ITK Thank you, and appreciate your input.
Possible Connections: OneMind + MTi + Thethings.iO: These technologies could potentially be integrated in the way MTi sensors could feed data into thethings.iO, which handles the data ingestion, device management, and cloud storage. OneMind, being an AI-driven decision-making platform, could then analyze this sensor data in real-time to provide insights, optimize processes, or automate certain actions triggering a robotic system, adjusting a process in manufacturing, ect. This could be relevant in smart manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, or smart robotics. Based on their functionality, they could all be part of a larger IoT-driven ecosystem.
From now on, I'll be limiting my posts here. I've shared just about everything I can think of, and I don’t want to dominate the board. Plus, I need to focus on trading in larger markets where the liquidity better suits my buying power for quick entry and exit.
Have a great evening!
We all know that OTCM has a role in influencing stock movements. In my opinion, buying or selling is each person’s choice. There’s no concrete evidence showing they have moved on, and even if they have, why point fingers or blame them?
As for Golfnut, I called him a liar and specified exactly where he misrepresented things. Isn’t that the truth? Regarding Georgeofhebungle, he shared a link that led to a massive sell-off, but the link had no actual connection to TRILLUM PARTNERS LP. I didn’t call him stupid; I only called the link’s misleading information 'stupid' for triggering that sell-off. Do you think that’s too harsh? I’m straightforward. I don’t like people playing games with my investments.
Even with Dino, someone I’ve known and respected for years, I’m not going to let him mislead people without addressing it. That doesn’t mean I dislike him. We’re here with the same vision and goals. Let’s keep things genuine without tactics to get cheap shares in other tokens.
Because we have three or four posters with one thousand plus followers...they follow them here they buy a few "Starter" shares and then if it takes off they add some in the hopes that its going to fly above a penny. When after a week if its not moving, and there is the slightest sign of it taking a week or two more they flee.
This is not a know on any poster... large followed posters or their followers...its just a fact of how they make money..take a small loss and move on to the next one. OTC trading its how it works. The numbers on the sell side will tell you I am right... For the longs we wait, like we have been doing for a long long time... I am looking forward to the update next month, hopefully it will light a fuse under this.
Yes, I agree.
I never call people out without reason. As for you, I’ll be adding you to my ignore list permanently. Goodbye.
I have a great deal of respect for you and the due diligence you share with the board. However, I cannot tolerate you attacking or pointing fingers at new members without cause. This board is meant for open discussion, where we can debate both the good and the bad. We share knowledge, collaborate as a team, and learn from one another. No one here is above anyone else, and no one controls the board. I don’t see 'dumb' or 'stupid' posters, nor do I see foolish people. What I do see is you unfairly targeting a group of members for no reason, and I feel it's important to call out this unnecessary behavior and stop the baseless accusations.
In the long run, it could be worth more than 50m. OneMind software was developed and designed as a low-code platform to support real-time data insights and decision-making, particularly in the smart city and IoT domains. This platform is known for its flexibility, integrating diverse data sources and systems into a single interface that provides a comprehensive view for enhanced situational awareness and rapid response. Its architecture supports cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployment options, making it adaptable for various industries and scalable for large applications. OneMind’s platform utilizes an advanced Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) engine, supporting rapid data processing and enabling users to build workflows without extensive programming knowledge. It’s also built with modularity in mind, allowing organizations to add or adjust analytics capabilities to suit their needs. Additionally, OneMind includes automated response tools and features like auto-restart and auto-replication, which contribute to its resilience and suitability for critical infrastructure in smart cities and complex industrial environments.
OneMind as gained traction in numerous cities worldwide, including Barcelona, San Francisco, and Oslo, where it supports smart city initiatives by streamlining urban data management and providing actionable insights for local governments and operators. The features of the OneMind platform certainly make it a valuable asset with considerable growth potential, especially in fields requiring high levels of data integration, situational awareness, and real-time analytics. These features provide substantial opportunities, virtually unlimited potential. IMHO;))
LOL:))) Are you trying to pick brain me bro?
