loosing my interest along with new investors with long intentions who would have pushed this north. His business plan is too aggressive and dependent on dilution as opposed to generating revenue and reinvesting profits for continual growth. Where are we headed? Let's max out authorized shares?? He's stalling out the engine!
That's not the point.
That's such a load of crap! "Most people" ???? Why don't you go back and look thru the daily trades for the past two weeks and see how many trades went off between .02-.03. Do you know how many people bought in that range? This is a joke and the MM's along with the company management should get their heads out of their ass. You just happen to have a clerical error on the 10Q regarding authorized share count?? The company made plenty of money selling on the way up, now they should back off and consider the blessing they received from that last run and don't worry about taking over states until they generate a frigging profit on the lab acquisitions they already have. It's Bulls$&@!
Right now it's a flippers garbage stock. Those buying in the .0003's will have their shares for sale in the .0004's and .0005's. Company should have took advantage of what appeared to be a quiet pump and gave some updates in regard to developments. This would have retained some interest and excitement. Now I would be more concerned with dillution and no current filings. Nobody should be buying until the company updates in case their is dillution occurring.
When .001's clear you don't put .0009's on the ask.
It won't be a write off until you are able to sell it.
I would agree, I've been here for a few weeks and if anyone is watching L2 you'd see some of the large trades that went off at the end of the week in the mid .02+ range. That's not IHUB money flowing in IMO. Those investors don't see this as the top. Longs probably have most of this float and see much higher share price aspirations too knowing the company has a business model to support those higher share prices.
Blah blah yea keep dreaming on the .0003's. We moved past that and too much bid support at .0004.
I've had a solid position here for some time and decided to buy more. Can't see those .0005's staying long with the recent interest and loading.
I see 911 trades all the time and it means nothing. Just some silly trader playing games since there is absolutely no BID support. Nice try on the "reverse split" attempted connection. I don't get why you are here?? Fill me in? If you wanted cheap shares they can't get any cheaper?
Too much desperation here right now and poor trading.
I slapped the ask for 500,000 shares but these market makers/traders just stack the ask. GLTA
This stock has solid business model as far as having an actual product/service it provides. Let's hope management maintains integrity when it comes to share structure and this could possibly run to .03/.05 in short term. IMO.
Sure, and there has been a strong base forming at .0077-.008.
Continue reading and refer to previous John Kent post. I had the same concern, but from what I understand those are not tradable shares and are related to voting. Correct me if this information is incorrect.
Your dreaming and simultaneously supporting your character style on these boards. Once again, nothing factual to back up your claims.
Wow what a piece of work. Everyone attached to this board take a look at this posters history. This is the same guy spewing his negativity with no factual backing on another stock symbol I own. What's wrong, you didn't answer my questions and back up your claim there? As far as dilution here, you have no idea what you are saying.
Use some intelligence. The dump? What is the average price level for those 28,000,000 shares that exchanged hands today? What is the current PPS? Would you call that a "dump" or a slight retraction. Day traders , game players, etc.? Now let's see if you answer any of the above questions and if there is any intelligence as opposed to scare tactics involved in your answer!
Exactly. I agree
I appreciate your clarification a few days ago John Kent! I ended up buying a position.
It was a feeble attempt but they tried. Looking good and forward to financials!
Good morning Rainer. Anybody have any updates in regard to the status of this company? We have seen some volume in the .0003 range.
I'm invested in this stock and not here to sway anyone's decisions as shareholders with this comment. I agree that it takes money to make money, but I personally do not want to see management exclusively fund expansion operations thru dilution in the form of selling common shares or over issuing restricted shares. If you want to grow as a company, you start in a small sector with raised operational funds from shares, generate revenue past operational costs, and reinvest that revenue by establishing and developing operations in additional territories. Just my 2 cents, which is where I'd like to see this stock within the next weeks. GLTA
Get the seller out of the way? What if that seller is management raising funds? This has walked down from .05 to .025. If it is management then they should pull there Ask and let this breathe. Apparently, they have enough operational funds thru start of 2017, right? Like Lee has mentioned in his posts, let's see a larger company like Google buy this company! Good luck to us all!
Of course, you are This stocks number 1 fan!
Yes I watched the documentary he put out and respect his willingness to acknowledge and grow in his medical understandings concerning the potential benefits of cannabis.
Mary I've seen this before on another successful stock I own that moved into multiply pennies. It's trading nicely and I get the impression that they want this to move with the small 10,000 buys.
John Kent, the intention behind my post was not to buy in cheaper. I have no scare tactics. I buy what I like and after reading thru the 10Q briefly last night, I had some reservation over my Bid I placed Saturday, primarily because of the preferred shares. If I'm at a lack of understanding concerning how these preferred shares are issued and for what intention then no big deal. I personally felt safer pulling my bid for a million. GLTU.
