I don't have a paper account but if you do by all means post it. Go soupq
No. The soupq ticker not being on the finra bankruptcy list is my justification to say you are wrong every time you say this ticker has anything to do with your chapter 7 bankruptcy. If you know of a real reason it's not there then please elaborate why the soupq ticker different after your insult. Go soupq
Actually, it's more not making quite as much than losses. You see, I've been riding free shares here since the first time I flipped it for a bundle way back in August and banked several good profits on those free shares ever since. The lists are there as a reference so I really don't know what you mean by determining losses or profits. They are more used to reference in a case where someone might say something like bankruptcy debt ridden she'll in a post and you want to see for yourself you could easily go to the finra bankruptcy list and if what they were saying was true, that ticker symbol would be on that finra bankruptcy list. Now in the case of this stock not being on that list leads me reason for hope that my profits could climb even higher. Go soupq
Then read the SEC filings from months ago. The ticker isn't on the list because it no longer meets the criteria and was REMOVED from the bankruptcy list because WC paid the debt that had them in the chapter 11 bankruptcy position they were in. Soupq was on that finra bankruptcy list before that. I assure you that if the soup or soupq ticker met any finra list criteria, it would be on the corresponding list. Are you really going to try to convince us that finra singled out soup or soupq.
Another thing you won't find anywhere on the SEC webpage, finra webpage or the it's webpage is any information on soup liquidation LLC IR a ticker symbol to represent them because they aren't a public company and they sold their ticker. Those boys or anything they had left after the purchase has nothing to do with the stock market. If you don't believe me then just ask Bryan Guadagno. Go soupq
Wow, finra doesn't care about soupq because it in chapter 7 bankruptcy. It's a bankruptcy list. Wow. Wow. I don't even think Bryan Guadagno could justify any logic to that statement. Go soupq (the ticker symbol that was brought out of chapter 11 bankruptcy hint hint)
Who in their right mind would argue with Bryan Guadagno. We all know that nothing happens without Bryan Guadagno knowing every detail. His superior genious was able to determine that Gallant is a private company so that should tell you that Bryan Guadagno is the stock guru of the century and the main informant for Gallant. Do you think Bryan Guadagno would part with the reason thesiuoq ticker isn't on the finra bankruptcy list. If anyone would know it's got to be Bryan Guadagno. Go soupq
Maybe today will be the day we find out why the soupq ticker is nowhere to be found on the finra bankruptcy list. Go soupq
How did that clear anything up about the ticker being on the package and the connection to the name that they bought in the asset purchase agreement. After all, you brought it up. If it would have traded 160 dollars today would it have changed the connection somehow. Go soupq
Good to know but the post was about the ticker symbol and not the name. I'm glad you're starting to see the connection between the two though. Go soupq
You are correct. So now we are just left with the bankruptcy list. Can I expect you to be getting back to us on why it's not on that one. Go soupq
When I go to sec.gov and put in soupman inc. in the company look up box as anyone would, I can see everything about the companies filings but can't find that stop sign anywhere. I go to finra daily lists and set the start dates to January 1rst 2017 to present and can't find soup or soupq on any listings. We all know it's not under haults because it's still in trade mode. I don't know why it's not under symbol name change because it obviously changed at one point. The one that people should focus their attention on is the fact that it doesn't show up on the bankruptcy list anywhere either. Now I guess if it isn't on the bankruptcy list then that would be a good reason not to be under the other two lists now wouldn't it. Aperantly it's some other company in bankruptcy that folks here keep talking about. If it was the one we are all invested in, I believe the SEC and finra would have something to mention about it being that's what they do. Go soupq
So the next lawsuits should be about patent infringement and false advertising. I saw where some guy was sueing Karson for selling the ticker, can anyone find a lawsuit petition in the two mentioned items or an explanation as to why a money desperate bunch like old management wouldn't jump at an easy win suit like that. Go soupq
Good point. Have you got any opinion on how the ticker being put on the packaging that gallant is producing ties in with that theory. Go soupq
Ok. Commons didn't get cancelled rah rah rah. What's up with that anyway. After all you did claim that's what was going to happen for months rah rah rah. Did I pump it enough? Go soupq
Yes folks, that's 125 on the volume. Thank you to whomever sacrificed a piece of their pie to let us all know that soupq is still trading. Bold of you.