At some point, we’re going to have our moment, it’s just a matter of time. You know me, I’m not the type to pick a stock and then bail for a quick profit. My first target is five cents, but honestly, I believe the Onemind AI platform is worth far more than that.
Thanks. As I’ve said, without more information, I can’t say for sure what’s going on. Yes, Hick has a questionable reputation when it comes to handling big money, but I don’t think he’s here just to pocket beer money from us. Still, we don't know what’s happening behind the scenes until the CEO provides more clarity. For now, I’m not going to call him out unless I see more solid evidence.
I appreciate you being here. I’m confident you’ll be a tremendous asset to both the company and its stakeholders. I see how you handle things, and yes, let’s ride this one all the way to the top!
That is pathetic stupid nonsense. The stock isn't moving higher because OTCN is parked on the ask and endlessly manipulating the stock. You know this, and everyone here sees eye to eye on it. I don't understand why there's a need to point fingers at individuals who helped create the volume here.
The volume is still impressive—when was the last time we saw this kind of activity here? People are still invested, and they’ve been loading up on shares. The real issue we’re facing is OTCN, who refuses to uptick the ask, no matter how many shares we buy. Let’s move past that and stop spreading negativity. It’s important to be supportive and welcoming to new people who join the conversation.
At this price, I don't see anything that could jeopardize my investment. AI innovation is here to revolutionize how we work and play, and Onemind AI's software platform is at the forefront of that transformation. This is precisely why Dell chose to partner with us. Their global reach expands our technologies, and we stand to profit from that growth. And to think, we’re still just getting started!
Dell and NVIDIA partnership initially focused on integrating NVIDIA’s GPUs into Dell’s desktop and workstation product lines. OneMind's AI technologies, meanwhile, focus on advanced data analytics, real-time processing, and automation for industries like healthcare, finance, and retail. Partnering with Dell enables OneMind to scale these solutions globally, helping Dell expand its AI offerings while allowing OneMind to reach a broader market. It’s a win-win situation for both parties.
Save this post and read it until the message becomes crystal clear. Only then will you truly understand what I'm saying.
Honestly, for years I've done my research, and despite all that time and effort, I haven't come across a stock with all the key ingredients that make for a great investment. I won’t share my due diligence or my thoughts with the board if I see any red flags pointing to a potential failure. That said, no matter how we look at it, we can’t deny the potential of Onemind AI's technologies and the future of the company's revenue.
We’re truly fortunate to have discovered this company at such an early stage in its development. IMO. At some point, we'll look back and wish we had bought shares when they were at the bottom of the chart.
I respectfully disagree with your point of view. The 13G filing is crucial, and as I mentioned, without more details about it, we can't determine whether it's positive or negative. Any discussion surrounding the 13G is open to interpretation, and we all have the opportunity to learn from each other's perspectives. While I’ve treated this stock as an investment, I can’t, in good conscience, encourage others to buy more when the full intent behind the 13G remains unclear.
I hope the update will clear up the confusion so we can move forward. In the meantime, I will wait for the full details.
Why is the spike in PPS so high?
My point isn't about whether you agree or disagree with Maxinvestor. I'm not concerned with that, and it's none of my business. However, when you claim to own 3 million shares and then say Hicks was involved in "show arrests," that’s pure fabrication liar, and nonsense.
I'll leave it at that. If you can’t handle the heat, then maybe it’s time to step back. If you still hold shares, you wouldn’t risk your investment by making such claims.
54.99 Hod that is awesome $$$
Trillium's involvement in large stock purchases, particularly when associated with convertible notes and warrants, could lead to dilution or control changes in the companies they invest in. Hicks was not arrested or criminally charged. The legal actions were civil, and the focus was on financial restitution and sanctions rather than imprisonment. Yes, Stephen M. Hicks was found guilty of fraudulent activities related to his management of Southridge Capital and its funds. The SEC’s case highlighted misappropriation of investor funds, overvaluation of assets, and misrepresentation to investors. As a result, in 2017, he was ordered to pay nearly $13 million, including a $5 million penalty and over $7.9 million in legal and interest. In addition to the financial penalties, Hicks was permanently enjoined from violating key securities laws. For Hicks, this injunction is a lifelong ban on committing similar violations within the securities industry?. While Hicks paid fines and penalties, the injunction ensures he cannot continue the same type of fraudulent activity in the future. This form of sanction helps prevent further harm to investors.
