Why aren't these guys in Jail yet? They're going to steal the wrong persons money one day.
Well, at least I have a right up for the next four years. Go $GLN
.....and? My statement is no attack on you. Just stating a fact, anyone buying this hasn't done any DD.
Another sucker born!
It will more than likely "go to the moon!" now that I've dumped it all for a loss.
"After a review of your account, I can confirm that Surgline Intl Inc (Ticker symbol: SGLN) is no longer trading at this time. For your reference, stock is considered worthless once it has been de-listed from the exchanges, or when there is no market for the security."
Long bumpy ride that ended in a big loss for me. I'm going to keep an eye on this message board just in case some class action develops.
Anyone interested in 22mil shares before I sell to E*trade for a penny?
I gave it another year to pull out, but my patience has worn out.
Has anyone been in contact with Toland? He normally returned my emails, but not this time.
Any news? If this is in fact a scam, why hasn't SEC delisted yet? It's been long enough since we've been put on grays.
I understand investing in stocks is a risk, but it's appalling they let stealing people's money legal and say it's a start up company when there never was a plan to start a company other than the appearance of one. I need a start up company to recoop What I've lost ;o)
The silence I'd deafening! Give us something.
Go $GLN ??
Did I miss something?
I hope we get some news this week. $GLN
I think you speak for us all.
So maybe by next Friday
Just wanted to say congrats to the longs. CVSL has come a long way since sub penny. A few years ago when we did the R/S and the dropped to .06 / .07 range I swept up a bunch of shares and sold them all at .30. I thought I did good, but geez, you guys are banking a fat roll. Congrats again for riding out the rare diamond in the ruff.
I'll do better, I'll let them go for .95
I just saved you a bunch of money
I'm waiting to collect my millions ;o)
I was thinking the same thing, but not about him or SGLN...
SGLN will come around, they haven't been revoked yet, so I doubt it's comming.
I hope you hit the nail on the head!
Sounds promising. Let's make it happen!
Very well said. I imagine, even though not descriptive, my post bleeds frustration. I still hope, but my candle is almost out of wick.
I want SGLN to either move forward ( preferable) or revoked the damn thing already. I'm really tried of the limbo thing. I've been a believer the past few years, but....
Sounds like Tom is still hard at work.
I'm rooting for you Tom to pull us out of the trenches.
No games. I see no manufacturing plant to date
It's been years and still no plant to produce a product, what a scam. How can he have clients if he has no product? The only clients he has is you, robbing you blind for a dream.
Is ML in jail yet? Maybe they'll let him cut the grass on a riding lawn mower.
I would personally love to see a success story after almost four years vested and almost 17k tied up that could of been working for me, not stagnant.
Geez, should of given us the heads up last June ;o)
Pm me your email and I'll respond
Been there with you, I bought in on the whole battery thing. It doesn't matter if it's legit ( hopefully it turns out to be) or it's a scam. Both business models make money one way or another.
To be honest it doesn't feel good having a good chunk of funds tied up for a few years, but our time will come.
Dear Mr. Xxxxxxx:
Thank you for contacting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding Surgline International.
As you know, on September 17, 2012 the SEC issued an order temporarily suspending the trading of Surgline. Whether or not a stock moves off of the grey market is up to the corporation. For more information on trading suspensions, please see our investor bulletin http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/tradingsuspensions.pdf
Sincerely,

Description:
Hi I have funds invested in SGLN, and have been invested for a few years. This company was haunted and put on the greys. I'm inquiring if this company is on a path of revokation or if they will eventually move of the grey market. Thank-you,
Xxxxxxx

I doubt SEC gave you any info. I've had returned emails from SEC and quite frankly they may as well of not responded.
If a class action ever occurs, sign me up. He stole a few thousand from me with his BS press releases.
When it gets to 2's. Buy and wait for the next pump.
That's a good idea, maybe the fed and state prisons systems should have SGLN products in prisons.
WOW! This POS is still here, I can't believe it hasn't delisted.
The scammer needs to be behind bars. Honestly I don't know how SEC lets these scammer penny stocks operate. It's not like it's a new game. They steel from the public and prey on whom will believe their false or forward looking statements of the light at the end of the tunnel.
