Wow, that's a mighty good paycheck for losing. Things must have been really messed up. I have to wonder if they would have lost the company even if WC hadn't have bought them out. Anyway it was old management that was trying to cancel us out with bankruptcy. Good thing WC has all those shares and a wad of cash to protect them or they may have just let it all happen. Go soupq
