Thanks for the info. It does make sense. We shall see how it plays out.
So can you elaborate on some of the " typical signs " that ENDV might be acquired?
I've been invested for about 2 years, and I haven't seen price action like this ever before with this company. Something definitely interesting is going on here imo. Also a very solid trader I know who uses Elliot Wave theory and principles, I had him look at ENDV and he said - "IF it breaks 10 cents, it can get an impulse potentially going to $3.92" I know it sounds like a stretch but definitely possible if we get strong positive study results, some revenue numbers, or non toxic funding news.
Hey where are you getting this info?
"So the FDA application was already completed when the pre clinical results were announced. A few things had to happen before they submitted the application. FDA approval into trials is anticipated to happen in 30-60 days (that's short and long expectation of a response)."
Where do you see the FDA application being submitted?
Thanks
I've been trying to buy more shares under .002 but haven't been able to get filled. No worries as I have well over a million shares with a sell order set at $1.25, once that first sales agreement is official this will fly!
I agree, and once there is a definitive sales agreement I think we will go even higher than $1, I have close to a million shares with a sell order already set for $2.65. Time will tell all but if things do work out this stock will be a life changer.
I think this is prepping for a big take off in the next few days on anticipation of definitive sales agreements here in the US and abroad. Or it will stay in the .0075 range and give us more opportunities to load up shares for a big run once things are more official. Amazing volume today, people are definitely taking profits, looks like some panicked and got out as soon as news hit. Very exciting situation...
Do we know a specific date for the LYMPRO results? I know it's supposed to be September of end of Q3 but has GC otherwise stated exactly when???
Do we know when the second quarter earnings conference call will be?
Actually I was mistaken. This is part of Dr. Lowe's response to a question about a MANF IND for Parkinson's.
" So, investors shouldn’t think we’ve abandoned the PD at all. And then I think as the IND type data starts emerging we’ll have a much clearer idea of exactly how this molecule should be applied. And I would imagine that somewhere in mid to late 2015, something like that, would be where we’d be starting to dialogue with the FDA about how a clinical study could look, and should look. "
I'd still like to know when they stated they will initiate the Eltoprazine 2b trial in 1H/2014? I can't even imagine what the stock price will be when that PR hits.
• Initiate Phase 2b Clinical Trial (1H/14)
Regarding the above milestone. If I remember correctly, during the last conference call, didn't Dr. Lowe state Eltoprazine trials wouldn't start until late 2014-early 2015?
Oh how I missed the elephant, gets me every time!
Very exciting, it seems like end of Q2 is a reasonable expectation for when the CLIA commercialization partner could be announced.
I agree that Lympro will make up for the delay in manf.
" We continue to believe this market opportunity well exceeds $500 million in the United States alone, and believe that we can generate significant revenues under our current proposed CLIA structure. Ultimately, we believe it is likely that FDA approval could be a gating step to further widespread acceptance. However, we have seen significant revenues created for companies under the CLIA regulatory pathway and believe LymPro falls within the same purview. We remain on track with our plans to commercialize LymPro later this year, and will begin the process of making sales projections following meetings that we have begun scheduling at AAIC, the Alzheimer’s conference in Copenhagen this summer."
Second half 2014 could be epic!
This must be what Gerald was referring to when he told me " there has been significant interest in Lympro ".
Great find! Still won't shut up some boggi but who cares lol
I'm confused about the Lympro commercialization partner. If this will be a joint venture partner to help maximize Lympro's potential sales then I could understand it being a huge deal with upfront payment and all that.
But the way Gerald made the statement doesn't make sense to me. I mean for management to state that BD will be handing off to another company. To me it sounds like it will be another company that we 'll pay for services , which in this case will be commercialization.
If it is indeed a JV or partnership that involves some kind of cash payment to Amarantus, wouldn't it be strange for Gerald to be stating well before the final Lympro results are in? Unless he already knows that Lympro is set to go??...I can't wait for July-August , I think by then the pps will either be .05-.06 or above .20
I was really looking for forward to details on an uplisting, manf toxicology reports, and some other pieces of data that we should have had by now.. But I know Gerald and his team are working hard and will not disappoint .
Also do we know anything about when exactly BD will be doing this hand off?
Thanks
You went from pushing 1 to 50 reverse splits to Nasdaq uplisting lol..
I have to say you are good at what you do, you should have been in politics.
LOL you couldn't have said it any better!!
Thanks Warp! hopefully that shuts him up
" TBI data from DOD should be out any moment as well "
Which study is he referring to?
I know we collaborated with Banyan Biomarkers on MANF/TBI but I don't remember Gerald ever saying anything about the Depart of Defense..
Phase I/II trails already completed in 2001 and 2003, very interesting..
