Touché'
You REALLY wouldn't want to see that. Just pretend a 47 year old, bald, fat, Cruzan is temporarily elated. Youtube would be ashamed of the prospect.
And I'm finally green for the first time in ages. Consider me the new TDCP head cheerleader.
.12 more and I'll be back to even. Razor, I'm beginning to think your enthusiasm is infectious. $10 x 91,428 would make me very pleased with my investment.
Can't- I have too much in it to walk away. I just hope that a big surprise will present itself in the next couple of months.
Telling from the standpoint that I am down 72% from buy-in on almost 3.5M shares pre-r/s? Yeah, what do you really want to chit chat about?
As of today I could.
I have had 3-4 penny stock's over the years that had R/S then traded side way's and up a little then the bottom fell out and closed the doors. Hope this one doesn't do that but.....

You do realize TDCP did a 1:10 RS back in 2003?
I bought a very small amount Monday (3500) and LaneR had a buy in yesterday that filled only 100 of the order at close. I'm still in limbo with TDA, so I just bought a little to test the waters. Hopefully everyone will be whole in the next day or so and we can get a true sense of direction.
For some reason I thought I read that company and creditor stock was restricted for 30 days post r/s. That will suck pretty bad if they can sell before we can (while wait to get our post r/s shares).
First to step up to the plate. He/she obviously doesn't trade with TDA.
Did 500 shares actually trade Friday or is that an anomaly? My account wouldn't allow trading under the new symbol (not that I was buying- just seeing what would happen).
Thanks- I saw the 14 day period stated on Friday, called TD Ameritrade and was told that it all depends upon TDCPD reissuing the new shares- "it could be as little as 2-3 days- or it could be weeks". I wasn't sure if anyone had insight from previous reverse splits and the associated lag times (I think there was a 1/10 r/s with TDCP previously?)
Great insight- with the float that thin it could mean a big jump in the short term. Anyone else here use TD Amer. for trading? My account is flatlined and I'm curious about when we might be back in action.
Hey Penny, I just corrected my mis-statement regarding my previous post. But I do see that you haven't learned proper grammar yet.
I'm wrong. Samsung is Korean. TCL, the largest manufacturer in China produces RCA.
No, remember Yongsen is supposed to be handling the Chinese front, so I would doubt the Sony angle. Perhaps Samsung?
You can thank Siri for that- she can't understand me when I'm sober though...
Just trying to stay positive I suppose, and not fall back into the bashing rut. Or it could be that I'm on my third drink of the evening.
No doubt that it had to happen- just wish (for everyone) that it was on better terms. But the past is behind us and now we have room for positive growth. The CEO is more communicative than anyone in the last couple of years, and appears to be focusing on potential revenues while still pushing forward with the core developmental program.
I did. Notwithstanding my sarcasm, I do hope positive updates continue and this stock turns around quickly. I still think the rs was crazy at the level we were at, but I have to seriously believe there is good, sound reasoning behind it. Time will tell...
O.K., l'll bite...
Dear TDCP management,
I apologize for criticizing you while you juggled CEO's and didn't keep us, your shareholders, remotely in the loop for the last couple of quarters while the PPS dropped 40+% while you guys were asleep at the wheel. Please forgive me for doubting you- I'm very impressed that we are venturing into the TV realm instead of the defense, medical & transportation segments you've lauded all these years! Keep up the good work- I'll write again soon, though it will be a couple of weeks before I can sell my 3.4m shares (oops- divide by 35) to buy a piece of paper to write again.
That's my understanding, though depending on your brokerage company it could be more or less. In the meantime we just get to stand by and watch it drop.
Agreed. Nothing positive whatsoever has been put out by TDCP since the shareholders meeting, and apparently that was just a dog & pony show. Why Sid is even on the board is beyond comprehension to me. I would have preferred to have been told the truth about where we stood all along, even if a PR was put out stating that there were delays. Most of us wouldn't have jumped ship, and I doubt the PPS would have kept going steadily south. I guess Sid didn't consider it "relevant" to us, and preferred to keep us in the dark.
I have to assume that they have some amazing things in store in the very short term. Otherwise, why would you pull a r/s at .006? If not, it would probably be wise for them to have excellent security at the next shareholders meeting.
Yes, AND with a better product.
I can wait another 6 months if it takes that long, and they have a superior product to the 1st gen prototype- at least now we're getting some updates...
Compared to the original TSP specification and plan, this next generation prototype is expected to be about four times (4x) higher resolution, brighter, have a smaller image size, have a significantly reduced cost, utilize existing facilities and staff, and be complete in about 6 months. The technology team plans to further increase the image size in the third generation prototype that we have already started planning.
What a shame that you're leaving- especially after devoting such a long time ( 4 whole months) since "loading up on these cheap sub penny shares" (so long ago- Dec. 2012). Oh, how will I ever sleep tonight. Don't worry though, someone else will buy your "turd" shares, as you so eloquently put it, while you start bashing ECDC stock again (you stated that you felt "bamboozled" by them just 2 months ago, and now you're pumping them).
I've got my own issues with TDCP's performance right now, as do many others here, but the "later sucka's" shows your true intent here. And life is too short, as stated, but if you would actually go back and read your old posts you would see who the "sucka" is.
Maybe it's my fault... I bought in at .03 and had to buy another 4M+ to average down to .012. I guess I should stop buying, get a positive demeanor and accept the TDCP Gods of fate. Maybe the pps would rise...just a thought.
Agreed 100%
214,800 sold at .09
It's trading now- just dropped -1.09%
Thanks for the clarification- I guess I should stop speculating and do my homework. Hope it's positive news.
Just speculation, but the only reason I would see a halt in trading would be putting the r/s into effect.
Yes, their dog ate the prototype, so they have to start over.
Wow, I'm even more depressed than before. I should have invested in 4d icon.
Strictly speculation on my part, but what about Dr. Hoover? Do you believe that his firm may still be involved from the Sandia standpoint in conjunction with Dr. Melnik? Aroesty stated in his letter to the shareholders last November that Oklahoma Labratory is "simply too small to allow us to assemble the technical staff necessary for the project’s completion."
Perhaps with the EVTB scheduled for completion within approx. 2 months, coupled with the talk of "partnering", it could make sense that he would still be involved in the commercialization aspect with Advanced Optical? His website posts jobs openings for engineers with DoD security clearances, and he does have the facility...
