Stock is pushed down in the morning then starts to recover after the European market closes.. Someone is controlling this stock preventing it reaching its potential.. Management should be buying stock.

I think it might be someone with a large position in the stock that is writing calls against the position for income.

Taking the stock down in low volume is just further evidence of a manipulated stock. Especially after the pre-market volume. When will it stop?

What we need to do is hire Taylor Swift to say to Apple And all of the other infringers, "we don't ask for free phones so why should you get free technology". JMHO.

Doesn't it seem strange that there is no pre opening trading at least as reported by NASDAX?

It appears the battle is between those companies that manufacture a finished product, from which they gain financial benefit, and companies like InterDigital that manufactures an intangible product like a patten. Why should one group gain more than the other when they are both required in the standard?

It's certainly not illegal for them to sell calls against their positions, and they have some discretion as to when news is released. That is all I am wondering. I just don't like anything that makes it easier for the stock price to be manipulated.JMO

I wonder how many of our management team write calls against their positions ,which makes it easier for the other option players to manipulate the stock price like they do. Thus we never get news until after option expiration .JMO

Sorry for the delayed response to your post. I's black powder hunting season so I don't follow the board that closely during the day. Your figures are wrong at least on the call options because I have more than that myself. You might check other sources for open interest.

I should have alerted everyone to the fact that I bought insurance for the first time in 20 years of owning this stock this morning. No better indicator that we would prevail. Now we finally have a buying opportunity on a day with the stock price up. Congratulations to all longs.