I agree with you Stephen Hicks association with this might not be the best thing. Despite these legal setbacks, Hicks continued to be involved in financial management. His business ventures remained active, and he continued to manage assets even after these events. As a hedge fund manager, Hicks would still have the skills to structure deals and raise capital for M&A activities. In the past, Hicks has been known to attract substantial capital from high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. He has helped companies raise hundreds of millions of dollars, particularly in areas like distressed assets, private equity, and structured financing for smaller public companies.
It’s still too early to fully assess the situation. Without more details, I can’t accurately predict whether the outcome will be positive or negative. I’m open to waiting for the next update on the share structure and the related events they plan to announce.
No date of filing of SCHEDULE 13G is on October 17, 2024.

OK, you keep saying Maxinvestor is 100% spot on. I read his posts a few times, and honestly, there's a lot of information packed in. I'm not going to spend too much time trying to decipher everything he's saying. Since you understand it fully, can you explain what exactly is "spot on"? And assuming he's correct, why does the updated O/S share count show a decrease instead of an increase?
Can you explain:
The Schedule 13G was filed on October 17, 2024. If Maple Leaf and Mr. Hicks were actively diluting shares, then why did the outstanding shares count decrease by 20 million as of October 23, 2024?
As I say the document doesn’t specify the timing or amount of any current conversions or warrant exercises by Maple Leaf and Mr. Hicks. Without this, we can't say for certain if they’re currently diluting.

One Thing is Clear: Stephen Routledge co-founded the firm TRILLUM PARTNERS is not the same as Stephen M. Hicks TRILLIUM PARTNER LP.
The Schedule 13G filing:
https://finance.yahoo.com/sec-filing/AFFU/0001829126-24-007071_1460950/?nn=1
Trillium owns a convertible note, which is a loan worth $689,486 that can be converted into shares of the company’s stock. However, there’s a restriction: Trillium can only convert this note to shares as long as its total ownership stays under 9.99% of the company’s outstanding shares. So, Trillium can convert this note into stock bit by bit, but only to the extent that they do not exceed the 9.99% limit on ownership.
Trillium also has warrants, which are like options, giving them the right to buy up to 25,000,000 shares of the company’s stock at a certain price. Warrants don’t automatically convert to shares. They need to be exercised.
Here is the tricky part: Under SEC Rule 13d-3, both Maple Leaf and Mr. Hicks are considered to "beneficially own" the shares due to their control over Trillium, even though they don’t hold the shares personally. They’re simply in charge of overseeing Trillium's stake in the company. The document doesn’t specify the timing or amount of any current conversions or warrant exercises by Maple Leaf and Mr. Hicks. Without this, we can't say for certain if they’re currently diluting. IMHO.
ONE THING IS CLEAR: The Schedule 13G was filed on October 17, 2024. If Maple Leaf and Mr. Hicks were actively diluting shares, then why did the outstanding shares count decrease by 20 million as of October 23, 2024?

So, you sold! Are you freaking out? Are you writing a book here? What exactly are you trying to say? When you mention a filing, you need to include the date, where it was filed, and how it’s relevant. You’re putting in way too much unnecessary information. I can barely follow what you’re saying, and I’m sure no one else here understands either. My advice: if you can't handle the heat, then get out of the kitchen.
At some point, OTCN will have no choice but to let us go, and when that happens, all chaos will break loose.
Because he's fully loaded now. Congrats! One thing I have to admire about him is his patience in waiting. If OTCN weren't manipulating the stock, we could already be in penny territory.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175334361
100 shares selling below the bid? Does OTCN think nobody notices his actions or what?
The word is getting out. Slowly but surely, people will start to realize the true potential of the stock.
