Look at some of the narratives on the SEC cases that were filed recently; the actual investigations are 3 to 5 years old if not longer. By the time we see these people investigated and some kind of a law suit is filed by SEC, if any, who’s going to be around that long – They (some staff and BOD members)have gone to bigger and better things as you can see by some of the new job offers they all have.

Find who (what Dept) gave them their grant. Ask for a copy of their grant (Freedom of Information Act - as a tax payer your entitle to that). In that grant, the recipient must describ their partners in details. I used to write grants to obtain funding for my agency. The more solid are your partners, the more points you recieve for your grantapplication. Finding who and what is their proposal is not very hard - follow the money. GLTY

Hey cjstocksup, the ones doing bad today are the ones which had a flag pole yesterday. MMs know a “POS” that is about to pop from a mile away and they don’t want to get squeezed so they will sell their inventory in small quantities and put up fake blocks into the news and a few shorts will follow this pattern and create today’s condition and here we are. It does not change the fact that longs will be the bag-holders. Sorry just my opinion, however, I like your professional attitude and mannerism.

If you have Ameritrade Account go to Trade Architect – Click Events Tab - click on earnings – Arrange symbols alphabetically and you will see It does not show any announcements for ATRN anywhere much less for tomorrow. Take today’s 1 minute intraday chart and impose on intraday chart of 3-21-2012. Allow a small dip for panic-selling of the weak hands which may be going on today. Compare the volume for these 2 days. Do we see a similarity in trading patterns? Are we getting ready for a decent bounce? Also read a few of the posts for 3/21 right before we bounced that day! GLTA, Happy trading
