Really? I guess you are blinded by your hopes and dreams. Seems like you and management have a lot in common. You both repeat yourselves over and over. It is quite obvious that whoever puts out these financials just copies and pastes the same paragraphs each quarter. We have no transparency when it comes to the direction the company is headed. It's anybody's guess as to whether or not trials have started. All the company continues to do is claim they are forming partnerships with all these companies, which to me seems to be a negative because that is more of the pie that has to be divided. 4 partnerships and where does the company stand? No one knows. Our ex CEO has been charged with fraud and we all know he is still a part of the company at some capacity. The new CEO comes from MSGI which originally was supposed to own the rights to this product but has been left for dead. 5 years have passed and the carrot continues to be dangled in front of our faces with nothing to show for it. Remember all those partnerships MSGI had deals with? Where are they now. Sorry but I can't get excited about partnerships anymore. We deserve something more concrete. If you don't see incompetence I don't know what to tell you. I sincerely hope I am wrong but a pattern is forming and I can't continue drinking the Kool- Aid

That 575 Madison Ave. address is just a "business sharing" office. This is where small business' share office space. They share cubicles and conference rooms. Msgi no longer uses those facilities though.

Paulness I think it's best for all of us to know what our options are. We have waited long enough. How can you feel comfortable with everything that has gone on? The breathalyzer device was supposed to be MSGI's device. This was the reason most of us invested. Nanobeak was supposed to be a wholly owned subsidiary of MSGI, now the latest info states that it's majority owned by Jeremy. We haven't received an update in years. All anyone talks about here are hypothetical theories based on press releases for VNTH and bios. We deserve to know the truth and maybe an attorney could help obtain it. I've tried contacting him through e-mails and phone calls and have not received adequete response. You do know there are statute of limitations for lawsuits? If we wait too much longer then our options will diminish.

I've been waiting for someone to finally discuss the possiblity of seeking an attorney. I have over 700,000 shares and would definately entertain the possibilty. I currently live in NYC and if you would like to exchange info I will send you my e-mail.

I did not say that he would take it public. My point was that the only way we would know MSGI's ownership of NANOBEAK would be if he took it public. Then he would have to disclose that info. I also stated that he would have to come out of hiding. Both scenarios are highly unlikely.

From the VNTH 10-k "Nanobeak Inc is beneficially owned by Jeremy Barbera" which contradicts the 2009 report that nanobeak is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSGI. We will be in limbo until ,by some chance, NANOBEAK goes public or Jeremy comes out of hiding and releases a statement.

I'm thinking there may be a typo in there somewhere because if you research the stock price back then you'll find it was trading between .004 and .008. So if the date is correct then maybe the price is the typo. If the price is correct then the typo is the date. I don't see anyone agreeing to paying almost .09 when vnth was trading so low.
I don't see how this is a strategic partnership so I'm assuming this was recent and that this was done to raise capital.

I agree with you acousticbull but to get there we need people to act like they believe not just say they believe in this company. We need our strong base to support the stock price and help increase it. The way to achieve this is to buy at these levels as well as encourage others to do so as well. A majority of us here have made a little profit so far and can afford to buy a couple thousand shares at the current price.
I'm not attacking you. This is just a general statement to all. We can at least support these price levels until news comes out IMO

I hope you're right but it looks like we have résistance @ .2 Level 2 is always changing throughout the day but we'll see. We need those "sellers" to stay strong and stop undercutting each other when volume is slow.