From the January blog-
" We are working to move rapidly to initiate the Phase 2b trial as we believe this will be a key factor in driving valuation as we look to move to a national exchange and gain exposure to a more robust capital markets environment. The reprioritization of the MANF program towards orphan diseases continues under the direction of NeuroAssets’ seasoned team of biotech executives with data expected in the weeks and months ahead. There is no question that Amarantus now has one of the most exciting PD pipelines in the industry, with an up and coming orphan program that could reshape a number of diseases for which there are currently no marketed products. LID is currently the most critical unmet medical need in Parkinson’s disease management today and represents a tremendous market opportunity. The data we have gives us great confidence as we plan the late-stage clinical studies that will be initiated later this year. "
Like I said it was tough to watch the pps drop over the last few days but something to keep in mind is all these approaching milestones.
Now if some point we could add some major funding to the equation
FUGETTABOUTIT!
Now that is a huge funding deal! Would be great to wake up to similar news " AMARANTUS Bioscience announces $20 million funding "
The past few days have been tough to digest. It is never fun watching profits disappear.
But lets not forget, up-listing to a national exchange should bring in the institutional investors plus we'll be out of MM manipulation range. I am trying not to lose my head with possible reverse split scenarios.
I think once the IND enabling studies are completed and we have a timeline for the first IND application this stock will be well beyond the current pps range soon after.
Lets hope this upcoming blog next week doesn't drop us some more like usual.
Long $ Strong
Yessir! When I asked Gerald about a Lympro partnership at the LD Micro conference a few months ago, he stated
" there is a significant amount of interest in Lympro "
It will all come together soon
1)Lympro partnership
2)2nd MANF Orphan
3)Uplisting to NASDAQ/NYSE
yeehaw!
You welcome, thank you & the others for the great DD
You are right you did pick it up and were correct because Gerald is a legit CEO. But it could have went the other way too. Regardless, I just wanted to share what he told me today but for some reason people are using it to their fun.
When you sit down with a CEO of a potentially multimillionaire dollar company, you definitely observe his body language and facial expressions and all that adds to how he answers your questions. I wouldn't share my thoughts on those things on a message forum because I know how people could react. Especially the haters!
Exactly. I can only judge by is whether or not Gerald is following through on all milestones that were set forth. I think we all know that he continues to deliver and surround himself with leaders who have been there and done that.
If I was a detective investigating a crime maybe all that could mean something..
Completely irrelevant in this case
I spoke with Gerald today. I was inquiring about the planned uplisting in the 2nd quarter and asked when we will have more details on how it will all pan out.
His response was that although he cannot guarantee it, shareholders will be updated regarding the uplisting process at or before the end of 1st quarter!!
These daily fluctuations are irrelevant, with upcoming developments, 2014 could be huge for AMBS.
As disappointing as it is to see the pps slowly decline, I keep in mind that the company is planning to uplist to a national exchange and is taking the necessary steps to follow through with that plan.
What I am wondering is, what could the pps be once that is done?
Say we uplisted in May or late June, what price range can we expect?
Whether there was a R/S or no split, what are some of the scenarios that could occur?
Some of you have claimed to be trading for 10 to 20 years. Have you ever been invested in a penny that went on to the big boards?
Obviously we cannot know for sure how things are going to pan out, but I'd like to consider some reasonable ideas..
CNN article
Did any body else see this?
It even mentions Robert Stern from Boston University Medical School
http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/01/health/jenkins-nfl/index.html?c=homepage-t&page=0
Hopefully you aren't saying this so you could buy shares again below .08 to try to flip at .13
Just saying..
"Gerald has stated he intends to up-list in 2nd quarter 2014. "
When did Gerald specifically state this?!!! I must have missed it
Please provide a link.
Thanks
There we go!
Thanks
From the latest blog-
"The next major milestones for LymPro are the completion of the Analytical Performance Package and the first Clinical Performance data."
Has Gerald mentioned a time frame for completion of the analytical package? Is it second quarter 2014?
Great video. They are doing amazing work. It will be so exciting once MANF trials begin. Proud to be invested in this company. Props to Gerald and his team for coming through on all milestones that were set for 2013. Interesting and blockbuster year ahead!
LOL this was too funny. Really enjoyed it. I'm surprised how much is being said about next week and the possible announcements. It will just be so disappointing to see the pps drop again because investors bought into all the hype and speculation only to get nothing but the same presentation plus recent developments. I really hope there is a Lympro deal, or something similar but I'll wait patiently instead of fall into dream land like some others. Thanks to everyone for the awesome DD over the last couple of months.
AMBS 2014!
That is awesome! I have a question though. If AMBS holds all patents for MANF, how does it work in situations like these where other companies are filing patents for specific indications?
Hey Bar, from your emails with Dr. Urano, would you say he is leaning towards suggesting that MANF could possibly be a treatment or be used in diagnostics?
