How do we know it is the only deposit of its kind in the world? Verification anyone? It may be the "purest" deposit, but is it the only deposit?? I'm a shareholder, but I also like to know the truth.

Argyll, ideas related to nanotubes and their possibilities are "recent". I doubt if you heard of them until recently. The potential proposed in the clay nanotubes is even more recent, and yet to be realized as you know. I do have a question for others on the board.

Is it true that nanotubes are common in clay, but that the clay at Atlas has a much greater amount of them..a "pure" version so to speak? If clay nanotubes are common, than it is possible that others may figure out how to extract them from other clays??? Other would that be too expensive? Just a thought.

I'm sticking with the shares I have although I did sell some to early the other day at .65. I sold 1/6th of my holdings.

Argyll, efforts to synthesize nanotubules are there but the cost is huge right now, several hundered $ per gram, or something like that, which is what someone recently posted. Natural sources appears to be the way to go for the time being. Also, for the drug industry, that advantage is that clay is relatively "harmless, and already a component of some drugs.

RBis, you bring forth a question that has been raised before I believe, but not answered. What % by weight and/or volume are the nonotubes?

A second question...someone posted that (the?) clay is found world wide and is readily available. Are these nanotubes in clay readily available?

What we need here on board is a scientist/engineer who is familar with these items that can post and answer such questions.

Microtubes vs. nanotubes...by definition there is a difference between the two despite whether it matters or not or whether it has been used this way or not. A microtube, while very small, can still be 10 to 100 times bigger than a nanotube.

OK, enought for today. I'm invested in ALMI despite my questions for these tubes do seem to have promising applications.

Doubloon, thanks for the informative post. Also, this doesn't mean the shares are sold. It means the shares may be sold sometime in the future. Correct? Let's say the guy expects that shares will be up over $1 this year; a double from here, which is not unreasonable. Then he is in a position to get a nice paycheck for his work.

For your information, I am holding, hopefully for a while yet..maybe a long while if the nano thing works out.

This morning began with a number of trades at .175 right off the bat. Then it went down a bit. Looks to me like the morning buyers wanted in without waiting for a better price. Now why would that be? There are some folks out there who apparently think this is going up. The rest of the day the volume was up. Certainly accumulation is going on now, more than when we were lower. All of this looks like the move will continue to the up side for now.

Volume on DCUT is way up. Almost at daily average. Also, DCUT opened at .175, highly unusual for this stock to open .15 above close. Mentioned in a newsblip as stock to watch.

IBOX is an excellent source of info. I read pieces of it from time to time as part of my continuous attempts at self-discipline. New pieces show up from time to time. Bravo to omni and jack for their efforts. I have learned a lot from them. Pay attention to the advice of those who are successful.

Novicetrader, once you have the overview, the details will fall into place. Once you are "literate" in the charts, they will become more interesting to you.

For example, I'm familiar with biochemistry because I once took organic chemistry and some intro to biochemistry courses. This provided me with enough information so that I am "literate" in the field, and what I read makes some sense.
It is boring reading material that doesn't make much sense.

Novicetrader, there are some great intoductory books to charting in any decent bookstore. I recommend getting one before looking at the websites.

Nitetrak..many thanks. I can generally read the charts but need to learn more TA analysis on resistance points and other "fine" features. I happen to think that DCUT will break out soon. I plan on keeping most shares for quite a while since it looks like there is incredible potential here. However I'd like to trade a few to build up my postiton even more. If someone has a better penny stock with real potential than this one, I'd like to know about it.