For what it's worth, it's not on the bankruptcy list anymore either. Hopefully that means go SOUP
I'm back. Not on the name change list either. Since it's still trading and someone cared enough to drop the price with a 100 share trade leads me to believe that we are good as well. Go SOUP
Thanks millions. I've been fighting my will power all day. That's exactly the news I was expecting but I was holding out till EOD just for the benefit of the doubt. I have to admit that the suspense was killing me.if my thinking is correct, shouldn't we make the symbol change list if the bankruptcy is in fact final. I'll be right back.
Actually Bruce I believe we have all reached our theoretical deadlines. If commons are to be cancelled then I believe that with the hearing being cancelled that it should happen today if that is what is to be. If the commons are intact then Gallant owes the SEC a financial report that is due tomorrow. If neither happens I honestly don't know where we go from there. I wish us all the best of luck in whatever outcome works best for whomever. It's been a pleasure debating with you over the past months. Go soupq
It depends on how many shares you're willing to part with as to whether you get that 10 bucks you're needing. Go soupq
Oh now, you don't have to pump it. We all know what we have here. With all the articles out, it sure seems that Hagan is really putting some effort into turning things around. Hopefully it shows in those financials. GLTA and go soup
Yea whatever. Didn't work. Go soupq
I like the way the MMS are trying to get the price down. Up yesterday, zero volume today, yet the line is at the top of the chart instead of the middle where it should be before the first trade. Go soupq
The portion of the article that is there states that the securities were sold. I would think that it was WC that bought them which is what we are banking on and further more since a federal judge is overseeing that sale one would have to assume it was sold legally. Of course the rest of the article might be helpful to verify that. Go soupq
That's exactly what I was thinking. I always wondered where that money was supposed to go. Go soupq
Serious question. Have you found anything that states how much the trustee was able to scrounge up. I'm kinda curious as to just how much substantially everything leaves behind. Go soupq
Wow, that's a mighty good paycheck for losing. Things must have been really messed up. I have to wonder if they would have lost the company even if WC hadn't have bought them out. Anyway it was old management that was trying to cancel us out with bankruptcy. Good thing WC has all those shares and a wad of cash to protect them or they may have just let it all happen. Go soupq
Key word approved.
That means they have permission to proceed with a purchase that the court will oversee during the process. That's it. No more. When it's done the judge will be the one to say so, not you. Go soupq.
I'm talking about the debt that was secured with assets necessary to company operations. But you knew that. Go soupq
Let's get something straight.
WC saved the company from the secured creditors. None of this was intended to save the losers that put the company in this position in the first place. You always seem to be upset that WC didn't pay the unsecured debt and lawyers as well. Why is that and why would they. Old management was out to screw WC as well. They didn't pull it off and ended up losing everything to WC and are getting forced to pay their bills anyway. Maybe they should have realized that picking on some your own size can have consequences both ways huh. Go soupq
Well, at least you've gotten of cheap so far today. Don't worry though. The day is young so you may get a couple more people to sell you some shares. Go soupq
Very true up. But if you feel the vibe of it they pushed it to the legal limit by stressing that nothing has changed. I also like the way Hagan made the points that it is no more than a management change that was very badly needed. Go soupq
Wonderful PR's and everyone knows it. Sprinkle the next SEC news of any kind on that and the nay sayers will quietly disappear as they are reaping the rewards of their hard work. Go soupq
That's what I was getting at too. I can understand buying just a few shares to add to your position or if you really expect it to go off as we do but to short it with that low volume at these prices is either a bold statement or a case of weak ambition. Go soupq
Yes sir, and two thirds of those shares had to be borrowed. Tells me that it's pretty much unanimous that this is one stock worth holding on to. We don't get this good of an opportunity often in the OTC do we. Go soupq
208,822 in volume today. Yippee. Trading like the awesome stock that no one wants to let loose of. Go soupq
"Now if they were public there would be numerous SEC and FINRA filings."
There 5 SEC filings on this page. Got a definition of numerous? Carefull, you've already been shown they are public as per your own reply. Go soupq
I'm wondering why the ticker symbol still being put on the product packaging doesn't get more attention. I don't think Gallant is still putting it there because it looks cool. Go soupq
Those shares are probably the most important thing in this whole transaction as far as shareholders go. Without them they would basically be keeping the pit and throwing the cherry away. Go soupq
I know Chag. I just find it entertaining to tease him. I know it's not nice to pick on someone like that but it's so easy and it passes the time while we wait for the next step. Go soupq
