The BCSC has not verified anything and you can't show me anything that says Mr Hultman verified the Titles. In fact there is nothing you or anyone can show us to support the claim that the titles are JL's. There is absolutely no evidence to support that claim except JL's say so, but there is evidence (the Sergeomin website) to the contrary.

I did contact Sernageomin via their website. It says titles are not his yet. The process of granting them to him is not yet complete and could very well be rejected.

I disagree. Government websites update this type of information very quickly. The website draws its data from the same database that the titles are entered into. If or when the titles are are awarded to JL it will be reflected on the website immediately.

You saw a piece of paper written in Spanish with a stamp on it. That doesn't make it a title. I still believe that the papers are his applications for concessions which have not yet been granted to him.

If he has clear unencumbered title then there is no reason to wait for the courts to finish off with Barrick. He already has them so he can run with it and get our stock price up, right? Instead he's keeping them hidden from everyone. Why would he hurt us, MSX and himself like that?

I am not harping. I am simply pointing out the evidentiary truth that the Chilean government has not confirmed JL's titles. The papers JL has presented are what he hopes will become clear title but until the government acknowledges them they are nothing.

JL and MSX do not have the resources to mine Mina Pascua. The strategy should/must be to sell the option or the company.

The titles would be in the governement's registry and displayed on the sernageomin website before JL could get his hands on paper copies. Currently the status of his claims are pending.

I have been in touch with the Chilean authorities via the serngeomin website. They say he does not have titles. Someone named Lophenadia, not Lopehandia, may in the future but as of right now his applications are pending.

I've been taking Anatabloc for a year now and and none of my teeth fell out so I guess that means it prevents tooth decay too. Haven't had a hangnail since I started taking it either so we can add that to the list of things it does. You know what? I just looked in the mirror and I haven't aged in the year I have been taking it. That definitely 100% means that it stops the aging process.

If you have done your research then you must realize that the authority in Chile who holds all the records of who owns what clearly says that JL owns nothing yet. This bothers me and I will keep asking about it until I get answers. I have been asking about this little fly in the ointment for about a year now and have not received a single legitimate response.

Lophenadia has the pending titles not Lopehandia. The names are similar but it would require two typos for it to be a mistake. Has this ever been brought up before?

BWA, you are right, the pending status is just like patent pending. All that it means is that an application has been filed. There is no guarantee it will be awarded.
