I think this is excellent news, it shows the faith of an outside company to commit 10 mill trading investment at approx 10% discount. 10 years research for 55 mill. Now VCRT must manufacture, sell and distribute the PD2i. The hard part is over. Most pinkies as we all know have alot more than 45 mill shares out there and when they need money they straight up dilute then go sail the horn. VICOR is using a financial institution at 10% discount. Yes it's 15 mill shares over 3 Years

Good Morning EZ and friends. Just wanted to drop in and share a little info. I will post a link but there is more info over on our small board (VCRT) for any who are interested. I have no long positions except this one which I played as a short last month from .15 to .20 range and the stayed as a long position also. As this stock made it's run someone dumped somewhere under a million shares and brought it back to .12. OK - This company has developed over the last 10 years what is called the PD2i Analyzer and recently gained the FDA 510 (k) and the unit is now for sale to medical centers. The machine is a non evasive way to determine risk of sudden cardiac arrest. The company has started to reap these rewards as of last quarterly( as if a bunch of heart surgeons need more money) They have O/s of 45.4 mill which is FULLY diluted. This stock is not a chart play so it will play off of news IMO. Several items - financial ( Due in mid Aug ) China,Israel and Middle East market entries as soon as their version of the FDA 510 k are approved ( sales and marketing in place ). Then contracts with the U.S. and Israel Army. There has also been lots of insider buying. Blah Blah Blah. For some interesting reads stop by - as there are only a few of us we have no P&Ds Yaay. Oh one other thing - one of the reasons I thought I would mention this is I thought I read somewhere you're from MS EZ.I have family there and I thought of this board when researching VCRT and OLE MISS working together with this technology for student athletes. Let me clear this up. I am aware of Seawind out of Cali just not what services they provided. I was searching Swiss records for Chili environmental permits when I stumbled onto some off shore wind projects which mentioned Seawind renewable energy and that is when I posted the question. EL JEFE when you get back check the news on my message 2758 about BQI - looks like a 40% dilution with an increase in shares for all who buy through the 28th. Not sure I want to be a long here but any thoughts if your still holdin shares would be appreciated. THANKXX

To me it looks like 40% dilution but who ever participates an increase in shares. It is nasdaq though so hard to tell how the market will react. Only 35,000 after hours trades so doesn't seem like panic - could be the opposite uggg. I was playin this short term when I alerted it here but held on past my normal 20 - 40%. HA didn't mean to possibly become a lonq I'm usually just sailin through these things LOL. Thankx for your input.GLTA
